Ayah 12

فَمَن شَآءَ ذَكَرَهُۥ

12. Whoso desires, let such remember [8]. one

Surah Name : Abasa   Surah Number : 80   Ayat Number: 12

Ayah 23

وَجِاْيٓءَ يَوۡمَئِذِۭ بِجَهَنَّمَۚ يَوۡمَئِذٖ يَتَذَكَّرُ ٱلۡإِنسَٰنُ وَأَنَّىٰ لَهُ ٱلذِّكۡرَىٰ

23.And Hell [24] shall be brought near on that day. On that day man will remember, but how can such rememberance [25] avail anything?

Surah Name : Al-Fajr   Surah Number : 89   Ayat Number: 23

Ayah 142

إِنَّ ٱلۡمُنَٰفِقِينَ يُخَٰدِعُونَ ٱللَّهَ وَهُوَ خَٰدِعُهُمۡ وَإِذَا قَامُوٓاْ إِلَى ٱلصَّلَوٰةِ قَامُواْ كُسَالَىٰ يُرَآءُونَ ٱلنَّاسَ وَلَا يَذۡكُرُونَ ٱللَّهَ إِلَّا قَلِيلٗا

142. Surely, the hypocrites (think to) deceive [420] Allah. But, He is deceiving them. And when they stand up for prayer, they stand up with a defeated [421] soul (i.e., lazily), making a show to the people, and they remember not Allah, but little.

Surah Name : An-Nisa   Surah Number : 4   Ayat Number: 142

Ayah 40

يَٰبَنِيٓ إِسۡرَـٰٓءِيلَ ٱذۡكُرُواْ نِعۡمَتِيَ ٱلَّتِيٓ أَنۡعَمۡتُ عَلَيۡكُمۡ وَأَوۡفُواْ بِعَهۡدِيٓ أُوفِ بِعَهۡدِكُمۡ وَإِيَّـٰيَ فَٱرۡهَبُونِ

40. O Children of Israel, remember My favor [78] which I have bestowed upon you and fulfill your part of the covenant with Me; then I will fulfill My part of the covenant with you. And fear none but Me.

Ayah 47

يَٰبَنِيٓ إِسۡرَـٰٓءِيلَ ٱذۡكُرُواْ نِعۡمَتِيَ ٱلَّتِيٓ أَنۡعَمۡتُ عَلَيۡكُمۡ وَأَنِّي فَضَّلۡتُكُمۡ عَلَى ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ

47. O Children of Israel! Remember My special favours [89], which I have bestowed upon you, and exalted you over the entire world [90].

Ayah 63

وَإِذۡ أَخَذۡنَا مِيثَٰقَكُمۡ وَرَفَعۡنَا فَوۡقَكُمُ ٱلطُّورَ خُذُواْ مَآ ءَاتَيۡنَٰكُم بِقُوَّةٖ وَٱذۡكُرُواْ مَا فِيهِ لَعَلَّكُمۡ تَتَّقُونَ

63. And (recall) when We took a covenant [116] from you, and We caused [117] the Mount Tur to tower above you, (saying): "Hold firmly to whatever We have bestowed upon you and remember what is therein, that perhaps you may become righteous." [118]

Surah Name : Al-Baqarah   Surah Number : 2   Ayat Number: 63

Ayah 122

يَٰبَنِيٓ إِسۡرَـٰٓءِيلَ ٱذۡكُرُواْ نِعۡمَتِيَ ٱلَّتِيٓ أَنۡعَمۡتُ عَلَيۡكُمۡ وَأَنِّي فَضَّلۡتُكُمۡ عَلَى ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ

122. O Children of Israel, remember My favor [243] which I bestowed upon you, and that I elevated [244] you above all the people of the worlds (of your time).

Surah Name : Al-Baqarah   Surah Number : 2   Ayat Number: 122

Ayah 152

فَٱذۡكُرُونِيٓ أَذۡكُرۡكُمۡ وَٱشۡكُرُواْ لِي وَلَا تَكۡفُرُونِ

152. So remember Me, I shall remember you [321], and be grateful to Me and never be ungrateful [322].

Ayah 198

لَيۡسَ عَلَيۡكُمۡ جُنَاحٌ أَن تَبۡتَغُواْ فَضۡلٗا مِّن رَّبِّكُمۡۚ فَإِذَآ أَفَضۡتُم مِّنۡ عَرَفَٰتٖ فَٱذۡكُرُواْ ٱللَّهَ عِندَ ٱلۡمَشۡعَرِ ٱلۡحَرَامِۖ وَٱذۡكُرُوهُ كَمَا هَدَىٰكُمۡ وَإِن كُنتُم مِّن قَبۡلِهِۦ لَمِنَ ٱلضَّآلِّينَ

198. There is no blame upon you for seeking bounty [464] from your Lord (during Hajj). Then when you return from Arafaat [465], remember Allah at Al Mash'aril Haraam [466]. And remember [467] Allah as He has guided you, though before that you were among those who were astray [468].

Surah Name : Al-Baqarah   Surah Number : 2   Ayat Number: 198

Ayah 203

۞وَٱذۡكُرُواْ ٱللَّهَ فِيٓ أَيَّامٖ مَّعۡدُودَٰتٖۚ فَمَن تَعَجَّلَ فِي يَوۡمَيۡنِ فَلَآ إِثۡمَ عَلَيۡهِ وَمَن تَأَخَّرَ فَلَآ إِثۡمَ عَلَيۡهِۖ لِمَنِ ٱتَّقَىٰۗ وَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ وَٱعۡلَمُوٓاْ أَنَّكُمۡ إِلَيۡهِ تُحۡشَرُونَ

203. And remember Allah during the numbered days (3 days after the 9th Zil-Hajj) [475]. Whoso hastens (his departure) in 2 days, there is no sin upon him, and whoso delays (until the 3rd day), there is no sin upon him either, provided he is God-fearing [476]. And fear Allah and know surely, you have to return to Him.

Ayah 231

وَإِذَا طَلَّقۡتُمُ ٱلنِّسَآءَ فَبَلَغۡنَ أَجَلَهُنَّ فَأَمۡسِكُوهُنَّ بِمَعۡرُوفٍ أَوۡ سَرِّحُوهُنَّ بِمَعۡرُوفٖۚ وَلَا تُمۡسِكُوهُنَّ ضِرَارٗا لِّتَعۡتَدُواْۚ وَمَن يَفۡعَلۡ ذَٰلِكَ فَقَدۡ ظَلَمَ نَفۡسَهُۥۚ وَلَا تَتَّخِذُوٓاْ ءَايَٰتِ ٱللَّهِ هُزُوٗاۚ وَٱذۡكُرُواْ نِعۡمَتَ ٱللَّهِ عَلَيۡكُمۡ وَمَآ أَنزَلَ عَلَيۡكُم مِّنَ ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ وَٱلۡحِكۡمَةِ يَعِظُكُم بِهِۦۚ وَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ وَٱعۡلَمُوٓاْ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ بِكُلِّ شَيۡءٍ عَلِيمٞ

231. And when you have divorced women and they have completed their term, either retain them with kindness or release them [553] with kindness. And do not retain them to hurt them and commit aggression [554]. And whoever does so wrongs his own self [555]. And do not take the verses of Allah in jest [556], and remember the favor [557] of Allah upon you and what He has revealed to you of the Book and wisdom [558] to advise you. And fear Allah, and know that Allah is the Knower of all things [559].

Surah Name : Al-Baqarah   Surah Number : 2   Ayat Number: 231

Ayah 235

وَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيۡكُمۡ فِيمَا عَرَّضۡتُم بِهِۦ مِنۡ خِطۡبَةِ ٱلنِّسَآءِ أَوۡ أَكۡنَنتُمۡ فِيٓ أَنفُسِكُمۡۚ عَلِمَ ٱللَّهُ أَنَّكُمۡ سَتَذۡكُرُونَهُنَّ وَلَٰكِن لَّا تُوَاعِدُوهُنَّ سِرًّا إِلَّآ أَن تَقُولُواْ قَوۡلٗا مَّعۡرُوفٗاۚ وَلَا تَعۡزِمُواْ عُقۡدَةَ ٱلنِّكَاحِ حَتَّىٰ يَبۡلُغَ ٱلۡكِتَٰبُ أَجَلَهُۥۚ وَٱعۡلَمُوٓاْ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَعۡلَمُ مَا فِيٓ أَنفُسِكُمۡ فَٱحۡذَرُوهُۚ وَٱعۡلَمُوٓاْ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ غَفُورٌ حَلِيمٞ

235. And there is no sin on you if you make a hint of proposal to such women or conceal it in your hearts. Allah knows that you will soon remember them. But do not make a hidden contract [576] with them, except that you speak in a recognized manner according to the law. And do not resolve on the marriage tie [577] until the prescribed term reaches its end. And know that Allah knows what is in your hearts [578], so beware of Him [579]. And know that Allah is Most Forgiving, Most Forbearing.

Surah Name : Al-Baqarah   Surah Number : 2   Ayat Number: 235

Ayah 239

فَإِنۡ خِفۡتُمۡ فَرِجَالًا أَوۡ رُكۡبَانٗاۖ فَإِذَآ أَمِنتُمۡ فَٱذۡكُرُواْ ٱللَّهَ كَمَا عَلَّمَكُم مَّا لَمۡ تَكُونُواْ تَعۡلَمُونَ

239. And if you fear (danger of enemy) (592), then establish prayer while on foot (593) or riding. Then when you are secure, remember Allah as He has taught you what you knew not.

Surah Name : Al-Baqarah   Surah Number : 2   Ayat Number: 239

Ayah 24

إِلَّآ أَن يَشَآءَ ٱللَّهُۚ وَٱذۡكُر رَّبَّكَ إِذَا نَسِيتَ وَقُلۡ عَسَىٰٓ أَن يَهۡدِيَنِ رَبِّي لِأَقۡرَبَ مِنۡ هَٰذَا رَشَدٗا

24. But, if Allah wills. [54] And remember your Lord when you forget, [55] and say, “It is likely that my Lord will guide me to something closer to guidance than this.” [56].

Surah Name : Al-Kahf   Surah Number : 18   Ayat Number: 24

Ayah 50

وَإِذۡ قُلۡنَا لِلۡمَلَـٰٓئِكَةِ ٱسۡجُدُواْ لِأٓدَمَ فَسَجَدُوٓاْ إِلَّآ إِبۡلِيسَ كَانَ مِنَ ٱلۡجِنِّ فَفَسَقَ عَنۡ أَمۡرِ رَبِّهِۦٓۗ أَفَتَتَّخِذُونَهُۥ وَذُرِّيَّتَهُۥٓ أَوۡلِيَآءَ مِن دُونِي وَهُمۡ لَكُمۡ عَدُوُّۢۚ بِئۡسَ لِلظَّـٰلِمِينَ بَدَلٗا

50. And remember when We said to the angels, "Prostrate to Adam," and they all prostrated except Iblis. He was of the jinn [118] and defied the command of his Lord. Will you then take him and his offspring [120] as allies apart from Me, while they are your enemies? What an evil substitute for the wrongdoers [121].

Surah Name : Al-Kahf   Surah Number : 18   Ayat Number: 50

Ayah 78

وَدَاوُۥدَ وَسُلَيۡمَٰنَ إِذۡ يَحۡكُمَانِ فِي ٱلۡحَرۡثِ إِذۡ نَفَشَتۡ فِيهِ غَنَمُ ٱلۡقَوۡمِ وَكُنَّا لِحُكۡمِهِمۡ شَٰهِدِينَ

78. And remember Dawood and Sulaiman [114], when they gave decision regarding a feud of tillage when the sheep of certain people strayed therein by night, and We were present at the time of their judgement.

Surah Name : Al-Anbiya   Surah Number : 21   Ayat Number: 78

Ayah 83

۞وَأَيُّوبَ إِذۡ نَادَىٰ رَبَّهُۥٓ أَنِّي مَسَّنِيَ ٱلضُّرُّ وَأَنتَ أَرۡحَمُ ٱلرَّـٰحِمِينَ

83. And remember Ayyub [125], when he called his Lord that distress has touched me and you are the Most Merciful of the merciful [126].

Surah Name : Al-Anbiya   Surah Number : 21   Ayat Number: 83

Ayah 85

وَإِسۡمَٰعِيلَ وَإِدۡرِيسَ وَذَا ٱلۡكِفۡلِۖ كُلّٞ مِّنَ ٱلصَّـٰبِرِينَ

85. And remember Ismail and Idrees [128], and Zul-Kifl. They were all men of patience [129].

Surah Name : Al-Anbiya   Surah Number : 21   Ayat Number: 85

Ayah 87

وَذَا ٱلنُّونِ إِذ ذَّهَبَ مُغَٰضِبٗا فَظَنَّ أَن لَّن نَّقۡدِرَ عَلَيۡهِ فَنَادَىٰ فِي ٱلظُّلُمَٰتِ أَن لَّآ إِلَٰهَ إِلَّآ أَنتَ سُبۡحَٰنَكَ إِنِّي كُنتُ مِنَ ٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَ

87. And remember Zun-Noon [130], And when he departed in anger [131], he imagined that We would not cause him any distress (132), and then he cried out in the darkness (133), there is none worthy of worship but You, Glory is to you. Indeed, I did improper act (134).

Surah Name : Al-Anbiya   Surah Number : 21   Ayat Number: 87

Ayah 16

وَٱذۡكُرۡ فِي ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ مَرۡيَمَ إِذِ ٱنتَبَذَتۡ مِنۡ أَهۡلِهَا مَكَانٗا شَرۡقِيّٗا

16. And remember Maryam [24] in the Book, when she withdrew from her family to a place in the east. [25]
