The summary/theme of the surah Al-Jinn

As the chapter begins, it recounts the Jinn's words and how they came to believe in the Quran and Islam, as well as the acts they were permitted to perform before and after their belief as well as their beliefs about God.

Lesson learned from surah Al-Jinn

  1. The Jinn were also amazed after listening to the Quran, and consequently accepted Islam.
  2. The Jinn would make a trail up to the heavens, and eavesdrop on the conversations between the angels. They would then relay this information to their soothsaying friends on earth. When the Quran was to be revealed, the pathways the Jinn would use were strongly guarded, and whoever tried to eavesdrop would be punished. This was Allah's protecting the revelation from being infiltrated.
  3. Talking about Allah's requires extreme respect and caution.
  4. If the people were to remain steadfast upon the right path, Allah's would grant them blessing in this worldly life.
  5. Whoever turns away from the remembrance of Allah's shall be severely tormented by Allah's.
  6. The Mas'jid are for Allah's alone, no one should be worshipped in the Masjid besides Him.
  7. Even the Prophet ï·º had no power to bring anyone harm, nor give them guidance, except through the Will of Allah's.
  8. Whoever disobeys Allah's and His Messenger ï·º is doomed for the Fire of Jahannam, where he/she will remain forever.
  9. Allah's is the all-Knower of the unseen; He doesn’t make anyone privy of His Knowledge except whoever He wishes from among the Messengers, whilst guarding the revelation from being tampered with.
  10. Allah's has comprehensive knowledge of everything, down to the exact numbers.

Vers 1 von 10

Qul oohiya ilaiya annna hustama'a nafarum minal jinni faqaalooo innaa sami'naa quraanan ajaba

Yahdeee ilar rushdi fa aamannaa bihee wa lan nushrika bi rabbinaaa 'ahada

Wa annahoo Ta'aalaa jaddu Rabbinaa mat'takhaza saahibatanw wa laa walada

Wa annahoo kaana yaqoolu safeehunaa 'al allahi shatata

Wa annaa zanannaaa al lan taqoolal insu wal jinnu 'al allahi kaziba

Wa annahum zannoo kamaa zanantum al lany yab'asal laahu 'ahada

Wa annaa lamasnas samaaa'a fa wajadnaahaa muli'at harasan shadeedanw wa shuhuba

Wa annaa kunnaa naq'udu minhaa maqaa'ida lis'sam'i famany yastami'il 'aana yajid lahoo shihaabar rasada
