Ayah 12

وَمَا يُكَذِّبُ بِهِۦٓ إِلَّا كُلُّ مُعۡتَدٍ أَثِيمٍ

12. And none will belie it but a transgressor, a sinner [9].

Surah Name : Al-Mutaffifeen   Surah Number : 83   Ayat Number: 12

Ayah 145

وَلَئِنۡ أَتَيۡتَ ٱلَّذِينَ أُوتُواْ ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ بِكُلِّ ءَايَةٖ مَّا تَبِعُواْ قِبۡلَتَكَۚ وَمَآ أَنتَ بِتَابِعٖ قِبۡلَتَهُمۡۚ وَمَا بَعۡضُهُم بِتَابِعٖ قِبۡلَةَ بَعۡضٖۚ وَلَئِنِ ٱتَّبَعۡتَ أَهۡوَآءَهُم مِّنۢ بَعۡدِ مَا جَآءَكَ مِنَ ٱلۡعِلۡمِ إِنَّكَ إِذٗا لَّمِنَ ٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَ

145. And if you were to bring to the people of the Scripture [301] every sign, they would not follow [302] your Qibla, nor should you follow their Qibla [303], nor would they be followers of each other's Qibla [304]. (O listeners) If you were to follow their desires, after the knowledge of the truth has come to you, then indeed you would be among the transgressors [305].

Surah Name : Al-Baqarah   Surah Number : 2   Ayat Number: 145

Ayah 178

يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ كُتِبَ عَلَيۡكُمُ ٱلۡقِصَاصُ فِي ٱلۡقَتۡلَىۖ ٱلۡحُرُّ بِٱلۡحُرِّ وَٱلۡعَبۡدُ بِٱلۡعَبۡدِ وَٱلۡأُنثَىٰ بِٱلۡأُنثَىٰۚ فَمَنۡ عُفِيَ لَهُۥ مِنۡ أَخِيهِ شَيۡءٞ فَٱتِّبَاعُۢ بِٱلۡمَعۡرُوفِ وَأَدَآءٌ إِلَيۡهِ بِإِحۡسَٰنٖۗ ذَٰلِكَ تَخۡفِيفٞ مِّن رَّبِّكُمۡ وَرَحۡمَةٞۗ فَمَنِ ٱعۡتَدَىٰ بَعۡدَ ذَٰلِكَ فَلَهُۥ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٞ

178. O you who believe! Prescribed upon you is legal retribution [387] for those murdered: the free for the free, the slave for the slave, and the female for the female [388]. But whoever is pardoned by his brother [389], then let there be a suitable payment to him (the heir of the deceased) with good conduct. This is indeed a concession from your Lord and a Mercy [390]. He who transgresses [391] thereafter, then for him is a painful torment.

Surah Name : Al-Baqarah   Surah Number : 2   Ayat Number: 178

Ayah 190

وَقَٰتِلُواْ فِي سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلَّذِينَ يُقَٰتِلُونَكُمۡ وَلَا تَعۡتَدُوٓاْۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا يُحِبُّ ٱلۡمُعۡتَدِينَ

190.And fight in the way of Allah against those who fight [433] you, but do not transgress [434]. Indeed, Allah does not love the transgressors.

Ayah 229

ٱلطَّلَٰقُ مَرَّتَانِۖ فَإِمۡسَاكُۢ بِمَعۡرُوفٍ أَوۡ تَسۡرِيحُۢ بِإِحۡسَٰنٖۗ وَلَا يَحِلُّ لَكُمۡ أَن تَأۡخُذُواْ مِمَّآ ءَاتَيۡتُمُوهُنَّ شَيۡـًٔا إِلَّآ أَن يَخَافَآ أَلَّا يُقِيمَا حُدُودَ ٱللَّهِۖ فَإِنۡ خِفۡتُمۡ أَلَّا يُقِيمَا حُدُودَ ٱللَّهِ فَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيۡهِمَا فِيمَا ٱفۡتَدَتۡ بِهِۦۗ تِلۡكَ حُدُودُ ٱللَّهِ فَلَا تَعۡتَدُوهَاۚ وَمَن يَتَعَدَّ حُدُودَ ٱللَّهِ فَأُوْلَـٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلظَّـٰلِمُونَ

229. Divorce is twice [545]. Thereafter, (a woman) must be retained with kindness [546] or released with goodness. And it is not lawful for you to take back anything that you have given to them (wives) [547]. But, if both fear that they cannot maintain the limits of Allah, then there is no blame upon either of them for what she ransoms herself (549). These are the limits of Allah, so do not transgress them. And those who transgress the limits of Allah, it is they who are the unjust.

Surah Name : Al-Baqarah   Surah Number : 2   Ayat Number: 229

Ayah 7

فَمَنِ ٱبۡتَغَىٰ وَرَآءَ ذَٰلِكَ فَأُوْلَـٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلۡعَادُونَ

7. Then who so desires anything more than these two, are the transgressors [7].

Surah Name : Al-Muminun   Surah Number : 23   Ayat Number: 7

Ayah 19

وَيَـٰٓـَٔادَمُ ٱسۡكُنۡ أَنتَ وَزَوۡجُكَ ٱلۡجَنَّةَ فَكُلَا مِنۡ حَيۡثُ شِئۡتُمَا وَلَا تَقۡرَبَا هَٰذِهِ ٱلشَّجَرَةَ فَتَكُونَا مِنَ ٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَ

19. And O Adam! Dwell you and your wife in Paradise [30], and eat from wherever you wish [31], but do not approach this tree [32], lest you become of the wrongdoers [33].

Surah Name : Al-Araf   Surah Number : 7   Ayat Number: 19

Ayah 102

وَمَا وَجَدۡنَا لِأَكۡثَرِهِم مِّنۡ عَهۡدٖۖ وَإِن وَجَدۡنَآ أَكۡثَرَهُمۡ لَفَٰسِقِينَ

102.And We did not find most of them true to their words [239], and certainly, We found most of them transgressors.

Ayah 55

هَٰذَاۚ وَإِنَّ لِلطَّـٰغِينَ لَشَرَّ مَـَٔابٖ

55. This is for them [105] (believers). But, certainly, for the transgressors is an evil resort (106).

Ayah 82

فَمَن تَوَلَّىٰ بَعۡدَ ذَٰلِكَ فَأُوْلَـٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلۡفَٰسِقُونَ

82. Now whoso turns back after this, then they are the transgressors [181].

Ayah 119

وَمَا لَكُمۡ أَلَّا تَأۡكُلُواْ مِمَّا ذُكِرَ ٱسۡمُ ٱللَّهِ عَلَيۡهِ وَقَدۡ فَصَّلَ لَكُم مَّا حَرَّمَ عَلَيۡكُمۡ إِلَّا مَا ٱضۡطُرِرۡتُمۡ إِلَيۡهِۗ وَإِنَّ كَثِيرٗا لَّيُضِلُّونَ بِأَهۡوَآئِهِم بِغَيۡرِ عِلۡمٍۚ إِنَّ رَبَّكَ هُوَ أَعۡلَمُ بِٱلۡمُعۡتَدِينَ

119. And what has happened to you that you do not eat of that on which the name of Allah has been pronounced [259]? He has explained to you in detail [260] what is forbidden to you, except that you are compelled to do so. And indeed, many lead others astray with their desires without knowledge [261]. Surely, your Lord knows well the transgressors [262].

Surah Name : Al-Anam   Surah Number : 6   Ayat Number: 119

Ayah 47

وَلۡيَحۡكُمۡ أَهۡلُ ٱلۡإِنجِيلِ بِمَآ أَنزَلَ ٱللَّهُ فِيهِۚ وَمَن لَّمۡ يَحۡكُم بِمَآ أَنزَلَ ٱللَّهُ فَأُوْلَـٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلۡفَٰسِقُونَ

47. And let the people of the Injeel judge by what Allah has revealed [152] in it. And whoso judges not by what Allah sent down, then it is those who are the transgressors [153].

Surah Name : Al-Maidah   Surah Number : 5   Ayat Number: 47

Ayah 10

لَا يَرۡقُبُونَ فِي مُؤۡمِنٍ إِلّٗا وَلَا ذِمَّةٗۚ وَأُوْلَـٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلۡمُعۡتَدُونَ,

10. They do not regard any relationship or covenant with a believer. And those are the transgressors [22].

Surah Name : At-Tawbah   Surah Number : 9   Ayat Number: 10

Ayah 33

كَذَٰلِكَ حَقَّتۡ كَلِمَتُ رَبِّكَ عَلَى ٱلَّذِينَ فَسَقُوٓاْ أَنَّهُمۡ لَا يُؤۡمِنُونَ

33. Thus the word of your Lord proved true against the transgressors [100], that they will not believe [101].

Ayah 74

ثُمَّ بَعَثۡنَا مِنۢ بَعۡدِهِۦ رُسُلًا إِلَىٰ قَوۡمِهِمۡ فَجَآءُوهُم بِٱلۡبَيِّنَٰتِ فَمَا كَانُواْ لِيُؤۡمِنُواْ بِمَا كَذَّبُواْ بِهِۦ مِن قَبۡلُۚ كَذَٰلِكَ نَطۡبَعُ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبِ ٱلۡمُعۡتَدِينَ

74. Then after him We sent other messengers [205] to their people. They brought clear proofs to them, but they were not to believe in what they had previously denied [206]. Thus, We seal the hearts of the transgressors [207].

Surah Name : Yunus   Surah Number : 10   Ayat Number: 74

Ayah 76

ٱدۡخُلُوٓاْ أَبۡوَٰبَ جَهَنَّمَ خَٰلِدِينَ فِيهَاۖ فَبِئۡسَ مَثۡوَى ٱلۡمُتَكَبِّرِينَ

76. They will enter the gates of Hell [192] to remain therein forever, and wretched is the abode of the boastful transgressors. [193].

Surah Name : Ghafir   Surah Number : 40   Ayat Number: 76

Ayah 43

لَا جَرَمَ أَنَّمَا تَدۡعُونَنِيٓ إِلَيۡهِ لَيۡسَ لَهُۥ دَعۡوَةٞ فِي ٱلدُّنۡيَا وَلَا فِي ٱلۡأٓخِرَةِ وَأَنَّ مَرَدَّنَآ إِلَى ٱللَّهِ وَأَنَّ ٱلۡمُسۡرِفِينَ هُمۡ أَصۡحَٰبُ ٱلنَّارِ

43."Surely, that to which you call me of no use anywhere, neither in this world [115], nor in the Hereafter, and that our return is towards [116] Allah, and the transgressors are the inmates of the Fire".

Surah Name : Ghafir   Surah Number : 40   Ayat Number: 43

Ayah 34

وَلَقَدۡ جَآءَكُمۡ يُوسُفُ مِن قَبۡلُ بِٱلۡبَيِّنَٰتِ فَمَا زِلۡتُمۡ فِي شَكّٖ مِّمَّا جَآءَكُم بِهِۦۖ حَتَّىٰٓ إِذَا هَلَكَ قُلۡتُمۡ لَن يَبۡعَثَ ٱللَّهُ مِنۢ بَعۡدِهِۦ رَسُولٗاۚ كَذَٰلِكَ يُضِلُّ ٱللَّهُ مَنۡ هُوَ مُسۡرِفٞ مُّرۡتَابٌ

34.And certainly Yusuf came to you before [88] this with clear [89] arguments, but you remained in doubt (90) about that (message) which he brought to you, until be passed away, and you said: "Never shall Allah send (91) any Messenger after him". Thus Allah leaves such ones to go on the wrong way, who become transgressors (92), and remain in doubt.

Surah Name : Ghafir   Surah Number : 40   Ayat Number: 34

Ayah 31

فَمَنِ ٱبۡتَغَىٰ وَرَآءَ ذَٰلِكَ فَأُوْلَـٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلۡعَادُونَ

31. But whoever seeks beyond that, those are the transgressors [27].

Surah Name : Al-Maaarij   Surah Number : 70   Ayat Number: 31

Ayah 12

مَّنَّاعٖ لِّلۡخَيۡرِ مُعۡتَدٍ أَثِيمٍ

12.Forbidder[11] of good, transgressor, sinful [12].
