Commentary of Quran 70:24 (Surah Al-Ma'arij)

And those in whose wealth there is a known right. (Kanzul Imaan Translation)

[20] The Obligation of Charity

This verse highlights that a portion of a person's wealth is a right of others.
It includes obligatory acts like Zakat and Fitrah established by Islamic Law.
It also covers voluntary charity that a person dedicates for the needy.

The Virtue of Regular Charity

🔹 Determining a fixed time to give charity is a commendable act.
🔹 For example, giving a specific amount on a particular day each month strengthens discipline in charity.
🔹 Through this, a believer ensures continuous support for the poor while attaining the pleasure of Allah (اللَّهُ ).
