Ayah 29

إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ أَجۡرَمُواْ كَانُواْ مِنَ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ يَضۡحَكُونَ

29. Indeed the culprits used to laugh at the believers.

Surah Name : Al-Mutaffifeen   Surah Number : 83   Ayat Number: 29

Ayah 34

فَٱلۡيَوۡمَ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ مِنَ ٱلۡكُفَّارِ يَضۡحَكُونَ

34. Thus, today the believers will laugh at the infidels.

Ayah 212

زُيِّنَ لِلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ ٱلۡحَيَوٰةُ ٱلدُّنۡيَا وَيَسۡخَرُونَ مِنَ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْۘ وَٱلَّذِينَ ٱتَّقَوۡاْ فَوۡقَهُمۡ يَوۡمَ ٱلۡقِيَٰمَةِۗ وَٱللَّهُ يَرۡزُقُ مَن يَشَآءُ بِغَيۡرِ حِسَابٖ

212. To the infidels this worldly [489] life is attractive and they laugh [490] at those who believe, but those who fear [Allah] will be above them on the Day of Resurrection [491]. And Allah gives provisions to whom He pleases, without account [492].

Ayah 150

وَلَمَّا رَجَعَ مُوسَىٰٓ إِلَىٰ قَوۡمِهِۦ غَضۡبَٰنَ أَسِفٗا قَالَ بِئۡسَمَا خَلَفۡتُمُونِي مِنۢ بَعۡدِيٓۖ أَعَجِلۡتُمۡ أَمۡرَ رَبِّكُمۡۖ وَأَلۡقَى ٱلۡأَلۡوَاحَ وَأَخَذَ بِرَأۡسِ أَخِيهِ يَجُرُّهُۥٓ إِلَيۡهِۚ قَالَ ٱبۡنَ أُمَّ إِنَّ ٱلۡقَوۡمَ ٱسۡتَضۡعَفُونِي وَكَادُواْ يَقۡتُلُونَنِي فَلَا تُشۡمِتۡ بِيَ ٱلۡأَعۡدَآءَ وَلَا تَجۡعَلۡنِي مَعَ ٱلۡقَوۡمِ ٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَ

150.And when Musa returned to his people full of anger [327] and sorrowful, he said: "How badly you acted in my place after [328] Did you not hasten from the Commands of your Lord?" And he threw down the Tablets [329] and began to pull his brother [Harun] towards him [330], catching hold of his brother's beard. He [Harun] said: "O son of my mother! The people deemed me to be weak and were about to kill me [331]. So do not make the enemies to laugh at me and place me not with the unjust people."

Ayah 128

أَتَبۡنُونَ بِكُلِّ رِيعٍ ءَايَةٗ تَعۡبَثُونَ

128. Do you build a sign on every height to mock at the wayfarers? [130]

Ayah 11

يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ لَا يَسۡخَرۡ قَوۡمٞ مِّن قَوۡمٍ عَسَىٰٓ أَن يَكُونُواْ خَيۡرٗا مِّنۡهُمۡ وَلَا نِسَآءٞ مِّن نِّسَآءٍ عَسَىٰٓ أَن يَكُنَّ خَيۡرٗا مِّنۡهُنَّۖ وَلَا تَلۡمِزُوٓاْ أَنفُسَكُمۡ وَلَا تَنَابَزُواْ بِٱلۡأَلۡقَٰبِۖ بِئۡسَ ٱلِٱسۡمُ ٱلۡفُسُوقُ بَعۡدَ ٱلۡإِيمَٰنِۚ وَمَن لَّمۡ يَتُبۡ فَأُوْلَـٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلظَّـٰلِمُونَ

11.0 believers! Let not some men among you laugh [26] at other men. Perhaps they may be better [27] than them (who laugh). And the women must not laugh at other women. Perhaps they may be better (28) than them (women who are laughing). And neither should find (29) faults in one another, nor call one another by nicknames (30). What a bad thing it is, to be called disobedient (31) after believing. And those who do not repent, they are the unjust (32).

Ayah 56

أَن تَقُولَ نَفۡسٞ يَٰحَسۡرَتَىٰ عَلَىٰ مَا فَرَّطتُ فِي جَنۢبِ ٱللَّهِ وَإِن كُنتُ لَمِنَ ٱلسَّـٰخِرِينَ

56. Lest any soul should say: "Ah. woe to me for falling short of my duty [142] to Allah. And surely I used to laugh [143].

Ayah 79

ٱلَّذِينَ يَلۡمِزُونَ ٱلۡمُطَّوِّعِينَ مِنَ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ فِي ٱلصَّدَقَٰتِ وَٱلَّذِينَ لَا يَجِدُونَ إِلَّا جُهۡدَهُمۡ فَيَسۡخَرُونَ مِنۡهُمۡ سَخِرَ ٱللَّهُ مِنۡهُمۡ وَلَهُمۡ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ,

79. Those who find fault with believers who give [216] charity willingly and those who get not [217] but with their hard labour, so they [218] laugh at them. Allah will punish them for laughing, and for them, there is painful torment [219].

Ayah 82

فَلۡيَضۡحَكُواْ قَلِيلٗا وَلۡيَبۡكُواْ كَثِيرٗا جَزَآءَۢ بِمَا كَانُواْ يَكۡسِبُونَ,

82. Let them laugh a little and weep [228] much, as a reward for what they used to earn.

Ayah 38

وَيَصۡنَعُ ٱلۡفُلۡكَ وَكُلَّمَا مَرَّ عَلَيۡهِ مَلَأٞ مِّن قَوۡمِهِۦ سَخِرُواْ مِنۡهُۚ قَالَ إِن تَسۡخَرُواْ مِنَّا فَإِنَّا نَسۡخَرُ مِنكُمۡ كَمَا تَسۡخَرُونَ

38. And Nuh constructed the ship, and whenever a group from his people passed by him, they mocked him [83]. He said, "If you mock us, then we mock you [84] just as you mock."

Ayah 71

وَٱمۡرَأَتُهُۥ قَآئِمَةٞ فَضَحِكَتۡ فَبَشَّرۡنَٰهَا بِإِسۡحَٰقَ وَمِن وَرَآءِ إِسۡحَٰقَ يَعۡقُوبَ

71. And his wife was standing by, she began to laugh, [146], then We gave her the glad-tiding of Ishaque and after Ishaque of Yaqub[147].

Ayah 60

وَتَضۡحَكُونَ وَلَا تَبۡكُونَ

60. And do you laugh, but do not weep [71]?

Ayah 43

وَأَنَّهُۥ هُوَ أَضۡحَكَ وَأَبۡكَىٰ

43. And it is surely He Who makes you to laugh and makes you to weep [54].
