Ayah 17

قُتِلَ ٱلۡإِنسَٰنُ مَآ أَكۡفَرَهُۥ

17. Human beings may perish as to what makes him disbelieve.

Surah Name : Abasa   Surah Number : 80   Ayat Number: 17

Ayah 4

قُتِلَ أَصۡحَٰبُ ٱلۡأُخۡدُودِ

4. Perished are the followers of the pit.

Ayah 11

وَمَا يُغۡنِي عَنۡهُ مَالُهُۥٓ إِذَا تَرَدَّىٰٓ

11. And their riches will not assist [9] them when they perish.

Ayah 1

تَبَّتۡ يَدَآ أَبِي لَهَبٖ وَتَبَّ

1. The hands of Abu Lahab [2] have perished, and he has perished [3].

Ayah 42

إِذۡ أَنتُم بِٱلۡعُدۡوَةِ ٱلدُّنۡيَا وَهُم بِٱلۡعُدۡوَةِ ٱلۡقُصۡوَىٰ وَٱلرَّكۡبُ أَسۡفَلَ مِنكُمۡۚ وَلَوۡ تَوَاعَدتُّمۡ لَٱخۡتَلَفۡتُمۡ فِي ٱلۡمِيعَٰدِ وَلَٰكِن لِّيَقۡضِيَ ٱللَّهُ أَمۡرٗا كَانَ مَفۡعُولٗا لِّيَهۡلِكَ مَنۡ هَلَكَ عَنۢ بَيِّنَةٖ وَيَحۡيَىٰ مَنۡ حَيَّ عَنۢ بَيِّنَةٖۗ وَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَسَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٌ

42. And remember when you were on the near side of the valley, and they were on the farther side, and the caravan was below [90] you on the plain. And if you had made any mutual promise, you would surely have differed regarding the appointed time [91], but this happened so that Allah might fulfill the matter destined to occur [92], so that whoever was to perish would perish with clear evidence, and whoever was to live would live with clear evidence [93]. And indeed, Allah is Hearing and Knowing [94].

Surah Name : Al-Anfal   Surah Number : 8   Ayat Number: 42

Ayah 16

فَلَا يَصُدَّنَّكَ عَنۡهَا مَن لَّا يُؤۡمِنُ بِهَا وَٱتَّبَعَ هَوَىٰهُ فَتَرۡدَىٰ

16. Then let no one who does not believe in it and follows his own desire [17] bar you from believing lest you may perish.

Ayah 56

قَالَ تَٱللَّهِ إِن كِدتَّ لَتُرۡدِينِ

56.He will say: "By Allah, you cause me to perish [56]".

Ayah 36

فَقُلۡنَا ٱذۡهَبَآ إِلَى ٱلۡقَوۡمِ ٱلَّذِينَ كَذَّبُواْ بِـَٔايَٰتِنَا فَدَمَّرۡنَٰهُمۡ تَدۡمِيرٗا

36. Then We said, "Both of you must go towards the people who have belied Our signs" [66]. So We destroyed them completely [67].

Ayah 18

أُوْلَـٰٓئِكَ ٱلَّذِينَ حَقَّ عَلَيۡهِمُ ٱلۡقَوۡلُ فِيٓ أُمَمٖ قَدۡ خَلَتۡ مِن قَبۡلِهِم مِّنَ ٱلۡجِنِّ وَٱلۡإِنسِۖ إِنَّهُمۡ كَانُواْ خَٰسِرِينَ

18.These are they against whom the sentence (of Allah) has already become due (53), along with jinns and mankind who had gone before them. Certainly they were the losers (54) to perish.

Ayah 10

مَن كَانَ يُرِيدُ ٱلۡعِزَّةَ فَلِلَّهِ ٱلۡعِزَّةُ جَمِيعًاۚ إِلَيۡهِ يَصۡعَدُ ٱلۡكَلِمُ ٱلطَّيِّبُ وَٱلۡعَمَلُ ٱلصَّـٰلِحُ يَرۡفَعُهُۥۚ وَٱلَّذِينَ يَمۡكُرُونَ ٱلسَّيِّـَٔاتِ لَهُمۡ عَذَابٞ شَدِيدٞۖ وَمَكۡرُ أُوْلَـٰٓئِكَ هُوَ يَبُورُ

10.Whoever desires honour, then (remember) all honour (30) belongs to Allah. Towards Him ascends (31) all pure words, and He exalts the righteous works. And those who plot evil (32), for them is severe punishment. And their evil plans will all perish (33).

Surah Name : Fatir   Surah Number : 35   Ayat Number: 10

Ayah 25

۞وَقَيَّضۡنَا لَهُمۡ قُرَنَآءَ فَزَيَّنُواْ لَهُم مَّا بَيۡنَ أَيۡدِيهِمۡ وَمَا خَلۡفَهُمۡ وَحَقَّ عَلَيۡهِمُ ٱلۡقَوۡلُ فِيٓ أُمَمٖ قَدۡ خَلَتۡ مِن قَبۡلِهِم مِّنَ ٱلۡجِنِّ وَٱلۡإِنسِۖ إِنَّهُمۡ كَانُواْ خَٰسِرِينَ

25.And We have appointed[64] for them some comrades, who made to appear fair in their eyes what is before them, and what is behind[65] them, and the sentence was justified (66) against them, along with those groups that had already gone before them from amongst the jinns and mankind.(67) Certainly, they were the losers, to perish.
