Versículo 21 de 85

۞أَوَلَمۡ يَسِيرُواْ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ فَيَنظُرُواْ كَيۡفَ كَانَ عَٰقِبَةُ ٱلَّذِينَ كَانُواْ مِن قَبۡلِهِمۡۚ كَانُواْ هُمۡ أَشَدَّ مِنۡهُمۡ قُوَّةٗ وَءَاثَارٗا فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ فَأَخَذَهُمُ ٱللَّهُ بِذُنُوبِهِمۡ وَمَا كَانَ لَهُم مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ مِن وَاقٖ

Awalam yaseeroo fil ardi fa yanzuroo kaifa kaana 'aaqibatul lazeena kaanoo min qablihim; kaanoo hum ashadda minhum quwwatanw wa aasaaran fil ardi fa akhazahumul laahu bizunoobihim wa maa kaana lahum minal laahi minw waaq
21. ¿Acaso no recorren la tierra y observan cuál fue el final de quienes los precedieron (y reflexionan sobre ello)? Eran mucho más fuertes que ellos y dejaron más vestigios sobre la tierra (de su poder); pero Al-lah los castigó por sus pecados, y no tuvieron quién los protegiera fuera de Él.

Versículo 22 de 85

ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمۡ كَانَت تَّأۡتِيهِمۡ رُسُلُهُم بِٱلۡبَيِّنَٰتِ فَكَفَرُواْ فَأَخَذَهُمُ ٱللَّهُۚ إِنَّهُۥ قَوِيّٞ شَدِيدُ ٱلۡعِقَابِ

Zaalika bi annahum kaanat taateehim Rusuluhum bilbaiyinaati fakafaroo fa akhazahumul laah; innahoo qawiyyun shadeedul 'iqaab
22. Y eso sucedió porque se presentaron ante ellos sus mensajeros con pruebas evidentes y las desmintieron; entonces Al-lah los castigó. En verdad, Él es Fuerte y Severo en el castigo.

وَلَقَدۡ أَرۡسَلۡنَا مُوسَىٰ بِـَٔايَٰتِنَا وَسُلۡطَٰنٖ مُّبِينٍ

Wa laqad arsalnaa Moosaa bi Aayaatinaa wa sultaanim mubeen
23. Y, ciertamente, enviamos a Moisés con Nuestros milagros y pruebas evidentes

Versículo 24 de 85

إِلَىٰ فِرۡعَوۡنَ وَهَٰمَٰنَ وَقَٰرُونَ فَقَالُواْ سَٰحِرٞ كَذَّابٞ

Ilaa Fir'awna wa Haamaana wa Qaaroona faqaaloo saahirun kazzaab
24. al Faraón, a (su ministro) Haman y a Qarun[883]; pero (estos) dijeron: «(Moisés) no es sino un brujo embustero».

فَلَمَّا جَآءَهُم بِٱلۡحَقِّ مِنۡ عِندِنَا قَالُواْ ٱقۡتُلُوٓاْ أَبۡنَآءَ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ مَعَهُۥ وَٱسۡتَحۡيُواْ نِسَآءَهُمۡۚ وَمَا كَيۡدُ ٱلۡكَٰفِرِينَ إِلَّا فِي ضَلَٰلٖ

Falamma jaaa'ahum bil haqqi min 'indinaa qaaluq tulooo abnaaa'al lazeena aamanoo ma'ahoo wastahyoo nisaaa'ahum; wa maa kaidul kaafireena illaa fee dalaal
25. Y cuando se presentó ante ellos con la verdad procedente de Nos, dijeron: «Matad a los hijos varones de los creyentes que lo siguen y dejad vivas a las mujeres». Mas los planes de quienes rechazan la verdad (siempre) son en vano.

Versículo 26 de 85

وَقَالَ فِرۡعَوۡنُ ذَرُونِيٓ أَقۡتُلۡ مُوسَىٰ وَلۡيَدۡعُ رَبَّهُۥٓۖ إِنِّيٓ أَخَافُ أَن يُبَدِّلَ دِينَكُمۡ أَوۡ أَن يُظۡهِرَ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ ٱلۡفَسَادَ

Wa qaala Fir'awnu zarooneee aqtul Moosaa walyad'u Rabbahoo inneee akhaafu ai yubaddila deenakum aw ai yuzhira fil ardil fasaad
26. Y el Faraóndijo: «Dejad que mate a Moisés y que él suplique (ayuda) a su Señor (para impedírmelo). En verdad, temo que cambie vuestra religión o que siembre la corrupción en la tierra (de Egipto)».

Versículo 27 de 85

وَقَالَ مُوسَىٰٓ إِنِّي عُذۡتُ بِرَبِّي وَرَبِّكُم مِّن كُلِّ مُتَكَبِّرٖ لَّا يُؤۡمِنُ بِيَوۡمِ ٱلۡحِسَابِ

Wa qaala Moosaaaa innee 'uztu bi Rabbee wa Rabbikum min kulli mutakabbiril laayu'minu bi Yawmil Hisaab (section 3)
27. Y Moisésdijo: «Me refugio en mi Señor y en el vuestro (que es el mismo Señor) de todo arrogante que no cree en el Día de la Rendición de Cuentas».

وَقَالَ رَجُلٞ مُّؤۡمِنٞ مِّنۡ ءَالِ فِرۡعَوۡنَ يَكۡتُمُ إِيمَٰنَهُۥٓ أَتَقۡتُلُونَ رَجُلًا أَن يَقُولَ رَبِّيَ ٱللَّهُ وَقَدۡ جَآءَكُم بِٱلۡبَيِّنَٰتِ مِن رَّبِّكُمۡۖ وَإِن يَكُ كَٰذِبٗا فَعَلَيۡهِ كَذِبُهُۥۖ وَإِن يَكُ صَادِقٗا يُصِبۡكُم بَعۡضُ ٱلَّذِي يَعِدُكُمۡۖ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا يَهۡدِي مَنۡ هُوَ مُسۡرِفٞ كَذَّابٞ

Wa qaala rajulum mu'minummin Aali Fir'awna yaktumu eemaanahooo ataqtuloona rajulan ai yaqoola Rabbi yal laahu wa qad jaaa'akum bil baiyinaati mir Rabbikum wa iny yaku kaaziban fa'alaihi kazibuh wa iny yaku saadiqany yasibkum ba'dul lazee ya'idukum innal laaha laa yahdee man huwa musrifun kazzaab
28. Y un hombre creyente de la familia del Faraón que ocultaba su fedijo: «¿Mataréis a un hombre por decir que su Señor es Al-lah cuando os ha traído pruebas evidentes de vuestro Señor? Si miente, sufrirá las consecuencias de sus propias mentiras; mas si dice la verdad, se abatirá sobre vosotros una parte de las calamidades con las que os amenaza (como castigo). Ciertamente, Al-lah no guía a los transgresores embusteros.

Versículo 29 de 85

يَٰقَوۡمِ لَكُمُ ٱلۡمُلۡكُ ٱلۡيَوۡمَ ظَٰهِرِينَ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ فَمَن يَنصُرُنَا مِنۢ بَأۡسِ ٱللَّهِ إِن جَآءَنَاۚ قَالَ فِرۡعَوۡنُ مَآ أُرِيكُمۡ إِلَّا مَآ أَرَىٰ وَمَآ أَهۡدِيكُمۡ إِلَّا سَبِيلَ ٱلرَّشَادِ

Yaa qawmi lakumul mulkul yawma zaahireena fil ardi famai yansurunaa mim baasil laahi in jaaa'anaa; qaala Fir'awnu maaa ureekum illaa maaa araa wa maaa ahdeekum illaa sabeelar Rashaad
29. »¡Pueblo mío!, vuestro es hoy el dominio y tenéis la supremacía sobre la tierra (de Egipto), pero ¿quién nos protegerá del castigo de Al-lah si se abate sobre nosotros?». El Faraón dijo: «Solo os aconsejo (hacer) lo mismo que considero bueno para mí y os guío por el buen camino».

Versículo 30 de 85

وَقَالَ ٱلَّذِيٓ ءَامَنَ يَٰقَوۡمِ إِنِّيٓ أَخَافُ عَلَيۡكُم مِّثۡلَ يَوۡمِ ٱلۡأَحۡزَابِ

Wa qaalal lazee aamana yaa qawmi inneee akhaafu 'alaikum misla yawmil Ahzaab
30. Y el hombre creyentedijo: «¡Pueblo mío!, realmente temo que os suceda lo mismo que les ocurrió a otros pueblos que os precedieron y cuyos habitantes se aliaron en contra de la verdad;
