Ayah 78

لُعِنَ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ مِنۢ بَنِيٓ إِسۡرَـٰٓءِيلَ عَلَىٰ لِسَانِ دَاوُۥدَ وَعِيسَى ٱبۡنِ مَرۡيَمَۚ ذَٰلِكَ بِمَا عَصَواْ وَّكَانُواْ يَعۡتَدُونَ

78. Cursed were those who committed infidelity from among the Children of Israel through the tongue of Dawood and Isa [Jesus], son of Mariam [227]. This was due to their disobedience and transgression [228].

Surah Name : Al-Maidah   Surah Number : 5   Ayat Number: 78

Ayah 72

لَقَدۡ كَفَرَ ٱلَّذِينَ قَالُوٓاْ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ هُوَ ٱلۡمَسِيحُ ٱبۡنُ مَرۡيَمَۖ وَقَالَ ٱلۡمَسِيحُ يَٰبَنِيٓ إِسۡرَـٰٓءِيلَ ٱعۡبُدُواْ ٱللَّهَ رَبِّي وَرَبَّكُمۡۖ إِنَّهُۥ مَن يُشۡرِكۡ بِٱللَّهِ فَقَدۡ حَرَّمَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيۡهِ ٱلۡجَنَّةَ وَمَأۡوَىٰهُ ٱلنَّارُۖ وَمَا لِلظَّـٰلِمِينَ مِنۡ أَنصَارٖ

72. Surely, those are infidels who say: "The Messiah, son of Maryam, is Allah" [214], while the Messiah had said: "O Children of Israel, worship Allah, my Lord [215], and your Lord." Indeed, whosoever associates someone with Allah [216], then Allah has forbidden Paradise for him, and his abode is Hell [217]. And there is no helper for the unjust [218].

Surah Name : Al-Maidah   Surah Number : 5   Ayat Number: 72

Ayah 32

مِنۡ أَجۡلِ ذَٰلِكَ كَتَبۡنَا عَلَىٰ بَنِيٓ إِسۡرَـٰٓءِيلَ أَنَّهُۥ مَن قَتَلَ نَفۡسَۢا بِغَيۡرِ نَفۡسٍ أَوۡ فَسَادٖ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ فَكَأَنَّمَا قَتَلَ ٱلنَّاسَ جَمِيعٗا وَمَنۡ أَحۡيَاهَا فَكَأَنَّمَآ أَحۡيَا ٱلنَّاسَ جَمِيعٗاۚ وَلَقَدۡ جَآءَتۡهُمۡ رُسُلُنَا بِٱلۡبَيِّنَٰتِ ثُمَّ إِنَّ كَثِيرٗا مِّنۡهُم بَعۡدَ ذَٰلِكَ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ لَمُسۡرِفُونَ

32. On account of this [108], We decreed upon the Children of Israel that whoever kills a soul without just cause, or for creating disorder [109], it is as if he has killed all mankind [110]. And whosoever gives life to one [111], it is as if he has given life to all mankind. And surely, Our Messengers came to them with clear proofs, but indeed, many of them after that committed excess in the land [112].

Surah Name : Al-Maidah   Surah Number : 5   Ayat Number: 32

Ayah 55

فَلَا تُعۡجِبۡكَ أَمۡوَٰلُهُمۡ وَلَآ أَوۡلَٰدُهُمۡۚ إِنَّمَا يُرِيدُ ٱللَّهُ لِيُعَذِّبَهُم بِهَا فِي ٱلۡحَيَوٰةِ ٱلدُّنۡيَا وَتَزۡهَقَ أَنفُسُهُمۡ وَهُمۡ كَٰفِرُونَ,

55. So let not their wealth and children amaze you. Allah only intends to punish [153] them through these in the worldly life, and that their souls may depart while they are disbelievers [154].

Surah Name : At-Tawbah   Surah Number : 9   Ayat Number: 55

Ayah 37

رَّبَّنَآ إِنِّيٓ أَسۡكَنتُ مِن ذُرِّيَّتِي بِوَادٍ غَيۡرِ ذِي زَرۡعٍ عِندَ بَيۡتِكَ ٱلۡمُحَرَّمِ رَبَّنَا لِيُقِيمُواْ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ فَٱجۡعَلۡ أَفۡـِٔدَةٗ مِّنَ ٱلنَّاسِ تَهۡوِيٓ إِلَيۡهِمۡ وَٱرۡزُقۡهُم مِّنَ ٱلثَّمَرَٰتِ لَعَلَّهُمۡ يَشۡكُرُونَ

37. 'O my Lord, I have settled some of my descendants in a valley [82] with no cultivation near Your sacred house [83]. My Lord, that they may establish prayer [84], so make hearts from among people inclined towards them [85], and provide them with fruits [86], that they may give thanks.'

Surah Name : Ibrahim   Surah Number : 14   Ayat Number: 37

Ayah 40

رَبِّ ٱجۡعَلۡنِي مُقِيمَ ٱلصَّلَوٰةِ وَمِن ذُرِّيَّتِيۚ رَبَّنَا وَتَقَبَّلۡ دُعَآءِ

40. My Lord, make me an establisher of prayer and [also] my offspring. Our Lord, and accept my supplication.

Ayah 14

يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ كُونُوٓاْ أَنصَارَ ٱللَّهِ كَمَا قَالَ عِيسَى ٱبۡنُ مَرۡيَمَ لِلۡحَوَارِيِّـۧنَ مَنۡ أَنصَارِيٓ إِلَى ٱللَّهِۖ قَالَ ٱلۡحَوَارِيُّونَ نَحۡنُ أَنصَارُ ٱللَّهِۖ فَـَٔامَنَت طَّآئِفَةٞ مِّنۢ بَنِيٓ إِسۡرَـٰٓءِيلَ وَكَفَرَت طَّآئِفَةٞۖ فَأَيَّدۡنَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ عَلَىٰ عَدُوِّهِمۡ فَأَصۡبَحُواْ ظَٰهِرِينَ

14.O believers! Be helpers [28] (in the cause) of Allah as Isa bin Mariam said to his disciples: "Who will help me [29] in the Way of Allah?" The disciples said [30]: "We are helpers [31] in the Way of Allah." So a party of the Children of Israeel believed and another party disbelieved. Then We gave power to those who believed, and they became victorious [32].

Surah Name : As-Saff   Surah Number : 61   Ayat Number: 14

Ayah 8

رَبَّنَا وَأَدۡخِلۡهُمۡ جَنَّـٰتِ عَدۡنٍ ٱلَّتِي وَعَدتَّهُمۡ وَمَن صَلَحَ مِنۡ ءَابَآئِهِمۡ وَأَزۡوَٰجِهِمۡ وَذُرِّيَّـٰتِهِمۡۚ إِنَّكَ أَنتَ ٱلۡعَزِيزُ ٱلۡحَكِيمُ

8.O our Lord, admit them into eternal Paradise, which You have promised them, as well as those who are righteous to their parents and wives and children [23]. Indeed, You are the Most Honourable, the Wise [24]".

Surah Name : Ghafir   Surah Number : 40   Ayat Number: 8

Ayah 15

وَوَصَّيۡنَا ٱلۡإِنسَٰنَ بِوَٰلِدَيۡهِ إِحۡسَٰنًاۖ حَمَلَتۡهُ أُمُّهُۥ كُرۡهٗا وَوَضَعَتۡهُ كُرۡهٗاۖ وَحَمۡلُهُۥ وَفِصَٰلُهُۥ ثَلَٰثُونَ شَهۡرًاۚ حَتَّىٰٓ إِذَا بَلَغَ أَشُدَّهُۥ وَبَلَغَ أَرۡبَعِينَ سَنَةٗ قَالَ رَبِّ أَوۡزِعۡنِيٓ أَنۡ أَشۡكُرَ نِعۡمَتَكَ ٱلَّتِيٓ أَنۡعَمۡتَ عَلَيَّ وَعَلَىٰ وَٰلِدَيَّ وَأَنۡ أَعۡمَلَ صَٰلِحٗا تَرۡضَىٰهُ وَأَصۡلِحۡ لِي فِي ذُرِّيَّتِيٓۖ إِنِّي تُبۡتُ إِلَيۡكَ وَإِنِّي مِنَ ٱلۡمُسۡلِمِينَ

15. And We have enjoined man to be good to his parents[38]. His mother bears him painfully[39] (in the womb) and gives birth to him painfully And his bearing and weaning are for thirty months, till when he reaches (40) manhood and attains the age(41) of forty years. He says: "O my Lord grant me(42) (power) that I may do righteous deeds which may please You (43). And make my children righteous (44) for me. I turn towards You and I submit (45) (as Muslim)".

Surah Name : Al-Ahqaf   Surah Number : 46   Ayat Number: 15

Ayah 10

قُلۡ أَرَءَيۡتُمۡ إِن كَانَ مِنۡ عِندِ ٱللَّهِ وَكَفَرۡتُم بِهِۦ وَشَهِدَ شَاهِدٞ مِّنۢ بَنِيٓ إِسۡرَـٰٓءِيلَ عَلَىٰ مِثۡلِهِۦ فَـَٔامَنَ وَٱسۡتَكۡبَرۡتُمۡۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا يَهۡدِي ٱلۡقَوۡمَ ٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَ

10. Please declare: "Do you not see that it (Quran) (27) is from Allah and you disbelieve it, while the witness from the children of Israel testifies (28) its similarity (to previous scriptures) and believes, while you became arrogant? Indeed, Allah does not guide the wrong doer (29).

Surah Name : Al-Ahqaf   Surah Number : 46   Ayat Number: 10

Ayah 17

لَّن تُغۡنِيَ عَنۡهُمۡ أَمۡوَٰلُهُمۡ وَلَآ أَوۡلَٰدُهُم مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ شَيۡـًٔاۚ أُوْلَـٰٓئِكَ أَصۡحَٰبُ ٱلنَّارِۖ هُمۡ فِيهَا خَٰلِدُونَ

17. Neither their wealth nor their children shall help [60] them in anyway against Allah. They are the inmates of the fire, wherein they shall remain forever [61].

Surah Name : Al-Mujadilah   Surah Number : 58   Ayat Number: 17

Ayah 12

يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلنَّبِيُّ إِذَا جَآءَكَ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنَٰتُ يُبَايِعۡنَكَ عَلَىٰٓ أَن لَّا يُشۡرِكۡنَ بِٱللَّهِ شَيۡـٔٗا وَلَا يَسۡرِقۡنَ وَلَا يَزۡنِينَ وَلَا يَقۡتُلۡنَ أَوۡلَٰدَهُنَّ وَلَا يَأۡتِينَ بِبُهۡتَٰنٖ يَفۡتَرِينَهُۥ بَيۡنَ أَيۡدِيهِنَّ وَأَرۡجُلِهِنَّ وَلَا يَعۡصِينَكَ فِي مَعۡرُوفٖ فَبَايِعۡهُنَّ وَٱسۡتَغۡفِرۡ لَهُنَّ ٱللَّهَۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ غَفُورٞ رَّحِيمٞ

12. O Prophet! When believing women [45] come to you for taking an oath [46] of allegiance at your hands, that they shall not associate [47] anything with Allah, and that they will neither steal, nor commit adultery, nor will they kill [48] their children, nor bring a scandal [49] which they have forged [50] between their hands and feet (i.e., carrying it in their womb), and will not disobey [51] in what is right, then accept their allegiance, and ask forgiveness [52] for them from Allah. Undoubtedly, Allah is Forgiving, Merciful [53].

Surah Name : Al-Mumtahanah   Surah Number : 60   Ayat Number: 12

Ayah 3

لَن تَنفَعَكُمۡ أَرۡحَامُكُمۡ وَلَآ أَوۡلَٰدُكُمۡۚ يَوۡمَ ٱلۡقِيَٰمَةِ يَفۡصِلُ بَيۡنَكُمۡۚ وَٱللَّهُ بِمَا تَعۡمَلُونَ بَصِيرٞ

3. Neither your relationship would profit you, nor your children [11], on the Day of Resurrection. He will separate you from them [12]. And Allah Sees what you do.

Surah Name : Al-Mumtahanah   Surah Number : 60   Ayat Number: 3

Ayah 9

يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ لَا تُلۡهِكُمۡ أَمۡوَٰلُكُمۡ وَلَآ أَوۡلَٰدُكُمۡ عَن ذِكۡرِ ٱللَّهِۚ وَمَن يَفۡعَلۡ ذَٰلِكَ فَأُوْلَـٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلۡخَٰسِرُونَ

9. O you who believe! Let not your wealth or your children divert [28] you from the remembrance of Allah. And whoever does that, they are the losers [29].

Surah Name : Al-Munafiqun   Surah Number : 63   Ayat Number: 9

Ayah 14

أَن كَانَ ذَا مَالٖ وَبَنِينَ

14.Simply because he possesse wealth and children [14].

Surah Name : Al-Qalam   Surah Number : 68   Ayat Number: 14

Ayah 37

وَمَآ أَمۡوَٰلُكُمۡ وَلَآ أَوۡلَٰدُكُم بِٱلَّتِي تُقَرِّبُكُمۡ عِندَنَا زُلۡفَىٰٓ إِلَّا مَنۡ ءَامَنَ وَعَمِلَ صَٰلِحٗا فَأُوْلَـٰٓئِكَ لَهُمۡ جَزَآءُ ٱلضِّعۡفِ بِمَا عَمِلُواْ وَهُمۡ فِي ٱلۡغُرُفَٰتِ ءَامِنُونَ

37.And neither your wealth, nor your children [111] can bring you near Us in ranks, but those who believe and remain righteous (112 )will have double reward (113) for their deeds (114 )and they shall be secure in lofty mansions.

Surah Name : Saba   Surah Number : 34   Ayat Number: 37

Ayah 35

وَقَالُواْ نَحۡنُ أَكۡثَرُ أَمۡوَٰلٗا وَأَوۡلَٰدٗا وَمَا نَحۡنُ بِمُعَذَّبِينَ

35.And they said: "We have greater wealth and children, and we are not [109] going to be punished".

Surah Name : Saba   Surah Number : 34   Ayat Number: 35

Ayah 17

فَكَيۡفَ تَتَّقُونَ إِن كَفَرۡتُمۡ يَوۡمٗا يَجۡعَلُ ٱلۡوِلۡدَٰنَ شِيبًا

17. How then, if you disbelieved [24], will you become pious, on the day which shall make children [25] grey-headed?

Surah Name : Al-Muzzammil   Surah Number : 73   Ayat Number: 17

Ayah 12

وَيُمۡدِدۡكُم بِأَمۡوَٰلٖ وَبَنِينَ وَيَجۡعَل لَّكُمۡ جَنَّـٰتٖ وَيَجۡعَل لَّكُمۡ أَنۡهَٰرٗا

12." And He will give you more wealth and children [19], and will make for you gardens and rivers[20]."

Surah Name : Nuh   Surah Number : 71   Ayat Number: 12

Ayah 21

قَالَ نُوحٞ رَّبِّ إِنَّهُمۡ عَصَوۡنِي وَٱتَّبَعُواْ مَن لَّمۡ يَزِدۡهُ مَالُهُۥ وَوَلَدُهُۥٓ إِلَّا خَسَارٗا

21. Nuh said: "O my Lord! They have disobeyed [31] me and followed one whose wealth and children have only increased him in loss [32]."
