Elevated Couches in Paradise

Tafseer (Commentary) of Surah Al-Ghashiyah (88:14)

🔹 Wherein are Elevated Couches

The people of Jannah will have luxurious, high-raised couches.
These will be made of precious materials, offering ultimate comfort and grandeur.

1️⃣ Height and Accessibility

The height of these couches will be around 120 feet.
🔹 Despite their height, the dwellers of Paradise will sit and descend from them effortlessly, as per their will.
🔹 This is part of Allah's (اللَّهُ) divine hospitality for the believers.

2️⃣ Special Blessings of These Couches

The Qur'an describes them in various places:
🔹 "They will recline on lined couches, and the fruits of the two gardens will be within reach." (S55:V54)
🔹 "Reclining on green cushions and rich carpets." (S55:V76)

These couches symbolize peace, honor, and eternal comfort in Jannah.
