Ayah 16

ٱلَّذِي كَذَّبَ وَتَوَلَّىٰ

16. Who deny the truth and turn their back [14].

Surah Name : Al-Layl   Surah Number : 92   Ayat Number: 16

Ayah 3

إِلَّا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ وَعَمِلُواْ ٱلصَّـٰلِحَٰتِ وَتَوَاصَوۡاْ بِٱلۡحَقِّ وَتَوَاصَوۡاْ بِٱلصَّبۡرِ

3. Except those who believe [3] and do righteous deeds [4], and exhort one another to the truth [5], and exhort one another to patience.

Surah Name : Al-Asr   Surah Number : 103   Ayat Number: 3

Ayah 171

يَـٰٓأَهۡلَ ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ لَا تَغۡلُواْ فِي دِينِكُمۡ وَلَا تَقُولُواْ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ إِلَّا ٱلۡحَقَّۚ إِنَّمَا ٱلۡمَسِيحُ عِيسَى ٱبۡنُ مَرۡيَمَ رَسُولُ ٱللَّهِ وَكَلِمَتُهُۥٓ أَلۡقَىٰهَآ إِلَىٰ مَرۡيَمَ وَرُوحٞ مِّنۡهُۖ فَـَٔامِنُواْ بِٱللَّهِ وَرُسُلِهِۦۖ وَلَا تَقُولُواْ ثَلَٰثَةٌۚ ٱنتَهُواْ خَيۡرٗا لَّكُمۡۚ إِنَّمَا ٱللَّهُ إِلَٰهٞ وَٰحِدٞۖ سُبۡحَٰنَهُۥٓ أَن يَكُونَ لَهُۥ وَلَدٞۘ لَّهُۥ مَا فِي ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَمَا فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِۗ وَكَفَىٰ بِٱللَّهِ وَكِيلٗا

171. O People of the Book! Exceed [481] not in your religion and do not say of Allah anything except the truth. The Messiah, Isa son of Mariam [482], is only the Messenger of Allah and His Word, which He sent to Mariam (483) and a spirit from Him. Then believe in Allah and His Messengers and do not say "three" (484). Refrain for your own good. Allah is the only One God. Far is it from His Exaltedness that He should have a son (485). To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and on the earth (486). And Allah is sufficient as Disposer of Affairs.

Surah Name : An-Nisa   Surah Number : 4   Ayat Number: 171

Ayah 42

وَلَا تَلۡبِسُواْ ٱلۡحَقَّ بِٱلۡبَٰطِلِ وَتَكۡتُمُواْ ٱلۡحَقَّ وَأَنتُمۡ تَعۡلَمُونَ

42. And do not mix truth with falsehood and do not conceal the truth [82] while you know (it).

Surah Name : Al-Baqarah   Surah Number : 2   Ayat Number: 42

Ayah 71

قَالَ إِنَّهُۥ يَقُولُ إِنَّهَا بَقَرَةٞ لَّا ذَلُولٞ تُثِيرُ ٱلۡأَرۡضَ وَلَا تَسۡقِي ٱلۡحَرۡثَ مُسَلَّمَةٞ لَّا شِيَةَ فِيهَاۚ قَالُواْ ٱلۡـَٰٔنَ جِئۡتَ بِٱلۡحَقِّۚ فَذَبَحُوهَا وَمَا كَادُواْ يَفۡعَلُونَ

71.He (Musa) said: "He (Allah) says; it is a cow neither trained to plough the earth, nor to irrigate the fields, one free from fault, having no blemish on her." [129] They said: "Now you have come with the truth." Then they slaughtered her, though they were not willing to do so. [130]

Surah Name : Al-Baqarah   Surah Number : 2   Ayat Number: 71

Ayah 109

وَدَّ كَثِيرٞ مِّنۡ أَهۡلِ ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ لَوۡ يَرُدُّونَكُم مِّنۢ بَعۡدِ إِيمَٰنِكُمۡ كُفَّارًا حَسَدٗا مِّنۡ عِندِ أَنفُسِهِم مِّنۢ بَعۡدِ مَا تَبَيَّنَ لَهُمُ ٱلۡحَقُّۖ فَٱعۡفُواْ وَٱصۡفَحُواْ حَتَّىٰ يَأۡتِيَ ٱللَّهُ بِأَمۡرِهِۦٓۗ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيۡءٖ قَدِيرٞ

109.Many of the people of the Book (Scripture) wished they could turn you back to disbelief after you have believed, on account of envy [215] from themselves (even) after the truth has become manifest to them. So pardon them and overlook them until Allah delivers His Command [216]. Surely, Allah has power over everything.

Surah Name : Al-Baqarah   Surah Number : 2   Ayat Number: 109

Ayah 119

إِنَّآ أَرۡسَلۡنَٰكَ بِٱلۡحَقِّ بَشِيرٗا وَنَذِيرٗاۖ وَلَا تُسۡـَٔلُ عَنۡ أَصۡحَٰبِ ٱلۡجَحِيمِ

119. Indeed, We have sent you (O Muhammad) with the truth, a bearer of glad-tidings [238] and a warner. And you will not be questioned regarding the inmates of Hell [239].

Ayah 144

قَدۡ نَرَىٰ تَقَلُّبَ وَجۡهِكَ فِي ٱلسَّمَآءِۖ فَلَنُوَلِّيَنَّكَ قِبۡلَةٗ تَرۡضَىٰهَاۚ فَوَلِّ وَجۡهَكَ شَطۡرَ ٱلۡمَسۡجِدِ ٱلۡحَرَامِۚ وَحَيۡثُ مَا كُنتُمۡ فَوَلُّواْ وُجُوهَكُمۡ شَطۡرَهُۥۗ وَإِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ أُوتُواْ ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ لَيَعۡلَمُونَ أَنَّهُ ٱلۡحَقُّ مِن رَّبِّهِمۡۗ وَمَا ٱللَّهُ بِغَٰفِلٍ عَمَّا يَعۡمَلُونَ

144.Surely, We have observed you turning [295] your face (O Muhammad) towards heaven repeatedly [296], and We will surely turn you to a Qibla with which you will be pleased [297]. So, turn [298] your face towards the Sacred Mosque (Ka'bah) at once, and wherever you (believers) are, turn [299] your face towards it. Those who were given the Scripture, surely, know that it is the truth [300] from their Lord and Allah is not unmindful of their deeds.

Surah Name : Al-Baqarah   Surah Number : 2   Ayat Number: 144

Ayah 145

وَلَئِنۡ أَتَيۡتَ ٱلَّذِينَ أُوتُواْ ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ بِكُلِّ ءَايَةٖ مَّا تَبِعُواْ قِبۡلَتَكَۚ وَمَآ أَنتَ بِتَابِعٖ قِبۡلَتَهُمۡۚ وَمَا بَعۡضُهُم بِتَابِعٖ قِبۡلَةَ بَعۡضٖۚ وَلَئِنِ ٱتَّبَعۡتَ أَهۡوَآءَهُم مِّنۢ بَعۡدِ مَا جَآءَكَ مِنَ ٱلۡعِلۡمِ إِنَّكَ إِذٗا لَّمِنَ ٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَ

145. And if you were to bring to the people of the Scripture [301] every sign, they would not follow [302] your Qibla, nor should you follow their Qibla [303], nor would they be followers of each other's Qibla [304]. (O listeners) If you were to follow their desires, after the knowledge of the truth has come to you, then indeed you would be among the transgressors [305].

Surah Name : Al-Baqarah   Surah Number : 2   Ayat Number: 145

Ayah 146

ٱلَّذِينَ ءَاتَيۡنَٰهُمُ ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ يَعۡرِفُونَهُۥ كَمَا يَعۡرِفُونَ أَبۡنَآءَهُمۡۖ وَإِنَّ فَرِيقٗا مِّنۡهُمۡ لَيَكۡتُمُونَ ٱلۡحَقَّ وَهُمۡ يَعۡلَمُونَ

146.Those to whom We gave the Scripture recognize him (Nabi Muhammad) as they recognize their own sons [306]. And, certainly, a group of them knowingly concealed [307] the truth.

Surah Name : Al-Baqarah   Surah Number : 2   Ayat Number: 146

Ayah 147

ٱلۡحَقُّ مِن رَّبِّكَ فَلَا تَكُونَنَّ مِنَ ٱلۡمُمۡتَرِينَ

147.(O listener) This is the truth [308] from your Lord. So beware! Never be among those who are doubtful.

Surah Name : Al-Baqarah   Surah Number : 2   Ayat Number: 147

Ayah 176

ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ نَزَّلَ ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ بِٱلۡحَقِّۗ وَإِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ ٱخۡتَلَفُواْ فِي ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ لَفِي شِقَاقِۭ بَعِيدٖ

176. This is because Allah has revealed the Book [375] with truth. And indeed, those who differ concerning the Book are in deep discord.

Ayah 216

كُتِبَ عَلَيۡكُمُ ٱلۡقِتَالُ وَهُوَ كُرۡهٞ لَّكُمۡۖ وَعَسَىٰٓ أَن تَكۡرَهُواْ شَيۡـٔٗا وَهُوَ خَيۡرٞ لَّكُمۡۖ وَعَسَىٰٓ أَن تُحِبُّواْ شَيۡـٔٗا وَهُوَ شَرّٞ لَّكُمۡۚ وَٱللَّهُ يَعۡلَمُ وَأَنتُمۡ لَا تَعۡلَمُونَ

216. Fighting in the Way of Allah is made obligatory upon you, although it is disliked by you [505]. This may be so, that you dislike a thing that is actually good for you. And perhaps you desire a thing, but it may be bad for you. And Allah knows (the actual truth) while you do not know [506].

Surah Name : Al-Baqarah   Surah Number : 2   Ayat Number: 216

Ayah 29

وَقُلِ ٱلۡحَقُّ مِن رَّبِّكُمۡۖ فَمَن شَآءَ فَلۡيُؤۡمِن وَمَن شَآءَ فَلۡيَكۡفُرۡۚ إِنَّآ أَعۡتَدۡنَا لِلظَّـٰلِمِينَ نَارًا أَحَاطَ بِهِمۡ سُرَادِقُهَاۚ وَإِن يَسۡتَغِيثُواْ يُغَاثُواْ بِمَآءٖ كَٱلۡمُهۡلِ يَشۡوِي ٱلۡوُجُوهَۚ بِئۡسَ ٱلشَّرَابُ وَسَآءَتۡ مُرۡتَفَقًا

29. And say, "The truth is from your Lord. So whoever wills, let him believe; and whoever wills, let him disbelieve." [69] Indeed, We have prepared for the wrongdoers a Fire whose walls will surround them. [70] And if they cry for relief, they will be given water like molten metal, scalding their faces. What a terrible drink it is, and what an evil resting place! [71]

Surah Name : Al-Kahf   Surah Number : 18   Ayat Number: 29

Ayah 56

وَمَا نُرۡسِلُ ٱلۡمُرۡسَلِينَ إِلَّا مُبَشِّرِينَ وَمُنذِرِينَۚ وَيُجَٰدِلُ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ بِٱلۡبَٰطِلِ لِيُدۡحِضُواْ بِهِ ٱلۡحَقَّۖ وَٱتَّخَذُوٓاْ ءَايَٰتِي وَمَآ أُنذِرُواْ هُزُوٗا

56. And We do not send the messengers except as bearers of glad tidings and as warners [132], but those who disbelieve argue with falsehood [133] to refute the truth with it, and they take My signs and the warnings as a joke [134].

Surah Name : Al-Kahf   Surah Number : 18   Ayat Number: 56

Ayah 101

ٱلَّذِينَ كَانَتۡ أَعۡيُنُهُمۡ فِي غِطَآءٍ عَن ذِكۡرِي وَكَانُواْ لَا يَسۡتَطِيعُونَ سَمۡعًا

101. They are those whose eyes were covered from My remembrance and who could not hear [223].

Surah Name : Al-Kahf   Surah Number : 18   Ayat Number: 101

Ayah 18

بَلۡ نَقۡذِفُ بِٱلۡحَقِّ عَلَى ٱلۡبَٰطِلِ فَيَدۡمَغُهُۥ فَإِذَا هُوَ زَاهِقٞۚ وَلَكُمُ ٱلۡوَيۡلُ مِمَّا تَصِفُونَ

18. Rather We hurl the truth on falsehood, then it takes out its brain, and therefore it vanishes [27]. And woe to you for those utterances, which you fabricate.

Surah Name : Al-Anbiya   Surah Number : 21   Ayat Number: 18

Ayah 24

أَمِ ٱتَّخَذُواْ مِن دُونِهِۦٓ ءَالِهَةٗۖ قُلۡ هَاتُواْ بُرۡهَٰنَكُمۡۖ هَٰذَا ذِكۡرُ مَن مَّعِيَ وَذِكۡرُ مَن قَبۡلِيۚ بَلۡ أَكۡثَرُهُمۡ لَا يَعۡلَمُونَ ٱلۡحَقَّۖ فَهُم مُّعۡرِضُونَ

24. Have they taken other gods besides Allah? Say, 'bring forth your proof [34]. This Qur'an is the mention of those with me [35] and the narration of those before me'. Rather most of them do not know the truth; therefore they turn aside (36),

Surah Name : Al-Anbiya   Surah Number : 21   Ayat Number: 24

Ayah 55

قَالُوٓاْ أَجِئۡتَنَا بِٱلۡحَقِّ أَمۡ أَنتَ مِنَ ٱللَّـٰعِبِينَ

55. They said, 'Have you brought truth to us, or you are making a play unintentionally? [86].

Surah Name : Al-Anbiya   Surah Number : 21   Ayat Number: 55

Ayah 112

قَٰلَ رَبِّ ٱحۡكُم بِٱلۡحَقِّۗ وَرَبُّنَا ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنُ ٱلۡمُسۡتَعَانُ عَلَىٰ مَا تَصِفُونَ

112. The Prophet submitted, 'O my Lord; decide with truth [172]. And the assistance of my Lord the Most Affectionate is needed against what you utter.'
