Ayah 12

وَمَا يُكَذِّبُ بِهِۦٓ إِلَّا كُلُّ مُعۡتَدٍ أَثِيمٍ

12. And none will belie it but a transgressor, a sinner [9].

Ayah 2

وُجُوهٞ يَوۡمَئِذٍ خَٰشِعَةٌ

2. Faces [3] (of sinners) shall be downcast on that day.

Ayah 3

عَامِلَةٞ نَّاصِبَةٞ

3. Toiling, tired [4].

تَصۡلَىٰ نَارًا حَامِيَةٗ

4. To be thrown in a scorching fire [5].

Ayah 29

يُوسُفُ أَعۡرِضۡ عَنۡ هَٰذَاۚ وَٱسۡتَغۡفِرِي لِذَنۢبِكِۖ إِنَّكِ كُنتِ مِنَ ٱلۡخَاطِـِٔينَ

29. Yusuf {Joseph}, turn away from this. And [woman], ask forgiveness for your sin. You are indeed among the wrongdoers[62].

Ayah 91

قَالُواْ تَٱللَّهِ لَقَدۡ ءَاثَرَكَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيۡنَا وَإِن كُنَّا لَخَٰطِـِٔينَ

91. They said, "By Allah, surely Allah has preferred you above us, and indeed, we have been sinners [196]."

Ayah 84

وَأَمۡطَرۡنَا عَلَيۡهِم مَّطَرٗاۖ فَٱنظُرۡ كَيۡفَ كَانَ عَٰقِبَةُ ٱلۡمُجۡرِمِينَ

84. And We showered upon them a rain [201]. Then behold! What was the end of the sinners [202]?

Ayah 116

فَلَوۡلَا كَانَ مِنَ ٱلۡقُرُونِ مِن قَبۡلِكُمۡ أُوْلُواْ بَقِيَّةٖ يَنۡهَوۡنَ عَنِ ٱلۡفَسَادِ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ إِلَّا قَلِيلٗا مِّمَّنۡ أَنجَيۡنَا مِنۡهُمۡۗ وَٱتَّبَعَ ٱلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ مَآ أُتۡرِفُواْ فِيهِ وَكَانُواْ مُجۡرِمِينَ

116. Then why were there not among the generations before you persons of virtue [225] who would have forbidden corruption in the earth? Except for a few of those whom We saved. And those who wronged followed the luxury they were given [226] and were sinners [227].

Ayah 24

فَٱصۡبِرۡ لِحُكۡمِ رَبِّكَ وَلَا تُطِعۡ مِنۡهُمۡ ءَاثِمًا أَوۡ كَفُورٗا

24. So be steadfast [36] for the Command of your Lord. But never obey from among them a sinner or an ungrateful [37] one.

Ayah 37

لَّا يَأۡكُلُهُۥٓ إِلَّا ٱلۡخَٰطِـُٔونَ

37.Which none but the sinners [43] eat.

طَعَامُ ٱلۡأَثِيمِ

44. Will be the food [46] of the sinners.
