Ayah 151 of 10

۞قُلۡ تَعَالَوۡاْ أَتۡلُ مَا حَرَّمَ رَبُّكُمۡ عَلَيۡكُمۡۖ أَلَّا تُشۡرِكُواْ بِهِۦ شَيۡـٔٗاۖ وَبِٱلۡوَٰلِدَيۡنِ إِحۡسَٰنٗاۖ وَلَا تَقۡتُلُوٓاْ أَوۡلَٰدَكُم مِّنۡ إِمۡلَٰقٖ نَّحۡنُ نَرۡزُقُكُمۡ وَإِيَّاهُمۡۖ وَلَا تَقۡرَبُواْ ٱلۡفَوَٰحِشَ مَا ظَهَرَ مِنۡهَا وَمَا بَطَنَۖ وَلَا تَقۡتُلُواْ ٱلنَّفۡسَ ٱلَّتِي حَرَّمَ ٱللَّهُ إِلَّا بِٱلۡحَقِّۚ ذَٰلِكُمۡ وَصَّىٰكُم بِهِۦ لَعَلَّكُمۡ تَعۡقِلُونَ

Qul ta'aalaw atlu maa harrama Rabbukum 'alaikum allaa tushrikoo bihee shai'anw wa bilwaalidaini ihsaananw wa laa taqtulooo awlaadakum min imlaaq; nahnu narzuqukum wa iyyaahum wa laa taqrabul fawaahisha maa zahara minhaa wa maa batana wa laa taqtulun nafsal latee harramal laahu illaa bilhaqq; zaalikum wassaakum bihee la'allakum ta'qiloon
151. Say, "Come, I will recite to you what your Lord has forbidden to you [350]: that you do not associate anything with Him, and that you show kindness to parents [351], and do not kill your children due to poverty [352]. We provide for them and for you [353], and do not approach shameful acts, whether open or hidden [354]; and do not kill anyone whom Allah has forbidden to kill unjustly [355]. This has He enjoined upon you so that you may understand."

Ayah 152 of 10

وَلَا تَقۡرَبُواْ مَالَ ٱلۡيَتِيمِ إِلَّا بِٱلَّتِي هِيَ أَحۡسَنُ حَتَّىٰ يَبۡلُغَ أَشُدَّهُۥۚ وَأَوۡفُواْ ٱلۡكَيۡلَ وَٱلۡمِيزَانَ بِٱلۡقِسۡطِۖ لَا نُكَلِّفُ نَفۡسًا إِلَّا وُسۡعَهَاۖ وَإِذَا قُلۡتُمۡ فَٱعۡدِلُواْ وَلَوۡ كَانَ ذَا قُرۡبَىٰۖ وَبِعَهۡدِ ٱللَّهِ أَوۡفُواْۚ ذَٰلِكُمۡ وَصَّىٰكُم بِهِۦ لَعَلَّكُمۡ تَذَكَّرُونَ

Wa laa taqraboo maalal yateemi illaa billatee hiyaa ahsanu hattaa yablugha ashuddahoo wa awful kaila walmeezaana bilqisti laa nukallifu nafsan illaa wus'ahaa wa izaa qultum fa'diloo wa law kaana zaa qurbaa wa bi 'ahdil laahi awfoo; zaalikum wassaakum bihee la'allakum tazakkaroon
152. And do not approach the property of orphans except in the best manner until they reach maturity [356]. And give full measure and weight in justice [357]. We do not burden a soul beyond its capacity [358]. And when you speak, be just, even if it concerns a relative [359]. And fulfill your covenant with Allah [360]. This is what He has enjoined upon you, that perhaps you may remember [361].

Ayah 153 of 10

وَأَنَّ هَٰذَا صِرَٰطِي مُسۡتَقِيمٗا فَٱتَّبِعُوهُۖ وَلَا تَتَّبِعُواْ ٱلسُّبُلَ فَتَفَرَّقَ بِكُمۡ عَن سَبِيلِهِۦۚ ذَٰلِكُمۡ وَصَّىٰكُم بِهِۦ لَعَلَّكُمۡ تَتَّقُونَ

Wa annna haazaa Siraatee mustaqeeman fattabi'oohu wa laa tattabi'us subula fatafarraqa bikum 'an sabeelih; zaalikum wassaakum bihee la'allakum tattaqoon
153. And this is My Straight Path; so follow it [362]. And do not follow other paths, for they will separate you from His path [363]. This has He enjoined upon you, that perhaps you may be conscious of Him.

Ayah 154 of 10

ثُمَّ ءَاتَيۡنَا مُوسَى ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ تَمَامًا عَلَى ٱلَّذِيٓ أَحۡسَنَ وَتَفۡصِيلٗا لِّكُلِّ شَيۡءٖ وَهُدٗى وَرَحۡمَةٗ لَّعَلَّهُم بِلِقَآءِ رَبِّهِمۡ يُؤۡمِنُونَ

Summa aatainaa Moosal Kitaaba tammaaman 'alal lazeee ahsana wa tafseelal likulli shai'inw wa hudanw wa rahmatal la'allahum biliqaaa'i Rabbihim yu'minoon
154. Then We gave Musa the Book [364] as a completion for him who does good and as a detailed explanation of everything, and as guidance and mercy, that perhaps they might believe in the meeting with their Lord [365].

Ayah 155 of 10

وَهَٰذَا كِتَٰبٌ أَنزَلۡنَٰهُ مُبَارَكٞ فَٱتَّبِعُوهُ وَٱتَّقُواْ لَعَلَّكُمۡ تُرۡحَمُونَ

Wa haazaa Kitaabun anzalnaahu Mubaarakun fattabi'oohu wattaqoo la'al lakum turhamoon
155. And this is a Book which We have sent down, blessed [366]. So follow it and be conscious of Allah, that perhaps you may receive mercy [367].

Ayah 156 of 10

أَن تَقُولُوٓاْ إِنَّمَآ أُنزِلَ ٱلۡكِتَٰبُ عَلَىٰ طَآئِفَتَيۡنِ مِن قَبۡلِنَا وَإِن كُنَّا عَن دِرَاسَتِهِمۡ لَغَٰفِلِينَ

An taqooloo inna maaa unzilal Kitaabu 'alaa taaa'ifataini min qablinaa wa in kunnaa 'an diraasatihim laghaafileen
156. Lest you say, "The Book was only revealed to two groups before us, and indeed we were unaware of what they studied" [368].

أَوۡ تَقُولُواْ لَوۡ أَنَّآ أُنزِلَ عَلَيۡنَا ٱلۡكِتَٰبُ لَكُنَّآ أَهۡدَىٰ مِنۡهُمۡۚ فَقَدۡ جَآءَكُم بَيِّنَةٞ مِّن رَّبِّكُمۡ وَهُدٗى وَرَحۡمَةٞۚ فَمَنۡ أَظۡلَمُ مِمَّن كَذَّبَ بِـَٔايَٰتِ ٱللَّهِ وَصَدَفَ عَنۡهَاۗ سَنَجۡزِي ٱلَّذِينَ يَصۡدِفُونَ عَنۡ ءَايَٰتِنَا سُوٓءَ ٱلۡعَذَابِ بِمَا كَانُواْ يَصۡدِفُونَ

Aw taqooloo law annaaa unzila 'alainal kitaabu lakunnaaa ahdaa minhum; faqad jaaa'akum baiyinatum mir Rabbikum wa hudanw wa rahmah; faman azlamu mimman kazzaba bi Aayaatil laahi wa sadafa 'anhaa; sanajzil lazeena yasdifoona 'an Aayaatinaa sooo'al 'azaabi bimaa kaanoo yasdifoon
157. Or, lest you say: "If the Book had been revealed to us, we would surely have been more guided than them." Indeed, there has come to you a clear proof from your Lord, and guidance and mercy [370]. So, who is more unjust than he who denies the signs of Allah and turns away from them? Soon We will make those who turn away from Our signs taste a severe punishment [371].

Ayah 158 of 10

هَلۡ يَنظُرُونَ إِلَّآ أَن تَأۡتِيَهُمُ ٱلۡمَلَـٰٓئِكَةُ أَوۡ يَأۡتِيَ رَبُّكَ أَوۡ يَأۡتِيَ بَعۡضُ ءَايَٰتِ رَبِّكَۗ يَوۡمَ يَأۡتِي بَعۡضُ ءَايَٰتِ رَبِّكَ لَا يَنفَعُ نَفۡسًا إِيمَٰنُهَا لَمۡ تَكُنۡ ءَامَنَتۡ مِن قَبۡلُ أَوۡ كَسَبَتۡ فِيٓ إِيمَٰنِهَا خَيۡرٗاۗ قُلِ ٱنتَظِرُوٓاْ إِنَّا مُنتَظِرُونَ

Hal yanzuroona illaaa an ta'tiyahumul malaaa'ikatu aw ya'tiya Rabbuka aw ya'tiya ba'du Aayaati Rabbik; yawma ya'tee ba'du Aayaati Rabbika laa yanfa'u nafsan eemaanuhaa lam takun aamanat min qablu aw kasabat feee eemaanihaa khairaa; qulin tazirooo innaa muntaziroon
158. Are they waiting for the angels to come to them, or the torment of your Lord [374] should come, or a sign of your Lord would come? The day when that one sign of your Lord will come, believing will not profit [375] any soul that did not believe before or had not earned any good in its [376] belief. Then please declare: "Wait, we also wait" [377].

Ayah 159 of 10

إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ فَرَّقُواْ دِينَهُمۡ وَكَانُواْ شِيَعٗا لَّسۡتَ مِنۡهُمۡ فِي شَيۡءٍۚ إِنَّمَآ أَمۡرُهُمۡ إِلَى ٱللَّهِ ثُمَّ يُنَبِّئُهُم بِمَا كَانُواْ يَفۡعَلُونَ

Innal lazeena farraqoo deenahum wa kaanoo shiya'allasta minhum fee shaiyy'; innamaaa amruhum ilallaahi summa yunabbi'uhum bimaa kaanoo yaf'aloon
159. Surely, those who have created separate paths in their religion [378], and have become different sects [379], O Beloved Prophet?! You have no concern at all with them [380]. He will inform them what they used to do.

Ayah 160 of 10

مَن جَآءَ بِٱلۡحَسَنَةِ فَلَهُۥ عَشۡرُ أَمۡثَالِهَاۖ وَمَن جَآءَ بِٱلسَّيِّئَةِ فَلَا يُجۡزَىٰٓ إِلَّا مِثۡلَهَا وَهُمۡ لَا يُظۡلَمُونَ

Man jaaa'a bilhasanati falahoo 'ashru amsaalihaa wa man jaaa'a bissaiyi'ati falaa yujzaaa illaa mislahaa wa hum laa yuzlamoon
160. Please declare: "Surely, My Lord has shown me the Straight Path [384], a true religion, the creed of Ebrahim, who was aloof from every falsehood and he was not a polytheist [385].
