Ayah 17

وَإِن يَمۡسَسۡكَ ٱللَّهُ بِضُرّٖ فَلَا كَاشِفَ لَهُۥٓ إِلَّا هُوَۖ وَإِن يَمۡسَسۡكَ بِخَيۡرٖ فَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيۡءٖ قَدِيرٞ

17. And if Allah causes any evil to you, then there is none to remove it [33], but He. And if He brings you good, then He is Powerful over everything [34].

Ayah 80

تَرَىٰ كَثِيرٗا مِّنۡهُمۡ يَتَوَلَّوۡنَ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْۚ لَبِئۡسَ مَا قَدَّمَتۡ لَهُمۡ أَنفُسُهُمۡ أَن سَخِطَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيۡهِمۡ وَفِي ٱلۡعَذَابِ هُمۡ خَٰلِدُونَ

80. You will see many of them befriending infidels. What an evil thing they had sent forth for themselves that Allah's Wrath [230] fell upon them. And they shall dwell in punishment eternally.

Ayah 79

كَانُواْ لَا يَتَنَاهَوۡنَ عَن مُّنكَرٖ فَعَلُوهُۚ لَبِئۡسَ مَا كَانُواْ يَفۡعَلُونَ

79. They used to not prevent one another [229] from wrongdoing. Indeed, how evil was that which they were doing?

Ayah 66

وَلَوۡ أَنَّهُمۡ أَقَامُواْ ٱلتَّوۡرَىٰةَ وَٱلۡإِنجِيلَ وَمَآ أُنزِلَ إِلَيۡهِم مِّن رَّبِّهِمۡ لَأَكَلُواْ مِن فَوۡقِهِمۡ وَمِن تَحۡتِ أَرۡجُلِهِمۚ مِّنۡهُمۡ أُمَّةٞ مُّقۡتَصِدَةٞۖ وَكَثِيرٞ مِّنۡهُمۡ سَآءَ مَا يَعۡمَلُونَ

66. And had they maintained the Tawrat [198] and Injeel and what had been revealed to them from their Lord, they would have certainly received provisions from above them and from beneath their feet [199]. Among them is a moderate community, but most of them are doing evil things [200].

Ayah 62

وَتَرَىٰ كَثِيرٗا مِّنۡهُمۡ يُسَٰرِعُونَ فِي ٱلۡإِثۡمِ وَٱلۡعُدۡوَٰنِ وَأَكۡلِهِمُ ٱلسُّحۡتَۚ لَبِئۡسَ مَا كَانُواْ يَعۡمَلُونَ

62. And you will see many of them hastening towards sin and transgression [187], and consuming what is forbidden. Indeed, what they are doing is evil.

Ayah 9

ٱشۡتَرَوۡاْ بِـَٔايَٰتِ ٱللَّهِ ثَمَنٗا قَلِيلٗا فَصَدُّواْ عَن سَبِيلِهِۦٓۚ إِنَّهُمۡ سَآءَ مَا كَانُواْ يَعۡمَلُونَ,

9. They have purchased the verses of Allah for a meager [21] price and have blocked others from His path. Indeed, they have done very evil deeds.

Ayah 67

ٱلۡمُنَٰفِقُونَ وَٱلۡمُنَٰفِقَٰتُ بَعۡضُهُم مِّنۢ بَعۡضٖۚ يَأۡمُرُونَ بِٱلۡمُنكَرِ وَيَنۡهَوۡنَ عَنِ ٱلۡمَعۡرُوفِ وَيَقۡبِضُونَ أَيۡدِيَهُمۡۚ نَسُواْ ٱللَّهَ فَنَسِيَهُمۡۚ إِنَّ ٱلۡمُنَٰفِقِينَ هُمُ ٱلۡفَٰسِقُونَ,

67. The hypocrite men and hypocrite women are all alike [184]. They enjoin evil and forbid good [185] and withhold their hands [186]. They have forgotten Allah, so He has forgotten them. Indeed, the hypocrites are the defiantly disobedient [187].

Surah Name : At-Tawbah   Surah Number : 9   Ayat Number: 67

Ayah 71

وَٱلۡمُؤۡمِنُونَ وَٱلۡمُؤۡمِنَٰتُ بَعۡضُهُمۡ أَوۡلِيَآءُ بَعۡضٖۚ يَأۡمُرُونَ بِٱلۡمَعۡرُوفِ وَيَنۡهَوۡنَ عَنِ ٱلۡمُنكَرِ وَيُقِيمُونَ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ وَيُؤۡتُونَ ٱلزَّكَوٰةَ وَيُطِيعُونَ ٱللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُۥٓۚ أُوْلَـٰٓئِكَ سَيَرۡحَمُهُمُ ٱللَّهُۗ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ عَزِيزٌ حَكِيمٞ,

71. And the Muslim men and women are allies [197] to one another. They encourage good and forbid evil, and establish prayer and pay the poor-due and obey Allah and His Messenger. These are they on whom Allah will have mercy [198]. Indeed, Allah is Dominant, the Wise [199].

Ayah 73

يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلنَّبِيُّ جَٰهِدِ ٱلۡكُفَّارَ وَٱلۡمُنَٰفِقِينَ وَٱغۡلُظۡ عَلَيۡهِمۡۚ وَمَأۡوَىٰهُمۡ جَهَنَّمُۖ وَبِئۡسَ ٱلۡمَصِيرُ,

73. O Prophet, the Communicator [204] of hidden news! Strive against the infidels and the hypocrites and be strict [205] with them. Their destination is Hell, what an evil place to return [206] to.

Ayah 98

وَمِنَ ٱلۡأَعۡرَابِ مَن يَتَّخِذُ مَا يُنفِقُ مَغۡرَمٗا وَيَتَرَبَّصُ بِكُمُ ٱلدَّوَآئِرَۚ عَلَيۡهِمۡ دَآئِرَةُ ٱلسَّوۡءِۗ وَٱللَّهُ سَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٞ,

98. And among the desert Arabs [269] are those who regard what they spend in Allah’s way as a fine [270] and wait for misfortunes [271] to befall you. Upon them shall be the evil turn. And Allah is All-Hearing, All-Knowing.

Ayah 102

وَءَاخَرُونَ ٱعۡتَرَفُواْ بِذُنُوبِهِمۡ خَلَطُواْ عَمَلٗا صَٰلِحٗا وَءَاخَرَ سَيِّئًا عَسَى ٱللَّهُ أَن يَتُوبَ عَلَيۡهِمۡۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ غَفُورٞ رَّحِيمٌ,

102. And there are others who have confessed their sins, mixing a good deed with another [284] evil one. It is likely that Allah may accept their repentance [285]. Indeed, Allah is Forgiving and merciful.

Ayah 112

ٱلتَّـٰٓئِبُونَ ٱلۡعَٰبِدُونَ ٱلۡحَٰمِدُونَ ٱلسَّـٰٓئِحُونَ ٱلرَّـٰكِعُونَ ٱلسَّـٰجِدُونَ ٱلۡأٓمِرُونَ بِٱلۡمَعۡرُوفِ وَٱلنَّاهُونَ عَنِ ٱلۡمُنكَرِ وَٱلۡحَٰفِظُونَ لِحُدُودِ ٱللَّهِۗ وَبَشِّرِ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ,

112. They are those who repent [314], who worship, who praise, who observe fasting, who bow, who prostrate, who enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong, and who safeguard the limits [315] of Allah. And give glad tidings to the believers.

Ayah 10

ثُمَّ كَانَ عَٰقِبَةَ ٱلَّذِينَ أَسَـٰٓـُٔواْ ٱلسُّوٓأَىٰٓ أَن كَذَّبُواْ بِـَٔايَٰتِ ٱللَّهِ وَكَانُواْ بِهَا يَسۡتَهۡزِءُونَ

10.Then the end of those who committed evil to their limit was thus that they began to belie the signs of Allah and to mock [20] at them.

Ayah 36

وَإِذَآ أَذَقۡنَا ٱلنَّاسَ رَحۡمَةٗ فَرِحُواْ بِهَاۖ وَإِن تُصِبۡهُمۡ سَيِّئَةُۢ بِمَا قَدَّمَتۡ أَيۡدِيهِمۡ إِذَا هُمۡ يَقۡنَطُونَ

36.And when We cause mankind to taste mercy, they rejoice [78] in it. And if any evil befalls them as a result of what their hands have sent forth, they become despaired [79].

Ayah 41

ظَهَرَ ٱلۡفَسَادُ فِي ٱلۡبَرِّ وَٱلۡبَحۡرِ بِمَا كَسَبَتۡ أَيۡدِي ٱلنَّاسِ لِيُذِيقَهُم بَعۡضَ ٱلَّذِي عَمِلُواْ لَعَلَّهُمۡ يَرۡجِعُونَ

41.The mischief has appeared on the land and in the sea because of the evils earned by the hands [90] of man, so that He may make them taste [91] some of their doings, that they may turn back (92),

Surah Name : Ar-Rum   Surah Number : 30   Ayat Number: 41

Ayah 26

وَمَثَلُ كَلِمَةٍ خَبِيثَةٖ كَشَجَرَةٍ خَبِيثَةٍ ٱجۡتُثَّتۡ مِن فَوۡقِ ٱلۡأَرۡضِ مَا لَهَا مِن قَرَارٖ

26. And the example of an evil word is like an evil tree uprooted [60] from the earth, having no stability [61].

Ayah 29

جَهَنَّمَ يَصۡلَوۡنَهَاۖ وَبِئۡسَ ٱلۡقَرَارُ

29. They will enter Hell, and it is an evil abode [65].

Ayah 45

وَسَكَنتُمۡ فِي مَسَٰكِنِ ٱلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوٓاْ أَنفُسَهُمۡ وَتَبَيَّنَ لَكُمۡ كَيۡفَ فَعَلۡنَا بِهِمۡ وَضَرَبۡنَا لَكُمُ ٱلۡأَمۡثَالَ

45. And you settled in the dwellings of those who wronged themselves [101], and it became clear to you how We dealt with them [102], and We gave you examples [103].

Ayah 27

وَٱلَّذِينَ كَسَبُواْ ٱلسَّيِّـَٔاتِ جَزَآءُ سَيِّئَةِۭ بِمِثۡلِهَا وَتَرۡهَقُهُمۡ ذِلَّةٞۖ مَّا لَهُم مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ مِنۡ عَاصِمٖۖ كَأَنَّمَآ أُغۡشِيَتۡ وُجُوهُهُمۡ قِطَعٗا مِّنَ ٱلَّيۡلِ مُظۡلِمًاۚ أُوْلَـٰٓئِكَ أَصۡحَٰبُ ٱلنَّارِۖ هُمۡ فِيهَا خَٰلِدُونَ

27. And those who earn evil [81], the retribution for an evil deed is its equivalent, and humiliation will cover them [82]. They will have no protector against Allah [83]; it will be as if their faces are covered with patches of the dark night [84]. It is they who are the inhabitants of Hell, to dwell therein forever [85].

Surah Name : Yunus   Surah Number : 10   Ayat Number: 27

Ayah 10

وَلَئِنۡ أَذَقۡنَٰهُ نَعۡمَآءَ بَعۡدَ ضَرَّآءَ مَسَّتۡهُ لَيَقُولَنَّ ذَهَبَ ٱلسَّيِّـَٔاتُ عَنِّيٓۚ إِنَّهُۥ لَفَرِحٞ فَخُورٌ

10. And if We grant him ease and blessings after hardship has touched him, he will certainly say [22], "The hardships have departed from me." Indeed, he is exultant and boastful [23].
