إِنَّ بَطۡشَ رَبِّكَ لَشَدِيدٌ

Inna batsha Rabbika lashadeed

12. Verily, the seizing [10] by your Lord is very severe. (Kanzul Imaan Translation)

(12) Indeed, the assault [i.e., vengeance] of your Lord is severe. (Saheeh International Translation)

Verily, The Seizing by Your Lord is Very Severe [10]

(Tafseer of Ayah 85:12)

🔹 This verse emphasizes the severity of Allah's punishment upon wrongdoers.

Once Allah seizes a criminal, there is no escape—not through power, wealth, intercession, or even death.
The only way to seek freedom from this punishment is by turning to the beloved Rasool ﷺ and sincerely repenting with tears in his court.
