Ayah 2

أَن جَآءَهُ ٱلۡأَعۡمَىٰ

2. Because the blind [2] man came to him.

Surah Name : Abasa   Surah Number : 80   Ayat Number: 2

Ayah 125

قَالَ رَبِّ لِمَ حَشَرۡتَنِيٓ أَعۡمَىٰ وَقَدۡ كُنتُ بَصِيرٗا

125. He will say, 'O my Lord, why have you raised me blind whist I possessed sight?"

Ayah 66

بَلِ ٱدَّـٰرَكَ عِلۡمُهُمۡ فِي ٱلۡأٓخِرَةِۚ بَلۡ هُمۡ فِي شَكّٖ مِّنۡهَاۖ بَلۡ هُم مِّنۡهَا عَمُونَ

66. Has their knowledge reached [130] to the knowing of the hereafter? Nay they are in doubt about it, rather they are blind to it [131],

Ayah 49

وَرَسُولًا إِلَىٰ بَنِيٓ إِسۡرَـٰٓءِيلَ أَنِّي قَدۡ جِئۡتُكُم بِـَٔايَةٖ مِّن رَّبِّكُمۡ أَنِّيٓ أَخۡلُقُ لَكُم مِّنَ ٱلطِّينِ كَهَيۡـَٔةِ ٱلطَّيۡرِ فَأَنفُخُ فِيهِ فَيَكُونُ طَيۡرَۢا بِإِذۡنِ ٱللَّهِۖ وَأُبۡرِئُ ٱلۡأَكۡمَهَ وَٱلۡأَبۡرَصَ وَأُحۡيِ ٱلۡمَوۡتَىٰ بِإِذۡنِ ٱللَّهِۖ وَأُنَبِّئُكُم بِمَا تَأۡكُلُونَ وَمَا تَدَّخِرُونَ فِي بُيُوتِكُمۡۚ إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَأٓيَةٗ لَّكُمۡ إِن كُنتُم مُّؤۡمِنِينَ

49. And he shall be a Messenger to the children of Israel [103] saying: I have come to you with a sign from your Lord [104] that I can make for you out of clay a figure of a bird [105], then breathe [106] into it and it will become alive, by the permission of Allah [107]. And I will heal [108] the blind and the leper [109] and give life to the dead, by permission of Allah [110]. And I can tell you what you have eaten and what you have stored in your homes [111]. Surely, in that you have signs, for you, if you believe.

Ayah 104

قَدۡ جَآءَكُم بَصَآئِرُ مِن رَّبِّكُمۡۖ فَمَنۡ أَبۡصَرَ فَلِنَفۡسِهِۦۖ وَمَنۡ عَمِيَ فَعَلَيۡهَاۚ وَمَآ أَنَا۠ عَلَيۡكُم بِحَفِيظٖ

104. Indeed, there have come to you clear proofs [227] from your Lord. So, whoever sees, it is for his own benefit, and whoever remains blind, it is to his own loss. And I am not a guardian over you [228].

Ayah 24

۞مَثَلُ ٱلۡفَرِيقَيۡنِ كَٱلۡأَعۡمَىٰ وَٱلۡأَصَمِّ وَٱلۡبَصِيرِ وَٱلسَّمِيعِۚ هَلۡ يَسۡتَوِيَانِ مَثَلًاۚ أَفَلَا تَذَكَّرُونَ

24. The example of the two groups is like the blind and the deaf compared to the seeing and the hearing [54]. Are the two equal in comparison [55]? Will you not then take heed?

Ayah 28

قَالَ يَٰقَوۡمِ أَرَءَيۡتُمۡ إِن كُنتُ عَلَىٰ بَيِّنَةٖ مِّن رَّبِّي وَءَاتَىٰنِي رَحۡمَةٗ مِّنۡ عِندِهِۦ فَعُمِّيَتۡ عَلَيۡكُمۡ أَنُلۡزِمُكُمُوهَا وَأَنتُمۡ لَهَا كَٰرِهُونَ

28. He said, "O my people! Consider this: if I am on a clear proof from my Lord, and He has granted me a mercy from Himself [62], and it is made obscure to you, should we force it upon you while you are averse to it [63]?"

Ayah 58

وَمَا يَسۡتَوِي ٱلۡأَعۡمَىٰ وَٱلۡبَصِيرُ وَٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ وَعَمِلُواْ ٱلصَّـٰلِحَٰتِ وَلَا ٱلۡمُسِيٓءُۚ قَلِيلٗا مَّا تَتَذَكَّرُونَ

58. And neither the blind and the seeing are equal, and nor those who believe and do righteous deeds are equal to the evildoers (148.) How little do you remember?

Ayah 19

وَمَا يَسۡتَوِي ٱلۡأَعۡمَىٰ وَٱلۡبَصِيرُ

19. And the blind and the seeing are not equal [64].
