Mal qaariah
It refers to the Day of Judgement when the hearts of all human beings will be jolted due to its dread and terrors. One of the names for Judgement Day is the "Frightening Calamity." It should be noted that the Prophets and Saints will be protected from the grief of Judgement Day. Allah Almighty says: "The Great Terror shall not grieve them" (S21: V103). However, both common people and specific individuals will experience this dread and terror. It is in this terror that people will forget the beloved intercessor and approach the threshold of other Noble Prophets. In fact, even the Prophets themselves will not be able to give the whereabouts of the Holy Prophet ﷺ, yet everyone in the world knows that the blessed Prophet of Allah ﷺ is the intercessor for sinners. This is the meaning of the Frightening Calamity.
