Ayah 30

قُل لِّلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ يَغُضُّواْ مِنۡ أَبۡصَٰرِهِمۡ وَيَحۡفَظُواْ فُرُوجَهُمۡۚ ذَٰلِكَ أَزۡكَىٰ لَهُمۡۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ خَبِيرُۢ بِمَا يَصۡنَعُونَ

30. Order the Muslim men to lower [58] their sights a little and to guard their private parts [59]. This is cleaner for them [60]; indeed, Allah is Aware of their deeds.
