Ayah 11

وَقَالَ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ لِلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ لَوۡ كَانَ خَيۡرٗا مَّا سَبَقُونَآ إِلَيۡهِۚ وَإِذۡ لَمۡ يَهۡتَدُواْ بِهِۦ فَسَيَقُولُونَ هَٰذَآ إِفۡكٞ قَدِيمٞ

11. And the infidels said about the believers: "If it had been good they would not have reached to it ahead [30] of us". And since they have not been guided thereby, therefore they will say: "This is an old [31] fabrication".

Surah Name : Al-Ahqaf   Surah Number : 46   Ayat Number: 11

Ayah 7

إِنَّ رَبَّكَ هُوَ أَعۡلَمُ بِمَن ضَلَّ عَن سَبِيلِهِۦ وَهُوَ أَعۡلَمُ بِٱلۡمُهۡتَدِينَ

7.Indeed, your Lord best knows him who goes astray from His way, and He best knows the followers [7] of the right guidance.

Surah Name : Al-Qalam   Surah Number : 68   Ayat Number: 7

Ayah 8

أَفَمَن زُيِّنَ لَهُۥ سُوٓءُ عَمَلِهِۦ فَرَءَاهُ حَسَنٗاۖ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يُضِلُّ مَن يَشَآءُ وَيَهۡدِي مَن يَشَآءُۖ فَلَا تَذۡهَبۡ نَفۡسُكَ عَلَيۡهِمۡ حَسَرَٰتٍۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ عَلِيمُۢ بِمَا يَصۡنَعُونَ

8.What! Will he whose evil deeds appear fair to him, so much so, that he considers them good, be like him who is guided [24]? Allah leaves such one go astray as He Pleases and guides whom He pleases. So do not waste yourself in grief [25] for them. Allah Knows well what they do.

Surah Name : Fatir   Surah Number : 35   Ayat Number: 8

Ayah 50

قُلۡ إِن ضَلَلۡتُ فَإِنَّمَآ أَضِلُّ عَلَىٰ نَفۡسِيۖ وَإِنِ ٱهۡتَدَيۡتُ فَبِمَا يُوحِيٓ إِلَيَّ رَبِّيٓۚ إِنَّهُۥ سَمِيعٞ قَرِيبٞ

50. Please declare: "If I err [145], I err only for myself to my own loss, and if I have been guided, it is on account of what my Lord has revealed [146] to me. Indeed, He is All-Hearing.

Surah Name : Saba   Surah Number : 34   Ayat Number: 50

Ayah 32

قَالَ ٱلَّذِينَ ٱسۡتَكۡبَرُواْ لِلَّذِينَ ٱسۡتُضۡعِفُوٓاْ أَنَحۡنُ صَدَدۡنَٰكُمۡ عَنِ ٱلۡهُدَىٰ بَعۡدَ إِذۡ جَآءَكُمۖ بَلۡ كُنتُم مُّجۡرِمِينَ

32.Those who were swelled with pride will say to those who were deemed weak: "Did we turn you away from the guidance [99] after it came to you? No, you were guilty [100] yourselves".

Surah Name : Saba   Surah Number : 34   Ayat Number: 32

Ayah 24

۞قُلۡ مَن يَرۡزُقُكُم مِّنَ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِۖ قُلِ ٱللَّهُۖ وَإِنَّآ أَوۡ إِيَّاكُمۡ لَعَلَىٰ هُدًى أَوۡ فِي ضَلَٰلٖ مُّبِينٖ

24. Please declare: "Who provides [81] for you from the heavens and the earth?" Please declare: "Allah! [82] And surely either we or you are on the right guidance or in clear (83) error.".

Surah Name : Saba   Surah Number : 34   Ayat Number: 24

Ayah 6

وَيَرَى ٱلَّذِينَ أُوتُواْ ٱلۡعِلۡمَ ٱلَّذِيٓ أُنزِلَ إِلَيۡكَ مِن رَّبِّكَ هُوَ ٱلۡحَقَّ وَيَهۡدِيٓ إِلَىٰ صِرَٰطِ ٱلۡعَزِيزِ ٱلۡحَمِيدِ

6. And those who have been given the knowledge [18] know [19] that what has been revealed (20) to you from your Lord is the truth and guides to the path of the Honourable, the Laudable (21).

Surah Name : Saba   Surah Number : 34   Ayat Number: 6

Ayah 11

هَٰذَا هُدٗىۖ وَٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ بِـَٔايَٰتِ رَبِّهِمۡ لَهُمۡ عَذَابٞ مِّن رِّجۡزٍ أَلِيمٌ

11. This is the guidance [19]. And those who disbelieve the revelations of their Lord will suffer a dreadful [20] doom.

Surah Name : Al-Jathiyah   Surah Number : 45   Ayat Number: 11

Ayah 20

هَٰذَا بَصَـٰٓئِرُ لِلنَّاسِ وَهُدٗى وَرَحۡمَةٞ لِّقَوۡمٖ يُوقِنُونَ

20. This (Book) opens the eyes of mankind and is guidance (41) and a mercy for a people who are firm in faith.

Surah Name : Al-Jathiyah   Surah Number : 45   Ayat Number: 20

Ayah 17

وَأَمَّا ثَمُودُ فَهَدَيۡنَٰهُمۡ فَٱسۡتَحَبُّواْ ٱلۡعَمَىٰ عَلَى ٱلۡهُدَىٰ فَأَخَذَتۡهُمۡ صَٰعِقَةُ ٱلۡعَذَابِ ٱلۡهُونِ بِمَا كَانُواْ يَكۡسِبُونَ

17. And as for the Thamud, We guided[47] them, but they preferred blindness to guidance. Therefore, the thunder of the degrading penalty overtook[48] them as the earning of their doing ".(49)

Surah Name : Fussilat   Surah Number : 41   Ayat Number: 17

Ayah 44

وَلَوۡ جَعَلۡنَٰهُ قُرۡءَانًا أَعۡجَمِيّٗا لَّقَالُواْ لَوۡلَا فُصِّلَتۡ ءَايَٰتُهُۥٓۖ ءَا۬عۡجَمِيّٞ وَعَرَبِيّٞۗ قُلۡ هُوَ لِلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ هُدٗى وَشِفَآءٞۚ وَٱلَّذِينَ لَا يُؤۡمِنُونَ فِيٓ ءَاذَانِهِمۡ وَقۡرٞ وَهُوَ عَلَيۡهِمۡ عَمًىۚ أُوْلَـٰٓئِكَ يُنَادَوۡنَ مِن مَّكَانِۭ بَعِيدٖ

44.Had We made it, the Quran, in a foreign [117] language, they would definitely have said [118]: "Why have its verses not been made clear [119]?" "Why, this is a foreign language, but you (Prophet) are an Arab [120]." Please declare: "That is a guidance and a healer [121] for the believers." But the infidels have deafness [122] in their ears and blindness [123] in them. They are like those who are called [124] from a far-off place.

Surah Name : Fussilat   Surah Number : 41   Ayat Number: 44

Ayah 13

۞شَرَعَ لَكُم مِّنَ ٱلدِّينِ مَا وَصَّىٰ بِهِۦ نُوحٗا وَٱلَّذِيٓ أَوۡحَيۡنَآ إِلَيۡكَ وَمَا وَصَّيۡنَا بِهِۦٓ إِبۡرَٰهِيمَ وَمُوسَىٰ وَعِيسَىٰٓۖ أَنۡ أَقِيمُواْ ٱلدِّينَ وَلَا تَتَفَرَّقُواْ فِيهِۚ كَبُرَ عَلَى ٱلۡمُشۡرِكِينَ مَا تَدۡعُوهُمۡ إِلَيۡهِۚ ٱللَّهُ يَجۡتَبِيٓ إِلَيۡهِ مَن يَشَآءُ وَيَهۡدِيٓ إِلَيۡهِ مَن يُنِيبُ

13.He has prescribed for you the religion which He enjoyed [29] upon Nuh, and that which We have revealed [30] to you and that which We enjoined (31) upon Ebrahim, Musa and Isa saying: "Remain steadfast (32) in the religion and cause no division (33) therein. Very difficult upon the pagans is that which you call (34) them . Allah chooses to Himself whom He pleases and guides those who turn (35) towards Him.

Surah Name : Ash-Shura   Surah Number : 42   Ayat Number: 13

Ayah 22

بَلۡ قَالُوٓاْ إِنَّا وَجَدۡنَآ ءَابَآءَنَا عَلَىٰٓ أُمَّةٖ وَإِنَّا عَلَىٰٓ ءَاثَٰرِهِم مُّهۡتَدُونَ

22. No, but, in fact, they say: "We found our fathers on this system (religion) and we are guided by their footsteps (35)".

Surah Name : Az-Zukhruf   Surah Number : 43   Ayat Number: 22

Ayah 23

23. Similarly, when We had sent any warner in any city before you, the wealthy from there said [36] to him: "Indeed we found our (forefathers on a system religion and we are guided by their footsteps” (37)

Surah Name : Az-Zukhruf   Surah Number : 43   Ayat Number: 23

Ayah 24

۞قَٰلَ أَوَلَوۡ جِئۡتُكُم بِأَهۡدَىٰ مِمَّا وَجَدتُّمۡ عَلَيۡهِ ءَابَآءَكُمۡۖ قَالُوٓاْ إِنَّا بِمَآ أُرۡسِلۡتُم بِهِۦ كَٰفِرُونَ

24.He (that Prophet) said: "And what! Even though I may bring to you a better guidance than what you found your fathers (38)upon ?" They said: "Surely, we disbelieve (39) in that with which you are sent".

Surah Name : Az-Zukhruf   Surah Number : 43   Ayat Number: 24

Ayah 37

37. And indeed, he (the devil) hinders them from the right path but they imagine that they are perfectly guided "(63)

Ayah 42

وَأَقۡسَمُواْ بِٱللَّهِ جَهۡدَ أَيۡمَٰنِهِمۡ لَئِن جَآءَهُمۡ نَذِيرٞ لَّيَكُونُنَّ أَهۡدَىٰ مِنۡ إِحۡدَى ٱلۡأُمَمِۖ فَلَمَّا جَآءَهُمۡ نَذِيرٞ مَّا زَادَهُمۡ إِلَّا نُفُورًا

42. And they swore by Allah, with the utmost strength [123] of their oaths that if a warner came to them, they will certainly be better guided [124] than any of the other Ummahs. But when a warner came to them, it increased them not, but in hate (for him).
