Ayah 18

وَأَنزَلۡنَا مِنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ مَآءَۢ بِقَدَرٖ فَأَسۡكَنَّـٰهُ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِۖ وَإِنَّا عَلَىٰ ذَهَابِۭ بِهِۦ لَقَٰدِرُونَ

18. And We sent down water from the heavens according to an estimate [21], then caused it to stay in the earth [22]; and indeed, We are potent to take it away (23),

Ayah 49

وَإِن كَانُواْ مِن قَبۡلِ أَن يُنَزَّلَ عَلَيۡهِم مِّن قَبۡلِهِۦ لَمُبۡلِسِينَ

49.Before it (rain) is sent down upon them, they remain in despair (112).
