Ayah 37

فَمَنۡ أَظۡلَمُ مِمَّنِ ٱفۡتَرَىٰ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ كَذِبًا أَوۡ كَذَّبَ بِـَٔايَٰتِهِۦٓۚ أُوْلَـٰٓئِكَ يَنَالُهُمۡ نَصِيبُهُم مِّنَ ٱلۡكِتَٰبِۖ حَتَّىٰٓ إِذَا جَآءَتۡهُمۡ رُسُلُنَا يَتَوَفَّوۡنَهُمۡ قَالُوٓاْ أَيۡنَ مَا كُنتُمۡ تَدۡعُونَ مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِۖ قَالُواْ ضَلُّواْ عَنَّا وَشَهِدُواْ عَلَىٰٓ أَنفُسِهِمۡ أَنَّهُمۡ كَانُواْ كَٰفِرِينَ

37.Then who is more unjust than him who has forged a lie against Allah or has belied His signs? They will receive what is written in their lot [78] till when Our Messengers (angels) come to them for taking away their souls [79]. Then they say to them: "Where are those whom you used to worship besides Allah?" [80] They say: "They are lost from us." And they bear witness against their own souls that they were infidels [81].

Surah Name : Al-Araf   Surah Number : 7   Ayat Number: 37

Ayah 172

وَإِذۡ أَخَذَ رَبُّكَ مِنۢ بَنِيٓ ءَادَمَ مِن ظُهُورِهِمۡ ذُرِّيَّتَهُمۡ وَأَشۡهَدَهُمۡ عَلَىٰٓ أَنفُسِهِمۡ أَلَسۡتُ بِرَبِّكُمۡۖ قَالُواْ بَلَىٰ شَهِدۡنَآۚ أَن تَقُولُواْ يَوۡمَ ٱلۡقِيَٰمَةِ إِنَّا كُنَّا عَنۡ هَٰذَا غَٰفِلِينَ

172.And [O Beloved,] remember when your Lord brought forth from the loins of Adam’s children their descendants [396] and made them testify against their own selves [397], [saying], “Am I not your Lord?” They said, “Yes, indeed, we bear witness” [398], lest you should say on the Day of Resurrection, “Indeed, we were unaware of this” [399].

Surah Name : Al-Araf   Surah Number : 7   Ayat Number: 172

Ayah 84

وَيَوۡمَ نَبۡعَثُ مِن كُلِّ أُمَّةٖ شَهِيدٗا ثُمَّ لَا يُؤۡذَنُ لِلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ وَلَا هُمۡ يُسۡتَعۡتَبُونَ

84. And the day when We shall raise a witness from every nation [186], then the infidels will neither be permitted [187] nor shall they be pleased [188].

Ayah 89

وَيَوۡمَ نَبۡعَثُ فِي كُلِّ أُمَّةٖ شَهِيدًا عَلَيۡهِم مِّنۡ أَنفُسِهِمۡۖ وَجِئۡنَا بِكَ شَهِيدًا عَلَىٰ هَـٰٓؤُلَآءِۚ وَنَزَّلۡنَا عَلَيۡكَ ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ تِبۡيَٰنٗا لِّكُلِّ شَيۡءٖ وَهُدٗى وَرَحۡمَةٗ وَبُشۡرَىٰ لِلۡمُسۡلِمِينَ

89. And that day when We shall raise a witness from every community amongst themselves that they may give [196] evidence against them and O Beloved! We shall bring you as a witness [197] against all those. And We have sent down this Book upon you explaining clearly [198] everything and as a guidance, mercy, and glad tidings for the Muslims [199].

Surah Name : An-Nahl   Surah Number : 16   Ayat Number: 89

Ayah 8

إِنَّآ أَرۡسَلۡنَٰكَ شَٰهِدٗا وَمُبَشِّرٗا وَنَذِيرٗا

8.Certainly We have sent you as a witness [18] and the bearer of glad tidings and a warner [19].

Ayah 45

يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلنَّبِيُّ إِنَّآ أَرۡسَلۡنَٰكَ شَٰهِدٗا وَمُبَشِّرٗا وَنَذِيرٗا

45. O Prophet of Allah (the communicator of the hidden news). Surely, We have sent you as witness and a bearer (118) of glad tidings and a warner (119).

صٓۚ وَٱلۡقُرۡءَانِ ذِي ٱلذِّكۡرِ

1. Swad. And [1] call witness by this renowned Qur'an.

Surah Name : Saad   Surah Number : 38   Ayat Number: 1

Ayah 52

۞فَلَمَّآ أَحَسَّ عِيسَىٰ مِنۡهُمُ ٱلۡكُفۡرَ قَالَ مَنۡ أَنصَارِيٓ إِلَى ٱللَّهِۖ قَالَ ٱلۡحَوَارِيُّونَ نَحۡنُ أَنصَارُ ٱللَّهِ ءَامَنَّا بِٱللَّهِ وَٱشۡهَدۡ بِأَنَّا مُسۡلِمُونَ

52. Then when Isa felt disbelief from them [114], he said: "Who will be my helpers in the way of Allah?" The disciples replied: "We will be helpers of the religion of Allah [115]. We have believed in Allah, and you be the witness that we are Muslims."

Surah Name : Al Imran   Surah Number : 3   Ayat Number: 52

Ayah 53

رَبَّنَآ ءَامَنَّا بِمَآ أَنزَلۡتَ وَٱتَّبَعۡنَا ٱلرَّسُولَ فَٱكۡتُبۡنَا مَعَ ٱلشَّـٰهِدِينَ

53. O our Lord, we believe in what You have revealed and we follow the Messenger, so write us down with those who bear witness (116) to the truth.

Ayah 64

قُلۡ يَـٰٓأَهۡلَ ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ تَعَالَوۡاْ إِلَىٰ كَلِمَةٖ سَوَآءِۭ بَيۡنَنَا وَبَيۡنَكُمۡ أَلَّا نَعۡبُدَ إِلَّا ٱللَّهَ وَلَا نُشۡرِكَ بِهِۦ شَيۡـٔٗا وَلَا يَتَّخِذَ بَعۡضُنَا بَعۡضًا أَرۡبَابٗا مِّن دُونِ ٱللَّهِۚ فَإِن تَوَلَّوۡاْ فَقُولُواْ ٱشۡهَدُواْ بِأَنَّا مُسۡلِمُونَ

64.(Beloved Prophet) say: "O People of the Scripture, come to a word that is common between us and you [138], that we will worship none but Allah, and that we will not associate anything with Him [139], and that none of us shall take others as lords besides Allah." But if they turn away, then say: "Bear witness that we are Muslims [140] (submitting to Him)."

Surah Name : Al Imran   Surah Number : 3   Ayat Number: 64

Ayah 86

كَيۡفَ يَهۡدِي ٱللَّهُ قَوۡمٗا كَفَرُواْ بَعۡدَ إِيمَٰنِهِمۡ وَشَهِدُوٓاْ أَنَّ ٱلرَّسُولَ حَقّٞ وَجَآءَهُمُ ٱلۡبَيِّنَٰتُۚ وَٱللَّهُ لَا يَهۡدِي ٱلۡقَوۡمَ ٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَ

86. How [190] shall Allah guide such people [191] who disbelieved [192] after believing and bearing witness that the Messenger is true and to whom had come clear proofs. And Allah guides not the unjust [193].

Surah Name : Al Imran   Surah Number : 3   Ayat Number: 86

Ayah 99

قُلۡ يَـٰٓأَهۡلَ ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ لِمَ تَصُدُّونَ عَن سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ مَنۡ ءَامَنَ تَبۡغُونَهَا عِوَجٗا وَأَنتُمۡ شُهَدَآءُۗ وَمَا ٱللَّهُ بِغَٰفِلٍ عَمَّا تَعۡمَلُونَ

99. Please declare (O Beloved Prophet): "O People of the Book, why do you hinder those who have accepted the faith [218] from the path of Allah, desiring to make it seem crooked, while you are yourselves witnesses thereof [219]? And Allah is not unaware of your doings [220]."

Surah Name : Al Imran   Surah Number : 3   Ayat Number: 99

Ayah 96

قُلۡ كَفَىٰ بِٱللَّهِ شَهِيدَۢا بَيۡنِي وَبَيۡنَكُمۡۚ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ بِعِبَادِهِۦ خَبِيرَۢا بَصِيرٗا

96. Say, 'Sufficient is Allah as a witness between me and you [198]. Indeed, He is All-Aware, All-Seer of His servants [199].'

Surah Name : Al-Isra   Surah Number : 17   Ayat Number: 96

Ayah 75

وَنَزَعۡنَا مِن كُلِّ أُمَّةٖ شَهِيدٗا فَقُلۡنَا هَاتُواْ بُرۡهَٰنَكُمۡ فَعَلِمُوٓاْ أَنَّ ٱلۡحَقَّ لِلَّهِ وَضَلَّ عَنۡهُم مَّا كَانُواْ يَفۡتَرُونَ

75. And We shall draw a witness from every people [182] and then say, "Bring your proof." They will then know that the truth belongs to Allah and that which they used to fabricate will be lost from them [183].

Surah Name : Al-Qasas   Surah Number : 28   Ayat Number: 75

Ayah 130

يَٰمَعۡشَرَ ٱلۡجِنِّ وَٱلۡإِنسِ أَلَمۡ يَأۡتِكُمۡ رُسُلٞ مِّنكُمۡ يَقُصُّونَ عَلَيۡكُمۡ ءَايَٰتِي وَيُنذِرُونَكُمۡ لِقَآءَ يَوۡمِكُمۡ هَٰذَاۚ قَالُواْ شَهِدۡنَا عَلَىٰٓ أَنفُسِنَاۖ وَغَرَّتۡهُمُ ٱلۡحَيَوٰةُ ٱلدُّنۡيَا وَشَهِدُواْ عَلَىٰٓ أَنفُسِهِمۡ أَنَّهُمۡ كَانُواْ كَٰفِرِينَ

130. O assembly of jinn and men! Did not the Messengers come to you from among yourselves [289], reciting My verses to you and warning you of the meeting of this day? They will say: "We bear witness against ourselves." And the worldly life deceived them, and they will bear witness against [290] their own souls that they were disbelievers.

Surah Name : Al-Anam   Surah Number : 6   Ayat Number: 130

Ayah 19

قُلۡ أَيُّ شَيۡءٍ أَكۡبَرُ شَهَٰدَةٗۖ قُلِ ٱللَّهُۖ شَهِيدُۢ بَيۡنِي وَبَيۡنَكُمۡۚ وَأُوحِيَ إِلَيَّ هَٰذَا ٱلۡقُرۡءَانُ لِأُنذِرَكُم بِهِۦ وَمَنۢ بَلَغَۚ أَئِنَّكُمۡ لَتَشۡهَدُونَ أَنَّ مَعَ ٱللَّهِ ءَالِهَةً أُخۡرَىٰۚ قُل لَّآ أَشۡهَدُۚ قُلۡ إِنَّمَا هُوَ إِلَٰهٞ وَٰحِدٞ وَإِنَّنِي بَرِيٓءٞ مِّمَّا تُشۡرِكُونَ

19. Please declare (O Beloved Prophet): "Whose evidence [36] is the greatest?" Please declare: "Allah is the Witness [37] between you and me, and this Quran, revealed to me, so that, with it, I may warn [38] you and whomsoever it reaches [39]. Then do you give this evidence that besides Allah there are other gods?" [40] Please declare: "He is One Allah to be worshipped, and I totally disassociate from what you associate with Him."

Surah Name : Al-Anam   Surah Number : 6   Ayat Number: 19

Ayah 117

مَا قُلۡتُ لَهُمۡ إِلَّا مَآ أَمَرۡتَنِي بِهِۦٓ أَنِ ٱعۡبُدُواْ ٱللَّهَ رَبِّي وَرَبَّكُمۡۚ وَكُنتُ عَلَيۡهِمۡ شَهِيدٗا مَّا دُمۡتُ فِيهِمۡۖ فَلَمَّا تَوَفَّيۡتَنِي كُنتَ أَنتَ ٱلرَّقِيبَ عَلَيۡهِمۡۚ وَأَنتَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيۡءٖ شَهِيدٌ

117."I did not say to them anything except that which You had commanded me [319], that worship Allah my Lord and your Lord [320] And I was a witness over them so long as I remained among them. Then when You took me up, then You were the Watcher (321), over them, and everything is present before You (322)"

Surah Name : Al-Maidah   Surah Number : 5   Ayat Number: 117

Ayah 113

قَالُواْ نُرِيدُ أَن نَّأۡكُلَ مِنۡهَا وَتَطۡمَئِنَّ قُلُوبُنَا وَنَعۡلَمَ أَن قَدۡ صَدَقۡتَنَا وَنَكُونَ عَلَيۡهَا مِنَ ٱلشَّـٰهِدِينَ

113. They said: "We wish to eat from it so that our hearts [310] may be at rest, and so that we may know that you have indeed spoken the truth to us, and we may be among its witnesses [311]."

Surah Name : Al-Maidah   Surah Number : 5   Ayat Number: 113

Ayah 111

وَإِذۡ أَوۡحَيۡتُ إِلَى ٱلۡحَوَارِيِّـۧنَ أَنۡ ءَامِنُواْ بِي وَبِرَسُولِي قَالُوٓاْ ءَامَنَّا وَٱشۡهَدۡ بِأَنَّنَا مُسۡلِمُونَ

111. And when I revealed to the disciples [305] to believe in Me and in My Messenger, they said, "We have believed, and you bear witness that we are Muslims [306]."

Surah Name : Al-Maidah   Surah Number : 5   Ayat Number: 111

Ayah 48

وَأَنزَلۡنَآ إِلَيۡكَ ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ بِٱلۡحَقِّ مُصَدِّقٗا لِّمَا بَيۡنَ يَدَيۡهِ مِنَ ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ وَمُهَيۡمِنًا عَلَيۡهِۖ فَٱحۡكُم بَيۡنَهُم بِمَآ أَنزَلَ ٱللَّهُۖ وَلَا تَتَّبِعۡ أَهۡوَآءَهُمۡ عَمَّا جَآءَكَ مِنَ ٱلۡحَقِّۚ لِكُلّٖ جَعَلۡنَا مِنكُمۡ شِرۡعَةٗ وَمِنۡهَاجٗاۚ وَلَوۡ شَآءَ ٱللَّهُ لَجَعَلَكُمۡ أُمَّةٗ وَٰحِدَةٗ وَلَٰكِن لِّيَبۡلُوَكُمۡ فِي مَآ ءَاتَىٰكُمۡۖ فَٱسۡتَبِقُواْ ٱلۡخَيۡرَٰتِۚ إِلَى ٱللَّهِ مَرۡجِعُكُمۡ جَمِيعٗا فَيُنَبِّئُكُم بِمَا كُنتُمۡ فِيهِ تَخۡتَلِفُونَ

48. And (O Beloved Prophet) We have revealed to you the true Book confirming the Books preceding it, and as a guardian and witness [154] over them. So you judge between them according to what Allah has sent down [155], O listener! Follow not that desires to leave [156] the Truth that has come to you. We ordained a law [157] and a way for all of you. And if Allah had willed, He would have made you all a single people [158]. But, He desires to test you in what He has given you [159]. So desire to excel in good deeds. You are all to return to Allah. Then He shall tell you what you used to dispute.
