Transliteration:( Illaa 'ibaadaka minhumul mukhlaseen )
"Except those [139] among them who are Your chosen [140] devotees."
Iblis clarified that his efforts to mislead are directed specifically at human beings.
From this, two key points emerge:
The devil’s enmity and schemes are targeted at humans.
All Prophets and the majority of saints have been from among humankind, though some jinn have also attained sainthood and companionship of the Prophets.
This verse affirms that the devil has no power over Allah’s chosen servants, especially the Prophets and certain pious saints. He cannot mislead them into disbelief, as they are divinely protected from his influence.

68. This does not mean: I will not lead Your chosen servants astray, but it means: I shall have no power over Your chosen servants.
