إِنَّ عَذَابَ رَبِّكَ لَوَٰقِعٞ

Inna 'azaaba Rabbika lawaaqi'

7. Indeed, the punishment [6] of your Lord is certainly to occur. (Kanzul Imaan Translation)

7. Indeed, the punishment [6] of your Lord is certainly to occur.

[6] The Punishment of Your Lord

This refers to either the punishment of the grave or the punishment of the Day of Judgment.
The second meaning, referring to the punishment on the Day of Judgment, is more forceful, as is evident from the subsequent context of the verse.
