Ayah 34

34. Men are in charge [131] of women because Allah has made one excel over the other [132] and because they spend from their wealth [133]. Therefore, the righteous women are devoutly obedient and guard, in the husband's absence, what Allah commands them to guard [134]. As for those (wives) from whom you fear disobedience, admonish them [135], leave them alone in their beds [136], and (as a last resort) strike them lightly [137]. But if they return to obedience, do not seek a means against them. Surely, Allah is Most High, Most Great [138].

Ayah 255

255. Allah! There is no deity except Him, the Ever-Living, the Sustainer of all existence. Slumber [652] does not overtake Him, nor sleep. To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. Who is it that can intercede with Him except by His permission? [653] He knows what is before them and what will be after them [654], and they do not encompass anything of His knowledge [655] except for what He wills. His Throne extends over the heavens and the earth [656], and preserving them does not burden Him. And He is the Highest, the Most Great.

18. And you might deem them awake while they are asleep [31], and We turn them about to the right and to the left [32], and their dog has stretched his forelegs at the threshold [33] of the cave. 42.Allah takes away the souls (of human beings) at the time (105) of their death and also those who do not die while they are in their sleep (106).
