Ayah 117

مَثَلُ مَا يُنفِقُونَ فِي هَٰذِهِ ٱلۡحَيَوٰةِ ٱلدُّنۡيَا كَمَثَلِ رِيحٖ فِيهَا صِرٌّ أَصَابَتۡ حَرۡثَ قَوۡمٖ ظَلَمُوٓاْ أَنفُسَهُمۡ فَأَهۡلَكَتۡهُۚ وَمَا ظَلَمَهُمُ ٱللَّهُ وَلَٰكِنۡ أَنفُسَهُمۡ يَظۡلِمُونَ

117. The example of what they spend in this worldly life [256] is like a wind with a cold that strikes the harvest of a people who have wronged themselves (sinned), destroying it. And Allah has not wronged them; rather, they wrong their own souls [257].

Ayah 51

وَلَئِنۡ أَرۡسَلۡنَا رِيحٗا فَرَأَوۡهُ مُصۡفَرّٗا لَّظَلُّواْ مِنۢ بَعۡدِهِۦ يَكۡفُرُونَ

51.And if We send any wind [115] by which they see the harvest yellow, even after that they would certainly be ungrateful [116].

Ayah 9

وَنَزَّلۡنَا مِنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ مَآءٗ مُّبَٰرَكٗا فَأَنۢبَتۡنَا بِهِۦ جَنَّـٰتٖ وَحَبَّ ٱلۡحَصِيدِ

9. And We send down from the sky water [15] as a blessing and make to grow thereby gardens and the grain that is harvested [16].

Ayah 20

مَن كَانَ يُرِيدُ حَرۡثَ ٱلۡأٓخِرَةِ نَزِدۡ لَهُۥ فِي حَرۡثِهِۦۖ وَمَن كَانَ يُرِيدُ حَرۡثَ ٱلدُّنۡيَا نُؤۡتِهِۦ مِنۡهَا وَمَا لَهُۥ فِي ٱلۡأٓخِرَةِ مِن نَّصِيبٍ

20.Whosoever desires harvest [60] of the Hereafter, We shall give him an increase in his produce [61] and whosoever desires the harvest (62) of this world, We shall give (63) him thereof. But, in the Hereafter he shall have no share (64).
