Ayah 23

وَلَوۡ عَلِمَ ٱللَّهُ فِيهِمۡ خَيۡرٗا لَّأَسۡمَعَهُمۡۖ وَلَوۡ أَسۡمَعَهُمۡ لَتَوَلَّواْ وَّهُم مُّعۡرِضُونَ

23. And if Allah had known any good in them, He would have caused them to listen [47]. And if He had made them to hear, even then in the end, they would have turned away their faces [48].
