Versículo 81 de 176

وَيَقُولُونَ طَاعَةٞ فَإِذَا بَرَزُواْ مِنۡ عِندِكَ بَيَّتَ طَآئِفَةٞ مِّنۡهُمۡ غَيۡرَ ٱلَّذِي تَقُولُۖ وَٱللَّهُ يَكۡتُبُ مَا يُبَيِّتُونَۖ فَأَعۡرِضۡ عَنۡهُمۡ وَتَوَكَّلۡ عَلَى ٱللَّهِۚ وَكَفَىٰ بِٱللَّهِ وَكِيلًا

Wa yaqooloona taa'antun fa izaa barazoo min 'indika baiyata taaa'ifatum minhum ghairal lazee taqoolu wallaahu yaktubu maa yubaiyitoona fa a'rid 'anhum wa tawakkal 'alal laah; wa kafaa billaahi Wakeelaa
81. Y (los hipócritas) dicen que te obedecen, pero cuando se alejan de ti, un grupo de ellos pasa la noche planeando algo distinto a lo que les has dicho; y Al-lah registra lo que maquinan por la noche. Aléjate de ellos (y no los temas) y encomiéndate a Al-lah; y Al-lah basta para ocuparse de todos los asuntos de Su creación.

Versículo 82 de 176

أَفَلَا يَتَدَبَّرُونَ ٱلۡقُرۡءَانَۚ وَلَوۡ كَانَ مِنۡ عِندِ غَيۡرِ ٱللَّهِ لَوَجَدُواْ فِيهِ ٱخۡتِلَٰفٗا كَثِيرٗا

Afalaa yatadabbaroonal Qur'aan; wa law kaana min 'indi ghairil laahi la wajadoo fee ikhtilaafan kaseeraa
82. ¿Acaso no meditan sobre el Corán? Si no proviniera de Al-lah, hallarían en él numerosas contradicciones.

Versículo 83 de 176

وَإِذَا جَآءَهُمۡ أَمۡرٞ مِّنَ ٱلۡأَمۡنِ أَوِ ٱلۡخَوۡفِ أَذَاعُواْ بِهِۦۖ وَلَوۡ رَدُّوهُ إِلَى ٱلرَّسُولِ وَإِلَىٰٓ أُوْلِي ٱلۡأَمۡرِ مِنۡهُمۡ لَعَلِمَهُ ٱلَّذِينَ يَسۡتَنۢبِطُونَهُۥ مِنۡهُمۡۗ وَلَوۡلَا فَضۡلُ ٱللَّهِ عَلَيۡكُمۡ وَرَحۡمَتُهُۥ لَٱتَّبَعۡتُمُ ٱلشَّيۡطَٰنَ إِلَّا قَلِيلٗا

Wa izaa jaaa'ahum amrum minal amni awil khawfi azaa'oo bihee wa law raddoohu ilar Rasooli wa ilaaa ulil amri minhum la'alimahul lazeena yastambitoonahoo minhum; wa law laa fadlul laahi 'alaikum wa rahmatuhoo lattaba'tumush Shaitaana illaa qaleelaa
83. Y si llega a sus oídos una noticia que puede afectar a la seguridad pública o puede provocar el miedo, la difunden; mientras que si la remitieran al Mensajero de Al-lah y a quienes tuvieran autoridad sobre ellos, sabrían de su significancia quienes de entre ellos están más capacitados para investigarla.Y si no fuera por el favor y la misericordia de Al-lah sobre vosotros, habríais seguido al Demonio, excepto unos pocos.

Versículo 84 de 176

فَقَٰتِلۡ فِي سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ لَا تُكَلَّفُ إِلَّا نَفۡسَكَۚ وَحَرِّضِ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَۖ عَسَى ٱللَّهُ أَن يَكُفَّ بَأۡسَ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْۚ وَٱللَّهُ أَشَدُّ بَأۡسٗا وَأَشَدُّ تَنكِيلٗا

Faqaatil fee sabeelil laahi laa tukallafu illa nafsaka wa harridil mu'mineen; 'asallaahu ai yakuffa ba'sallazeena kafaroo; wallaahu ashaddu ba'sanw wa ashaaddu tankeelaa
84. Combate, pues, por la causa de Al-lah, ¡oh, Muhammad!; solo eres responsable de ti mismo, y alienta a los creyentes para que luchen (contigo). Puede que Al-lah frene la violencia de quienes rechazan la verdad. Y Al-lah es mucho más poderoso y Su castigo, más severo.

Versículo 85 de 176

مَّن يَشۡفَعۡ شَفَٰعَةً حَسَنَةٗ يَكُن لَّهُۥ نَصِيبٞ مِّنۡهَاۖ وَمَن يَشۡفَعۡ شَفَٰعَةٗ سَيِّئَةٗ يَكُن لَّهُۥ كِفۡلٞ مِّنۡهَاۗ وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيۡءٖ مُّقِيتٗا

Mai yashfa' shafaa'atan hasanatay yakul lahoo naseebum minhaa wa mai yashfa' shafaa'atan saiyi'atany-yakul lahoo kiflum minhaa; wa kaanal laahu 'alaa kulli shai'im Muqeetaa
85. Quien interceda por una buena causa obtendrá su parte de recompensa por dicha intercesión, y quien interceda por una mala causa cargará con parte (del pecado) resultante de esta; y Al-lah observa todas las cosas y tiene poder sobre todas ellas.

Versículo 86 de 176

وَإِذَا حُيِّيتُم بِتَحِيَّةٖ فَحَيُّواْ بِأَحۡسَنَ مِنۡهَآ أَوۡ رُدُّوهَآۗ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيۡءٍ حَسِيبًا

Wa izaa huyyeetum bitahaiyyatin fahaiyoo bi ahsana minhaaa aw ruddoohaa; innal laaha kaana 'alaa kulli shai'in Haseeba
86. Y si os saludan, responded con un saludo mejor, o al menos corresponded al saludo. En verdad, Al-lah tiene en cuenta todas las cosas.

Versículo 87 de 176

ٱللَّهُ لَآ إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَۚ لَيَجۡمَعَنَّكُمۡ إِلَىٰ يَوۡمِ ٱلۡقِيَٰمَةِ لَا رَيۡبَ فِيهِۗ وَمَنۡ أَصۡدَقُ مِنَ ٱللَّهِ حَدِيثٗا

Allaahu laaa ilaaha illaa huwa la yajma'annakum ilaa Yawmil Qiyaamati laa raiba feeh; wa man asdaqu min allaahi hadeesaa
87. ¡Al-lah! No hay nada ni nadie con derecho a ser adorado excepto Él. Ciertamente, os reunirá a todos el día sobre el cual no hay duda (el Día de la Resurrección), ¿y quién es más veraz que Al-lah?

Versículo 88 de 176

۞فَمَا لَكُمۡ فِي ٱلۡمُنَٰفِقِينَ فِئَتَيۡنِ وَٱللَّهُ أَرۡكَسَهُم بِمَا كَسَبُوٓاْۚ أَتُرِيدُونَ أَن تَهۡدُواْ مَنۡ أَضَلَّ ٱللَّهُۖ وَمَن يُضۡلِلِ ٱللَّهُ فَلَن تَجِدَ لَهُۥ سَبِيلٗا

Famaa lakum fil munaafiqeena fi'ataini wallaahu arkasahum bimaa kasaboo; A' tureedoona an tahdoo man adallal laahu wa many yudli lillaahu falan tajida lahoo sabeelaa
88. ¿¡Oh, creyentes!, por qué estáis divididos en dos grupos con respecto a los hipócritas? Al-lah ha hecho que regresen a la incredulidad por lo que han cometido (por desafiar y desobedecer al Profeta). ¿Es que queréis guiar a quien Al-lah ha extraviado (por rechazar la verdad)? Y no podrás guiar a quien Al-lah ha desviado del camino.

Versículo 89 de 176

وَدُّواْ لَوۡ تَكۡفُرُونَ كَمَا كَفَرُواْ فَتَكُونُونَ سَوَآءٗۖ فَلَا تَتَّخِذُواْ مِنۡهُمۡ أَوۡلِيَآءَ حَتَّىٰ يُهَاجِرُواْ فِي سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِۚ فَإِن تَوَلَّوۡاْ فَخُذُوهُمۡ وَٱقۡتُلُوهُمۡ حَيۡثُ وَجَدتُّمُوهُمۡۖ وَلَا تَتَّخِذُواْ مِنۡهُمۡ وَلِيّٗا وَلَا نَصِيرًا

Waddoo law takfuroona kamaa kafaroo fatakoonoona sawaaa'an falaa tattakhizoo minhum awliyaaa'a hattaa yuhaajiroo fee sabeelil laah; fa in tawallaw fa khuzoohum waqtuloohum haisu wajat tumoohum wa laa tattakhizoo minhum waliyyanw wa laa naseeraa
89. (Los hipócritas) desean que reneguéis de vuestra creencia como ellos mismos han hecho para que seáis como ellos. No los toméis, pues, por aliados y protectores vuestros hasta que emigren sinceramente por la causa de Al-lah. Pero si no lo hacen (y se vuelven abiertamente hostiles), apresadlos y ajusticiadlos allí donde los encontréis. Y no toméis de entre ellos ni protectores ni auxiliadores.

Versículo 90 de 176

إِلَّا ٱلَّذِينَ يَصِلُونَ إِلَىٰ قَوۡمِۭ بَيۡنَكُمۡ وَبَيۡنَهُم مِّيثَٰقٌ أَوۡ جَآءُوكُمۡ حَصِرَتۡ صُدُورُهُمۡ أَن يُقَٰتِلُوكُمۡ أَوۡ يُقَٰتِلُواْ قَوۡمَهُمۡۚ وَلَوۡ شَآءَ ٱللَّهُ لَسَلَّطَهُمۡ عَلَيۡكُمۡ فَلَقَٰتَلُوكُمۡۚ فَإِنِ ٱعۡتَزَلُوكُمۡ فَلَمۡ يُقَٰتِلُوكُمۡ وَأَلۡقَوۡاْ إِلَيۡكُمُ ٱلسَّلَمَ فَمَا جَعَلَ ٱللَّهُ لَكُمۡ عَلَيۡهِمۡ سَبِيلٗا

Illal lazeena yasiloona ilaa qawmim bainakum wa bainahum meesaaqun aw jaaa'ookum hasirat sudooruhum ai yuqaatilookum aw yuqaatiloo qawmahum, wa law shaaa'al laahu lasallatahum 'alaikum falaqaatalookum; fa ini' tazalookum falam yuqaatilookum wa alqaw ilaikumus salama famaa ja'alal laahu lakum 'alaihim sabeelaa
90. Pero no luchéis contra quienes se alíen con gentes con las que mantenéis un acuerdo de paz o contra quienes lleguen a vosotros con el corazón apesadumbrado por tener que luchar contra vosotros o contra su propia gente. Si Al-lah hubiera querido, les habría dado poder sobre vosotros y os habrían combatido. Mas, si se mantienen al margen, no os combaten y os proponen la paz, entonces Al-lah no permite que toméis acciones contra ellos.

This sûrah mainly describes about the rights of women (as its name implies), the law of inheritance, orphan care, lawful and unlawful marriage partners, and a demonstration of justice in verses 105-112. Later on, it transitions to cover striving for AllÄh's cause as well as relations between Muslims and People of the Book; it culminates with a response to claims about Jesus's ( ï·º ) crucifixion and divinity. This sûrah joins its predecessors and successors by bringing up the topic of hypocrisy – a recurring theme in many.
