Ayah 61

61. And recall when you said, O Musa! [110] We can never be satisfied [111] with one kind of food. So call upon your Lord to bring forth for us some of the varied produce of the earth, such as its vegetables, cucumbers, wheat, lentils, and onions. He (Musa) said: "Would you exchange what is better for what is less? Go back to Egypt any town, and there you will find all that you asked for." And they were covered with humiliation and poverty and incurred the Wrath of Allah because they repeatedly disbelieved in the Signs of Allah and killed the Prophets unjustly. [114] This was because they were disobedient and habitually exceeding the limits.

Ayah 261

261. The example of those who spend [683] their wealth in the way of Allah is like a grain of wheat, which grows into seven [684] offshoots, and each offshoot contains one hundred grains. And Allah multiplies (His rewards) to whomsoever He pleases [685]. And Allah is the All-Encompassing, All-Knowing.
