Ayah 60

۞أَلَمۡ أَعۡهَدۡ إِلَيۡكُمۡ يَٰبَنِيٓ ءَادَمَ أَن لَّا تَعۡبُدُواْ ٱلشَّيۡطَٰنَۖ إِنَّهُۥ لَكُمۡ عَدُوّٞ مُّبِينٞ

60.0 Children of Adam, had I not made a promise[91] with you that you should not worship Shaitaan. Certainly, he is your open enemy [92].

Ayah 38

وَٱلَّذِينَ يُنفِقُونَ أَمۡوَٰلَهُمۡ رِئَآءَ ٱلنَّاسِ وَلَا يُؤۡمِنُونَ بِٱللَّهِ وَلَا بِٱلۡيَوۡمِ ٱلۡأٓخِرِۗ وَمَن يَكُنِ ٱلشَّيۡطَٰنُ لَهُۥ قَرِينٗا فَسَآءَ قَرِينٗا

38. And those who spend their wealth [148] to show off to people [149], and do not believe in Allah or the Last Day. Whoever takes Satan as a companion, then what an evil companion he is [150].

Surah Name : An-Nisa   Surah Number : 4   Ayat Number: 38

Ayah 117

إِن يَدۡعُونَ مِن دُونِهِۦٓ إِلَّآ إِنَٰثٗا وَإِن يَدۡعُونَ إِلَّا شَيۡطَٰنٗا مَّرِيدٗا

117. These polytheists worship not Allah, but some females [358] and worship not but a rebellious Shaitaan [359].

Ayah 119

وَلَأُضِلَّنَّهُمۡ وَلَأُمَنِّيَنَّهُمۡ وَلَأٓمُرَنَّهُمۡ فَلَيُبَتِّكُنَّ ءَاذَانَ ٱلۡأَنۡعَٰمِ وَلَأٓمُرَنَّهُمۡ فَلَيُغَيِّرُنَّ خَلۡقَ ٱللَّهِۚ وَمَن يَتَّخِذِ ٱلشَّيۡطَٰنَ وَلِيّٗا مِّن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ فَقَدۡ خَسِرَ خُسۡرَانٗا مُّبِينٗا

119. And I will certainly lead them astray, and I will arouse in them (sinful) desires [361] and will command that so they will cut the ears of cattle [362], and I will command that so they will change the creation of Allah [363]. And he who takes Shaitaan for a friend [364], besides Allah, has certainly sustained a clear loss.

Ayah 120

يَعِدُهُمۡ وَيُمَنِّيهِمۡۖ وَمَا يَعِدُهُمُ ٱلشَّيۡطَٰنُ إِلَّا غُرُورًا

120. He (the devil) makes them promises and arouses in them desires. But, Shaitaan does not promise them except deception [365].

Ayah 14

وَإِذَا لَقُواْ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ قَالُوٓاْ ءَامَنَّا وَإِذَا خَلَوۡاْ إِلَىٰ شَيَٰطِينِهِمۡ قَالُوٓاْ إِنَّا مَعَكُمۡ إِنَّمَا نَحۡنُ مُسۡتَهۡزِءُونَ

14. And when they meet the believers, they say, "We believe," but when they are alone with their devils, they say, "We are with you; we were only mocking." [29]

Ayah 36

فَأَزَلَّهُمَا ٱلشَّيۡطَٰنُ عَنۡهَا فَأَخۡرَجَهُمَا مِمَّا كَانَا فِيهِۖ وَقُلۡنَا ٱهۡبِطُواْ بَعۡضُكُمۡ لِبَعۡضٍ عَدُوّٞۖ وَلَكُمۡ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ مُسۡتَقَرّٞ وَمَتَٰعٌ إِلَىٰ حِينٖ

36.Then Shaitaan caused the two to slip out [71] of it and removed them from the abode. And We said: "Get down (all of you) [72] as enemies to one another. And you will have on the earth a place of settlement and provision for a time" [73].

Ayah 102

وَٱتَّبَعُواْ مَا تَتۡلُواْ ٱلشَّيَٰطِينُ عَلَىٰ مُلۡكِ سُلَيۡمَٰنَۖ وَمَا كَفَرَ سُلَيۡمَٰنُ وَلَٰكِنَّ ٱلشَّيَٰطِينَ كَفَرُواْ يُعَلِّمُونَ ٱلنَّاسَ ٱلسِّحۡرَ وَمَآ أُنزِلَ عَلَى ٱلۡمَلَكَيۡنِ بِبَابِلَ هَٰرُوتَ وَمَٰرُوتَۚ وَمَا يُعَلِّمَانِ مِنۡ أَحَدٍ حَتَّىٰ يَقُولَآ إِنَّمَا نَحۡنُ فِتۡنَةٞ فَلَا تَكۡفُرۡۖ فَيَتَعَلَّمُونَ مِنۡهُمَا مَا يُفَرِّقُونَ بِهِۦ بَيۡنَ ٱلۡمَرۡءِ وَزَوۡجِهِۦۚ وَمَا هُم بِضَآرِّينَ بِهِۦ مِنۡ أَحَدٍ إِلَّا بِإِذۡنِ ٱللَّهِۚ وَيَتَعَلَّمُونَ مَا يَضُرُّهُمۡ وَلَا يَنفَعُهُمۡۚ وَلَقَدۡ عَلِمُواْ لَمَنِ ٱشۡتَرَىٰهُ مَا لَهُۥ فِي ٱلۡأٓخِرَةِ مِنۡ خَلَٰقٖۚ وَلَبِئۡسَ مَا شَرَوۡاْ بِهِۦٓ أَنفُسَهُمۡۚ لَوۡ كَانُواْ يَعۡلَمُونَ

102. And they followed (instead) what the Shaitaan had recited during the reign of Sulaiman [195]. It was not Sulaiman who disbelieved, but the Shaitaan who disbelieved [196], teaching people magic and that which was revealed to the two angels at Babylon, Harut and Marut [197]. And they (the two angels) do not teach anyone anything unless they say: "We are merely a test. Therefore, do not be infidels" [198]. And they learn from them that which causes separation [199] between husband and wife. But they do not harm anyone through it except by permission of Allah. And they learn what will harm them and not benefit them [200]. And certainly, they knew whosoever traded in it (magic) will have no share [201] in the Hereafter. And surely, most evil is that for which they have sold themselves, if only they had known.

Surah Name : Al-Baqarah   Surah Number : 2   Ayat Number: 102

Ayah 168

يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلنَّاسُ كُلُواْ مِمَّا فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ حَلَٰلٗا طَيِّبٗا وَلَا تَتَّبِعُواْ خُطُوَٰتِ ٱلشَّيۡطَٰنِۚ إِنَّهُۥ لَكُمۡ عَدُوّٞ مُّبِينٌ

168. O mankind! Eat of whatever is in the earth [357], lawful and clean [358]. And do not follow the footsteps of the devil. Surely, he is to you an open enemy.

Ayah 208

يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ ٱدۡخُلُواْ فِي ٱلسِّلۡمِ كَآفَّةٗ وَلَا تَتَّبِعُواْ خُطُوَٰتِ ٱلشَّيۡطَٰنِۚ إِنَّهُۥ لَكُمۡ عَدُوّٞ مُّبِينٞ

208.O you who believe! Enter into Islam as a whole [482] and do not follow the footsteps [483] of the devil. Surely, he is your open enemy [484].

Ayah 268

ٱلشَّيۡطَٰنُ يَعِدُكُمُ ٱلۡفَقۡرَ وَيَأۡمُرُكُم بِٱلۡفَحۡشَآءِۖ وَٱللَّهُ يَعِدُكُم مَّغۡفِرَةٗ مِّنۡهُ وَفَضۡلٗاۗ وَٱللَّهُ وَٰسِعٌ عَلِيمٞ

268. The devil threatens you with poverty and commands you to commit lewdness [707]. But Allah promises you forgiveness from Him and bounty. Surely, Allah is All-Encompassing, All-Knowing [708].

Ayah 275

ٱلَّذِينَ يَأۡكُلُونَ ٱلرِّبَوٰاْ لَا يَقُومُونَ إِلَّا كَمَا يَقُومُ ٱلَّذِي يَتَخَبَّطُهُ ٱلشَّيۡطَٰنُ مِنَ ٱلۡمَسِّۚ ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمۡ قَالُوٓاْ إِنَّمَا ٱلۡبَيۡعُ مِثۡلُ ٱلرِّبَوٰاْۗ وَأَحَلَّ ٱللَّهُ ٱلۡبَيۡعَ وَحَرَّمَ ٱلرِّبَوٰاْۚ فَمَن جَآءَهُۥ مَوۡعِظَةٞ مِّن رَّبِّهِۦ فَٱنتَهَىٰ فَلَهُۥ مَا سَلَفَ وَأَمۡرُهُۥٓ إِلَى ٱللَّهِۖ وَمَنۡ عَادَ فَأُوْلَـٰٓئِكَ أَصۡحَٰبُ ٱلنَّارِۖ هُمۡ فِيهَا خَٰلِدُونَ

275. Those who devour interest (usury) [727] cannot stand on the Day of Judgement, except like one who is touched [728] by Shaitaan into insanity [729]. That is because they say: "The trade, too, is just like interest" [730]. But, Allah has permitted trade and forbidden interest [731]. So, whoever has received direction from His Lord and refrains from it, whatever he took before is lawful for him [732], and his affair is with Allah [733]. But, whoever returns (to dealing in interest), they are the inmates of the Fire, wherein they will abide eternally [734].

Surah Name : Al-Baqarah   Surah Number : 2   Ayat Number: 275

Ayah 5

وَلَقَدۡ زَيَّنَّا ٱلسَّمَآءَ ٱلدُّنۡيَا بِمَصَٰبِيحَ وَجَعَلۡنَٰهَا رُجُومٗا لِّلشَّيَٰطِينِۖ وَأَعۡتَدۡنَا لَهُمۡ عَذَابَ ٱلسَّعِيرِ

5. And certainly, We have adorned the nearest [12] heaven with lamps [13] and made them missiles for the devils [14], and We have prepared for them the punishment of the blazing fire [15].

Surah Name : Al-Mulk   Surah Number : 67   Ayat Number: 5

Ayah 82

وَمِنَ ٱلشَّيَٰطِينِ مَن يَغُوصُونَ لَهُۥ وَيَعۡمَلُونَ عَمَلٗا دُونَ ذَٰلِكَۖ وَكُنَّا لَهُمۡ حَٰفِظِينَ

82. And among the devils, those who dived for him [122] and did other work beside that [123], and We had a check over them (124)

Surah Name : Al-Anbiya   Surah Number : 21   Ayat Number: 82

Ayah 38

وَعَادٗا وَثَمُودَاْ وَقَد تَّبَيَّنَ لَكُم مِّن مَّسَٰكِنِهِمۡۖ وَزَيَّنَ لَهُمُ ٱلشَّيۡطَٰنُ أَعۡمَٰلَهُمۡ فَصَدَّهُمۡ عَنِ ٱلسَّبِيلِ وَكَانُواْ مُسۡتَبۡصِرِينَ

38. And We destroyed 'Aad and Thamud, and you have already known their dwellings [91]. The Devil (Satan) made their deeds appear fair-seeming [92] to them and turned them away from the path, although they could see clearly [93].

Surah Name : Al-Ankabut   Surah Number : 29   Ayat Number: 38

Ayah 97

وَقُل رَّبِّ أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنۡ هَمَزَٰتِ ٱلشَّيَٰطِينِ

97. And say [133] you, 'O my Lord, I seek refuge in you from the evil suggestions of Satan'.

Surah Name : Al-Muminun   Surah Number : 23   Ayat Number: 97

Ayah 68

فَوَرَبِّكَ لَنَحۡشُرَنَّهُمۡ وَٱلشَّيَٰطِينَ ثُمَّ لَنُحۡضِرَنَّهُمۡ حَوۡلَ جَهَنَّمَ جِثِيّٗا

68. Then We will certainly pick [123] out from every group those who are most defiant towards the Most Merciful [124].

Surah Name : Maryam   Surah Number : 19   Ayat Number: 68

Ayah 83

أَلَمۡ تَرَ أَنَّآ أَرۡسَلۡنَا ٱلشَّيَٰطِينَ عَلَى ٱلۡكَٰفِرِينَ تَؤُزُّهُمۡ أَزّٗا

83. Did you not see that We sent the Shaitaan [145] upon the disbelievers, to urge them strongly [146]?

Surah Name : Maryam   Surah Number : 19   Ayat Number: 83

Ayah 120

فَوَسۡوَسَ إِلَيۡهِ ٱلشَّيۡطَٰنُ قَالَ يَـٰٓـَٔادَمُ هَلۡ أَدُلُّكَ عَلَىٰ شَجَرَةِ ٱلۡخُلۡدِ وَمُلۡكٖ لَّا يَبۡلَىٰ

120. Then the Shaitaan gave evil suggestion [166] to him, he said, O Adam! Shall I tell you the tree [167] of eternity and a kingdom that decays not? (168)

Surah Name : Ta-Ha   Surah Number : 20   Ayat Number: 120

Ayah 27

يَٰبَنِيٓ ءَادَمَ لَا يَفۡتِنَنَّكُمُ ٱلشَّيۡطَٰنُ كَمَآ أَخۡرَجَ أَبَوَيۡكُم مِّنَ ٱلۡجَنَّةِ يَنزِعُ عَنۡهُمَا لِبَاسَهُمَا لِيُرِيَهُمَا سَوۡءَٰتِهِمَآۚ إِنَّهُۥ يَرَىٰكُمۡ هُوَ وَقَبِيلُهُۥ مِنۡ حَيۡثُ لَا تَرَوۡنَهُمۡۗ إِنَّا جَعَلۡنَا ٱلشَّيَٰطِينَ أَوۡلِيَآءَ لِلَّذِينَ لَا يُؤۡمِنُونَ

27.O children of Adam! Let not the devil deceive you as he expelled your parents from Paradise, stripping them of their clothing to show them their shame [51]. Indeed, he sees you, he and his tribe, from where you do not see them [52]. We have made the devils allies to those who do not believe [53].
