Ayah 86

أَلَمۡ يَرَوۡاْ أَنَّا جَعَلۡنَا ٱلَّيۡلَ لِيَسۡكُنُواْ فِيهِ وَٱلنَّهَارَ مُبۡصِرًاۚ إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَأٓيَٰتٖ لِّقَوۡمٖ يُؤۡمِنُونَ

86. Have they not seen that We have made the night that they must rest therein [157], and the day sight giving? Indeed, in them necessarily there are signs for those who believe [158].

Ayah 87

وَيَوۡمَ يُنفَخُ فِي ٱلصُّورِ فَفَزِعَ مَن فِي ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَمَن فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ إِلَّا مَن شَآءَ ٱللَّهُۚ وَكُلٌّ أَتَوۡهُ دَٰخِرِينَ

87. And the Day when the trumpet shall be blown [159], then all those who are in heavens and those in the earth shall be unnerved [160] but he whom Allah wills (161). And all were present before Him showing humility (162)

Ayah 89

مَن جَآءَ بِٱلۡحَسَنَةِ فَلَهُۥ خَيۡرٞ مِّنۡهَا وَهُم مِّن فَزَعٖ يَوۡمَئِذٍ ءَامِنُونَ

89. Whoever brings a good deed [164], for him there is a reward better than it [165], and they will be safe from terror on that Day [166].

Ayah 38

فَجُمِعَ ٱلسَّحَرَةُ لِمِيقَٰتِ يَوۡمٖ مَّعۡلُومٖ

38. So the magicians were assembled together at a fixed time on an appointed day [46].

Ayah 82

وَٱلَّذِيٓ أَطۡمَعُ أَن يَغۡفِرَ لِي خَطِيٓـَٔتِي يَوۡمَ ٱلدِّينِ

82. And He in whom I hope will forgive my sins on the Day of Requital [87].

Ayah 87

وَلَا تُخۡزِنِي يَوۡمَ يُبۡعَثُونَ

87. And do not disgrace me on the Day when all will be resurrected [93].

Ayah 88

يَوۡمَ لَا يَنفَعُ مَالٞ وَلَا بَنُونَ

88. The Day when neither wealth nor children will be of any benefit [94].

Ayah 135

إِنِّيٓ أَخَافُ عَلَيۡكُمۡ عَذَابَ يَوۡمٍ عَظِيمٖ

135. Indeed, I fear for you the punishment of a Great Day [135].

Ayah 155

قَالَ هَٰذِهِۦ نَاقَةٞ لَّهَا شِرۡبٞ وَلَكُمۡ شِرۡبُ يَوۡمٖ مَّعۡلُومٖ

155. He said, "This is a she-camel; she has her turn to drink, and you have your turn to drink on a known day." [155]

Ayah 156

وَلَا تَمَسُّوهَا بِسُوٓءٖ فَيَأۡخُذَكُمۡ عَذَابُ يَوۡمٍ عَظِيمٖ

156. And do not harm her, lest you be seized by the punishment of a Great day. [156]

Ayah 189

فَكَذَّبُوهُ فَأَخَذَهُمۡ عَذَابُ يَوۡمِ ٱلظُّلَّةِۚ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ عَذَابَ يَوۡمٍ عَظِيمٍ

189. Then they denied him, so the punishment of the Day of Shadow overtook them [189]. Indeed, it was the punishment of a tremendous day. [190]

Ayah 26

إِذۡ جَعَلَ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ فِي قُلُوبِهِمُ ٱلۡحَمِيَّةَ حَمِيَّةَ ٱلۡجَٰهِلِيَّةِ فَأَنزَلَ ٱللَّهُ سَكِينَتَهُۥ عَلَىٰ رَسُولِهِۦ وَعَلَى ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ وَأَلۡزَمَهُمۡ كَلِمَةَ ٱلتَّقۡوَىٰ وَكَانُوٓاْ أَحَقَّ بِهَا وَأَهۡلَهَاۚ وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ بِكُلِّ شَيۡءٍ عَلِيمٗا

26. When the obduracy of the infidels harbored in their hearts, the obduracy of the days of pagan ignorance [76], Allah sent down His tranquility [77] of self-restraint on His Messenger and the believers and made incumbent (78) on them the righteousness to which they had a better right (79), and were worthy (80) of. And definitely, Allah knows everything.

Ayah 21

لَّقَدۡ كَانَ لَكُمۡ فِي رَسُولِ ٱللَّهِ أُسۡوَةٌ حَسَنَةٞ لِّمَن كَانَ يَرۡجُواْ ٱللَّهَ وَٱلۡيَوۡمَ ٱلۡأٓخِرَ وَذَكَرَ ٱللَّهَ كَثِيرٗا

21.Certainly you have an excellent model in the following[51] of the Messenger of Allah, for him who hopes in Allah and the Last Day, and (who) remembers abundance(52) Allah in abundance.

Ayah 33

وَقَرۡنَ فِي بُيُوتِكُنَّ وَلَا تَبَرَّجۡنَ تَبَرُّجَ ٱلۡجَٰهِلِيَّةِ ٱلۡأُولَىٰۖ وَأَقِمۡنَ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ وَءَاتِينَ ٱلزَّكَوٰةَ وَأَطِعۡنَ ٱللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُۥٓۚ إِنَّمَا يُرِيدُ ٱللَّهُ لِيُذۡهِبَ عَنكُمُ ٱلرِّجۡسَ أَهۡلَ ٱلۡبَيۡتِ وَيُطَهِّرَكُمۡ تَطۡهِيرٗا

33.And stay[83] in your houses and be not unveiled [84] like that of the unveiling of the days of ignorance (Period of Jahiliyyah). And establish prayer and pay Zakaat and obey (85) the Commands of Allah and His Messenger. Allah only desires to keep you away from all uncleanliness (86) O people of the house (87) (of the Prophet) and keep you well purified after cleaning you thoroughly.

Ayah 44

تَحِيَّتُهُمۡ يَوۡمَ يَلۡقَوۡنَهُۥ سَلَٰمٞۚ وَأَعَدَّ لَهُمۡ أَجۡرٗا كَرِيمٗا

44.Their salutation on the day they meet Him is "Peace" [117], and He has kept prepared for them honourable reward.

Ayah 66

يَوۡمَ تُقَلَّبُ وُجُوهُهُمۡ فِي ٱلنَّارِ يَقُولُونَ يَٰلَيۡتَنَآ أَطَعۡنَا ٱللَّهَ وَأَطَعۡنَا ٱلرَّسُولَا۠

66. The day that their faces shall be turned in the fire, they will say: "O would that we had obeyed Allah and obeyed the Messenger [189]".

Ayah 20

وَقَالُواْ يَٰوَيۡلَنَا هَٰذَا يَوۡمُ ٱلدِّينِ

20. And they will say: "Woe upon us!" It will be said to them: "This is the Day of Requital".

Ayah 21

هَٰذَا يَوۡمُ ٱلۡفَصۡلِ ٱلَّذِي كُنتُم بِهِۦ تُكَذِّبُونَ

21.This is the day of final decision, which you used to belie [23].

Ayah 33

فَإِنَّهُمۡ يَوۡمَئِذٖ فِي ٱلۡعَذَابِ مُشۡتَرِكُونَ

33. So, on that day they are all sharers in the punishment.

Ayah 102

فَلَمَّا بَلَغَ مَعَهُ ٱلسَّعۡيَ قَالَ يَٰبُنَيَّ إِنِّيٓ أَرَىٰ فِي ٱلۡمَنَامِ أَنِّيٓ أَذۡبَحُكَ فَٱنظُرۡ مَاذَا تَرَىٰۚ قَالَ يَـٰٓأَبَتِ ٱفۡعَلۡ مَا تُؤۡمَرُۖ سَتَجِدُنِيٓ إِن شَآءَ ٱللَّهُ مِنَ ٱلصَّـٰبِرِينَ

102. Then when he became able [103] to work with him, he said: "O my son, I have seen in a dream that I am sacrificing you [104]. Now look, what is your opinion [105]?" He replied: "O my father, do as you are commanded [106]. Allah willing, you will find me steadfastly [107] firm
