Ayah 32

وَلَقَدِ ٱسۡتُهۡزِئَ بِرُسُلٖ مِّن قَبۡلِكَ فَأَمۡلَيۡتُ لِلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ ثُمَّ أَخَذۡتُهُمۡۖ فَكَيۡفَ كَانَ عِقَابِ

32. And surely, the messengers before you were mocked at. Then I gave respite to the disbelievers for a time, then I seized them [90]. Then how was My punishment?

Surah Name : Ar-Rad   Surah Number : 13   Ayat Number: 32

Ayah 27

فَقَالَ ٱلۡمَلَأُ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ مِن قَوۡمِهِۦ مَا نَرَىٰكَ إِلَّا بَشَرٗا مِّثۡلَنَا وَمَا نَرَىٰكَ ٱتَّبَعَكَ إِلَّا ٱلَّذِينَ هُمۡ أَرَاذِلُنَا بَادِيَ ٱلرَّأۡيِ وَمَا نَرَىٰ لَكُمۡ عَلَيۡنَا مِن فَضۡلِۭ بَلۡ نَظُنُّكُمۡ كَٰذِبِينَ

27. Then the chiefs of the unbelievers among his people said, "We see you as nothing but a man like us. And we see none following you but the lowliest among us, who act without thinking [60], and we do not see any merit in you over us; rather, we believe you are liars [61]."

Ayah 5

كَذَّبَتۡ قَبۡلَهُمۡ قَوۡمُ نُوحٖ وَٱلۡأَحۡزَابُ مِنۢ بَعۡدِهِمۡۖ وَهَمَّتۡ كُلُّ أُمَّةِۭ بِرَسُولِهِمۡ لِيَأۡخُذُوهُۖ وَجَٰدَلُواْ بِٱلۡبَٰطِلِ لِيُدۡحِضُواْ بِهِ ٱلۡحَقَّ فَأَخَذۡتُهُمۡۖ فَكَيۡفَ كَانَ عِقَابِ

5.Before them the people of Nuh and other groups after them belied [10] (the Prophets). And every Ummah aimed that they may seize their Messenger (11) and dispute with false (12) arguments that they may render the truth (13)null thereby. So, I seized them. How then was My Penalty (14)?

Surah Name : Ghafir   Surah Number : 40   Ayat Number: 5

Ayah 52

كَذَٰلِكَ مَآ أَتَى ٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبۡلِهِم مِّن رَّسُولٍ إِلَّا قَالُواْ سَاحِرٌ أَوۡ مَجۡنُونٌ

52.In the same way, whenever any Messenger came to those before them, they only said: "A magician [60], or a madman."

Ayah 4

وَإِن يُكَذِّبُوكَ فَقَدۡ كُذِّبَتۡ رُسُلٞ مِّن قَبۡلِكَۚ وَإِلَى ٱللَّهِ تُرۡجَعُ ٱلۡأُمُورُ

4.If they belie [13] you, then no doubt Messengers have been belied [14] before you. And all affairs return (15) to Allah.

Ayah 45

وَكَذَّبَ ٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبۡلِهِمۡ وَمَا بَلَغُواْ مِعۡشَارَ مَآ ءَاتَيۡنَٰهُمۡ فَكَذَّبُواْ رُسُلِيۖ فَكَيۡفَ كَانَ نَكِيرِ

45. And those before them rejected (the truth) and these had not yet attained one tenth of what We had given(133) them. But they belied My Messengers. Then, how was My disapproval?

Ayah 25

وَإِن يُكَذِّبُوكَ فَقَدۡ كَذَّبَ ٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبۡلِهِمۡ جَآءَتۡهُمۡ رُسُلُهُم بِٱلۡبَيِّنَٰتِ وَبِٱلزُّبُرِ وَبِٱلۡكِتَٰبِ ٱلۡمُنِيرِ

25. And if they belie you, then those before you have already been falsified [73]. There came to them their Messengers with clear [74] proofs, and with the scriptures and the shining Books (75).
