إِنَّ عَذَابَ رَبِّهِمۡ غَيۡرُ مَأۡمُونٖ

Inna 'azaaba Rabbihim ghairu ma' moon

28. Indeed, the punishment of their Lord is not something to be felt secure from [24]. (Kanzul Imaan Translation)

[24] The Constant Fear of Allah (اللَّهُ )'s Punishment

No matter how righteous or pious a person is, they never feel completely safe from Allah (اللَّهُ )'s punishment.
The uncertainty of one's final fate keeps a believer cautious and humble.
Even those promised Paradise in the Quran expressed great fear of Allah (اللَّهُ ).

Balancing Fear and Hope

🔹 True faith involves both fear of Allah (اللَّهُ )'s punishment and hope in His mercy.
🔹 This balance prevents arrogance and keeps a believer steadfast in righteousness.
🔹 A believer continuously seeks forgiveness, knowing that ultimate success lies in Allah (اللَّهُ )'s grace.
