Surah Al-Waqi'ah

The summary/theme of the surah Al-Waqi'a 

 As the Surah mentions resurrection and Qiyamah, it is undeniable that humans will be divided into three groups on this day. Pioneers and believers are two types of believers. Pioneers were the early communities, and a large number of them remained.

Lesson learned from the surah al-waqia

1. The Day of Qiy'mah is a certain reality.  
2. The people will be divided into 3 categories:  
3. The People of the Right  
4. The People of the Left  
5. The Foremost    
6. The People of the Right and the Foremost ones will be rewarded with Jannah, with the Foremost ones better off than the People of the Right.  
7. The People of the Left will be doomed to Jahannam.  
8. Who creates our offspring? Allah's alone does.  
9. Who causes our crops to grow once we have sowed the seeds? Allah's alone does. If He wishes, He could cause it to grow in a manner useless to us, and we would remain helpless.  
10. Who is it that causes the water we drink to come down from the clouds? It is Allah's alone. If He so wishes, He could turn it bitter, and so we should be grateful.  
11. Our helplessness in the decree of Allah's is such that we are unable to return the soul of a person dying in front of us. We should therefore recognise and subjugate to the Power of Allah's.
