Ayah 18

وَٱلصُّبۡحِ إِذَا تَنَفَّسَ

18. And by the morning when it starts [13] breathing.

Ayah 1

وَٱلسَّمَآءِ وَٱلطَّارِقِ

1. By the sky [1] and the comet [2]. (Early morning star).

Ayah 28

وَٱصۡبِرۡ نَفۡسَكَ مَعَ ٱلَّذِينَ يَدۡعُونَ رَبَّهُم بِٱلۡغَدَوٰةِ وَٱلۡعَشِيِّ يُرِيدُونَ وَجۡهَهُۥۖ وَلَا تَعۡدُ عَيۡنَاكَ عَنۡهُمۡ تُرِيدُ زِينَةَ ٱلۡحَيَوٰةِ ٱلدُّنۡيَاۖ وَلَا تُطِعۡ مَنۡ أَغۡفَلۡنَا قَلۡبَهُۥ عَن ذِكۡرِنَا وَٱتَّبَعَ هَوَىٰهُ وَكَانَ أَمۡرُهُۥ فُرُطٗا

28. And keep yourself patient with those who call upon their Lord morning and evening, seeking His pleasure. [64] And do not let your eyes overlook them, desiring the adornment of the worldly life. [65] And do not obey him whose heart We have made neglectful of Our remembrance, who follows his own desire, [66] and whose affair has exceeded the limits.

Surah Name : Al-Kahf   Surah Number : 18   Ayat Number: 28

Ayah 37

فَكَذَّبُوهُ فَأَخَذَتۡهُمُ ٱلرَّجۡفَةُ فَأَصۡبَحُواْ فِي دَارِهِمۡ جَٰثِمِينَ

37. Then they belied him [89], and the earthquake overtook them; they remained in their homes prostrate [90].

Ayah 40

قَالَ عَمَّا قَلِيلٖ لَّيُصۡبِحُنَّ نَٰدِمِينَ

40. Allah said, 'In a little while they will meet the morning repenting' [63].

Ayah 11

فَخَرَجَ عَلَىٰ قَوۡمِهِۦ مِنَ ٱلۡمِحۡرَابِ فَأَوۡحَىٰٓ إِلَيۡهِمۡ أَن سَبِّحُواْ بُكۡرَةٗ وَعَشِيّٗا

11. Then he came out to his people from the sanctuary [18] and signaled to them to continue glorifying [God] morning and evening. [19]

Ayah 62

لَّا يَسۡمَعُونَ فِيهَا لَغۡوًا إِلَّا سَلَٰمٗاۖ وَلَهُمۡ رِزۡقُهُمۡ فِيهَا بُكۡرَةٗ وَعَشِيّٗا

62. They will not hear therein any vain talk [111], but only greetings of peace [112]. And for them is their provision morning and evening [113].

Ayah 15

۩ وَلِلَّهِۤ يَسۡجُدُۤ مَن فِي ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ طَوۡعٗا وَكَرۡهٗا وَظِلَٰلُهُم بِٱلۡغُدُوِّ وَٱلۡأٓصَالِ

15. And to Allah alone prostrates whoever is in the heavens and the earth, willingly or unwillingly [41], and their shadows too, every morning and evening [42].

Ayah 36

فِي بُيُوتٍ أَذِنَ ٱللَّهُ أَن تُرۡفَعَ وَيُذۡكَرَ فِيهَا ٱسۡمُهُۥ يُسَبِّحُ لَهُۥ فِيهَا بِٱلۡغُدُوِّ وَٱلۡأٓصَالِ

36. In those houses [97], which Allah has ordered [98] to be raised up, and in them His name is remembered, Allah is glorified there in the mornings and evenings [99].

Ayah 78

فَأَخَذَتۡهُمُ ٱلرَّجۡفَةُ فَأَصۡبَحُواْ فِي دَارِهِمۡ جَٰثِمِينَ

78. Then the earthquake [191] overtook them, and they lay prostrate in their homes, in the morning.

Ayah 91

فَأَخَذَتۡهُمُ ٱلرَّجۡفَةُ فَأَصۡبَحُواْ فِي دَارِهِمۡ جَٰثِمِينَ

91. Then the earthquake overtook them. So, in the morning they fell prostrate in their homes [221].

Ayah 205

وَٱذۡكُر رَّبَّكَ فِي نَفۡسِكَ تَضَرُّعٗا وَخِيفَةٗ وَدُونَ ٱلۡجَهۡرِ مِنَ ٱلۡقَوۡلِ بِٱلۡغُدُوِّ وَٱلۡأٓصَالِ وَلَا تَكُن مِّنَ ٱلۡغَٰفِلِينَ

205. And remember your Lord within yourself, humbly and fearfully, and without uttering a sound [461] from the tongue, morning and evening [462], and be not among the heedless.

Ayah 157

فَعَقَرُوهَا فَأَصۡبَحُواْ نَٰدِمِينَ

157. But they hamstrung her, and then they became regretful in the morning. [157]

Ayah 9

لِّتُؤۡمِنُواْ بِٱللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِۦ وَتُعَزِّرُوهُ وَتُوَقِّرُوهُۚ وَتُسَبِّحُوهُ بُكۡرَةٗ وَأَصِيلًا

9. So that people should believe [20] in Allah and His Messenger, and honor him [21], and that you may glorify Him in the morning and the evening (22).

Ayah 42

وَسَبِّحُوهُ بُكۡرَةٗ وَأَصِيلًا

42. And glorify [114] Him morning and [115] evening.

Ayah 137

وَإِنَّكُمۡ لَتَمُرُّونَ عَلَيۡهِم مُّصۡبِحِينَ

137.And verily you pass by (their ruined habitations) in the morning.

Ayah 17

ٱلصَّـٰبِرِينَ وَٱلصَّـٰدِقِينَ وَٱلۡقَٰنِتِينَ وَٱلۡمُنفِقِينَ وَٱلۡمُسۡتَغۡفِرِينَ بِٱلۡأَسۡحَارِ

17. They are the steadfast, the obedient, and the humble; those who spend (in the way of Allah) and those who seek forgiveness in the early hours of the morning [34].

Ayah 41

قَالَ رَبِّ ٱجۡعَل لِّيٓ ءَايَةٗۖ قَالَ ءَايَتُكَ أَلَّا تُكَلِّمَ ٱلنَّاسَ ثَلَٰثَةَ أَيَّامٍ إِلَّا رَمۡزٗاۗ وَٱذۡكُر رَّبَّكَ كَثِيرٗا وَسَبِّحۡ بِٱلۡعَشِيِّ وَٱلۡإِبۡكَٰرِ

41. He said: O my Lord, make for me a sign [90]. He replied: Your sign will be that you will not speak to anyone of the people for three days except by sign, and remember your Lord abundantly [91]. And glorify Him in the evening and in the morning [92].

Ayah 72

وَقَالَت طَّآئِفَةٞ مِّنۡ أَهۡلِ ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ ءَامِنُواْ بِٱلَّذِيٓ أُنزِلَ عَلَى ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ وَجۡهَ ٱلنَّهَارِ وَٱكۡفُرُوٓاْ ءَاخِرَهُۥ لَعَلَّهُمۡ يَرۡجِعُونَ

72.And a group of the People of the Scripture said: "Believe in what was revealed to the believers in the morning and later deny it in the evening; perhaps they may return [152]."
