Ayah 8

يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ كُونُواْ قَوَّـٰمِينَ لِلَّهِ شُهَدَآءَ بِٱلۡقِسۡطِۖ وَلَا يَجۡرِمَنَّكُمۡ شَنَـَٔانُ قَوۡمٍ عَلَىٰٓ أَلَّا تَعۡدِلُواْۚ ٱعۡدِلُواْ هُوَ أَقۡرَبُ لِلتَّقۡوَىٰۖ وَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ خَبِيرُۢ بِمَا تَعۡمَلُونَ

8.O you who believe! Be steadfast in the cause of Allah, bearing witness [46] with justice; and let not the hatred of people prevent you from being just. Be just; that is nearer to piety [47], and fear Allah. Indeed, Allah is acquainted with what you do.

Surah Name : Al-Maidah   Surah Number : 5   Ayat Number: 8

Ayah 17

مَا كَانَ لِلۡمُشۡرِكِينَ أَن يَعۡمُرُواْ مَسَٰجِدَ ٱللَّهِ شَٰهِدِينَ عَلَىٰٓ أَنفُسِهِم بِٱلۡكُفۡرِۚ أُوْلَـٰٓئِكَ حَبِطَتۡ أَعۡمَٰلُهُمۡ وَفِي ٱلنَّارِ هُمۡ خَٰلِدُونَ,

17. The polytheists have no right to visit [36] the Mosque of Allah, bearing witness [37] to their infidelity against themselves. Their entire deeds are destroyed [38], and they shall remain in the Fire of Hell forever.

Surah Name : At-Tawbah   Surah Number : 9   Ayat Number: 17

Ayah 107

وَٱلَّذِينَ ٱتَّخَذُواْ مَسۡجِدٗا ضِرَارٗا وَكُفۡرٗا وَتَفۡرِيقَۢا بَيۡنَ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ وَإِرۡصَادٗا لِّمَنۡ حَارَبَ ٱللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُۥ مِن قَبۡلُۚ وَلَيَحۡلِفُنَّ إِنۡ أَرَدۡنَآ إِلَّا ٱلۡحُسۡنَىٰۖ وَٱللَّهُ يَشۡهَدُ إِنَّهُمۡ لَكَٰذِبُونَ,

107. And those who have built a mosque to cause harm and infidelity [295], and to create division [296] among the believers, and as a trap for whoever has fought against Allah and His Messenger from before. And they will certainly swear that we intended nothing but good. And Allah bears witness that they are indeed liars [298].

Surah Name : At-Tawbah   Surah Number : 9   Ayat Number: 107

Ayah 29

فَكَفَىٰ بِٱللَّهِ شَهِيدَۢا بَيۡنَنَا وَبَيۡنَكُمۡ إِن كُنَّا عَنۡ عِبَادَتِكُمۡ لَغَٰفِلِينَ

29. Therefore Allah is sufficient as a witness between us and you (idols) [89] that we were not aware of your worship of us.

Ayah 46

وَإِمَّا نُرِيَنَّكَ بَعۡضَ ٱلَّذِي نَعِدُهُمۡ أَوۡ نَتَوَفَّيَنَّكَ فَإِلَيۡنَا مَرۡجِعُهُمۡ ثُمَّ ٱللَّهُ شَهِيدٌ عَلَىٰ مَا يَفۡعَلُونَ

46. And whether We show you some of what We have promised them [134] or We take you [135] before that (as they too must return to Us [136]), Allah is a Witness over what they do.

Surah Name : Yunus   Surah Number : 10   Ayat Number: 46

Ayah 54

إِن نَّقُولُ إِلَّا ٱعۡتَرَىٰكَ بَعۡضُ ءَالِهَتِنَا بِسُوٓءٖۗ قَالَ إِنِّيٓ أُشۡهِدُ ٱللَّهَ وَٱشۡهَدُوٓاْ أَنِّي بَرِيٓءٞ مِّمَّا تُشۡرِكُونَ

54. They said, "We only say that one of our gods has afflicted you with evil [114]." He replied, "I call Allah to witness, and you too bear witness [115] that I am free from what you associate with Him."

Ayah 78

وَجَٰهِدُواْ فِي ٱللَّهِ حَقَّ جِهَادِهِۦۚ هُوَ ٱجۡتَبَىٰكُمۡ وَمَا جَعَلَ عَلَيۡكُمۡ فِي ٱلدِّينِ مِنۡ حَرَجٖۚ مِّلَّةَ أَبِيكُمۡ إِبۡرَٰهِيمَۚ هُوَ سَمَّىٰكُمُ ٱلۡمُسۡلِمِينَ مِن قَبۡلُ وَفِي هَٰذَا لِيَكُونَ ٱلرَّسُولُ شَهِيدًا عَلَيۡكُمۡ وَتَكُونُواْ شُهَدَآءَ عَلَى ٱلنَّاسِۚ فَأَقِيمُواْ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ وَءَاتُواْ ٱلزَّكَوٰةَ وَٱعۡتَصِمُواْ بِٱللَّهِ هُوَ مَوۡلَىٰكُمۡۖ فَنِعۡمَ ٱلۡمَوۡلَىٰ وَنِعۡمَ ٱلنَّصِيرُ

78. And strive in the path of Allah as is fitting for striving [157]. He has chosen you and has not laid upon you any narrowness [159] in religion, the faith of your father Ibrahim. Allah has named you Muslims in earlier books [160] and in this book too, so that the Messenger may be your custodian and witness [161] and that you may be a witness against mankind. So establish the prayer and pay the poor-due (zakat) [162] and hold fast to the rope of Allah. He is your Protector, and what an Excellent Helper!

Surah Name : Al-Hajj   Surah Number : 22   Ayat Number: 78

Ayah 17

إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ وَٱلَّذِينَ هَادُواْ وَٱلصَّـٰبِـِٔينَ وَٱلنَّصَٰرَىٰ وَٱلۡمَجُوسَ وَٱلَّذِينَ أَشۡرَكُوٓاْ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَفۡصِلُ بَيۡنَهُمۡ يَوۡمَ ٱلۡقِيَٰمَةِۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيۡءٖ شَهِيدٌ

17. Those who believe (in the Qur'an), those who follow the Jewish (scriptures), and the Sabians, Christians, Magians(37), and Polytheists(38),- Allah will judge between them on the Day of Judgment(39): for Allah is witness of all things.

Surah Name : Al-Hajj   Surah Number : 22   Ayat Number: 17

Ayah 10

قُلۡ أَرَءَيۡتُمۡ إِن كَانَ مِنۡ عِندِ ٱللَّهِ وَكَفَرۡتُم بِهِۦ وَشَهِدَ شَاهِدٞ مِّنۢ بَنِيٓ إِسۡرَـٰٓءِيلَ عَلَىٰ مِثۡلِهِۦ فَـَٔامَنَ وَٱسۡتَكۡبَرۡتُمۡۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا يَهۡدِي ٱلۡقَوۡمَ ٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَ

10. Please declare: "Do you not see that it (Quran) (27) is from Allah and you disbelieve it, while the witness from the children of Israel testifies (28) its similarity (to previous scriptures) and believes, while you became arrogant? Indeed, Allah does not guide the wrong doer (29).

Surah Name : Al-Ahqaf   Surah Number : 46   Ayat Number: 10

Ayah 8

أَمۡ يَقُولُونَ ٱفۡتَرَىٰهُۖ قُلۡ إِنِ ٱفۡتَرَيۡتُهُۥ فَلَا تَمۡلِكُونَ لِي مِنَ ٱللَّهِ شَيۡـًٔاۖ هُوَ أَعۡلَمُ بِمَا تُفِيضُونَ فِيهِۚ كَفَىٰ بِهِۦ شَهِيدَۢا بَيۡنِي وَبَيۡنَكُمۡۖ وَهُوَ ٱلۡغَفُورُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ

8. Or do they say: "He has fabricated it [18]. Please declare: "If I have fabricated it, you have no power to help [19] me against Allah. He knows well what you are stressing (20) upon. And He suffices to be a witness (21) between you, and me and He is the Most Forgiving, the Most merciful (22)"

Surah Name : Al-Ahqaf   Surah Number : 46   Ayat Number: 8

Ayah 6

يَوۡمَ يَبۡعَثُهُمُ ٱللَّهُ جَمِيعٗا فَيُنَبِّئُهُم بِمَا عَمِلُوٓاْۚ أَحۡصَىٰهُ ٱللَّهُ وَنَسُوهُۚ وَٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيۡءٖ شَهِيدٌ

6.On that Day, Allah will raise [22] them all together and inform them [23] of what they did. Allah has kept account of it, while they have forgotten [24] it. And Allah is Witness over all things [25].

Surah Name : Al-Mujadilah   Surah Number : 58   Ayat Number: 6

Ayah 1

إِذَا جَآءَكَ ٱلۡمُنَٰفِقُونَ قَالُواْ نَشۡهَدُ إِنَّكَ لَرَسُولُ ٱللَّهِۗ وَٱللَّهُ يَعۡلَمُ إِنَّكَ لَرَسُولُهُۥ وَٱللَّهُ يَشۡهَدُ إِنَّ ٱلۡمُنَٰفِقِينَ لَكَٰذِبُونَ

1. When the hypocrites come to you, [1] they say, "We bear witness [2] that you are certainly Allah’s Messenger." Allah indeed knows [3] that you are certainly His Messenger, but Allah bears witness that the hypocrites are certainly liars [4].

Surah Name : Al-Munafiqun   Surah Number : 63   Ayat Number: 1

Ayah 47

قُلۡ مَا سَأَلۡتُكُم مِّنۡ أَجۡرٖ فَهُوَ لَكُمۡۖ إِنۡ أَجۡرِيَ إِلَّا عَلَى ٱللَّهِۖ وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيۡءٖ شَهِيدٞ

47.Please declare: "Let the reward I ask you for it be yours [139]. My reward is only upon Allah [140], and He is witness (141) over everything."

Surah Name : Saba   Surah Number : 34   Ayat Number: 47

Ayah 14

بَلِ ٱلۡإِنسَٰنُ عَلَىٰ نَفۡسِهِۦ بَصِيرَةٞ

14.But man is witness against himself [14].

Surah Name : Al-Qiyamah   Surah Number : 75   Ayat Number: 14

Ayah 15

إِنَّآ أَرۡسَلۡنَآ إِلَيۡكُمۡ رَسُولٗا شَٰهِدًا عَلَيۡكُمۡ كَمَآ أَرۡسَلۡنَآ إِلَىٰ فِرۡعَوۡنَ رَسُولٗا

15.Indeed, We have sent to you [18] a Messenger [19], who is a witness [20] against you, just as We sent a Messenger towards Pharaoh [21].

Surah Name : Al-Muzzammil   Surah Number : 73   Ayat Number: 15

Ayah 2

فَإِذَا بَلَغۡنَ أَجَلَهُنَّ فَأَمۡسِكُوهُنَّ بِمَعۡرُوفٍ أَوۡ فَارِقُوهُنَّ بِمَعۡرُوفٖ وَأَشۡهِدُواْ ذَوَيۡ عَدۡلٖ مِّنكُمۡ وَأَقِيمُواْ ٱلشَّهَٰدَةَ لِلَّهِۚ ذَٰلِكُمۡ يُوعَظُ بِهِۦ مَن كَانَ يُؤۡمِنُ بِٱللَّهِ وَٱلۡيَوۡمِ ٱلۡأٓخِرِۚ وَمَن يَتَّقِ ٱللَّهَ يَجۡعَل لَّهُۥ مَخۡرَجٗا

2. Then when they reach their prescribed term (IDDAT) keep them with kindness (10) or separate (11) from them with kindness, and call the witness, two (12) just persons from among you, and set up witness (13) for Allah. With this one is warned who believes (14) in Allah and the Last Day. And whoever fears (15) Allah, He will make a way for his deliverance (16).

Surah Name : At-Talaq   Surah Number : 65   Ayat Number: 2

Ayah 11

۞أَلَمۡ تَرَ إِلَى ٱلَّذِينَ نَافَقُواْ يَقُولُونَ لِإِخۡوَٰنِهِمُ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ مِنۡ أَهۡلِ ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ لَئِنۡ أُخۡرِجۡتُمۡ لَنَخۡرُجَنَّ مَعَكُمۡ وَلَا نُطِيعُ فِيكُمۡ أَحَدًا أَبَدٗا وَإِن قُوتِلۡتُمۡ لَنَنصُرَنَّكُمۡ وَٱللَّهُ يَشۡهَدُ إِنَّهُمۡ لَكَٰذِبُونَ

11. Have you not seen those who are hypocrites? They say to their brothers who disbelieve, from among the followers [37] of the Book: "If you are driven [38] out, we shall certainly go out with you, and we will never obey (39) anyone against you. And if you are fought against, we will certainly help you." But Allah bears witness that they are indeed liars (40).

Surah Name : Al-Hashr   Surah Number : 59   Ayat Number: 11

Ayah 21

وَجَآءَتۡ كُلُّ نَفۡسٖ مَّعَهَا سَآئِقٞ وَشَهِيدٞ

21. And every soul shall come out being driven along with a witness [36] (angel).

Surah Name : Qaf   Surah Number : 50   Ayat Number: 21

Ayah 20

حَتَّىٰٓ إِذَا مَا جَآءُوهَا شَهِدَ عَلَيۡهِمۡ سَمۡعُهُمۡ وَأَبۡصَٰرُهُمۡ وَجُلُودُهُم بِمَا كَانُواْ يَعۡمَلُونَ

20.Till when they reach there, whence their ears and their eyes and their skins will bear witness [53] against their doings.

Surah Name : Fussilat   Surah Number : 41   Ayat Number: 20

Ayah 21

وَقَالُواْ لِجُلُودِهِمۡ لِمَ شَهِدتُّمۡ عَلَيۡنَاۖ قَالُوٓاْ أَنطَقَنَا ٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِيٓ أَنطَقَ كُلَّ شَيۡءٖۚ وَهُوَ خَلَقَكُمۡ أَوَّلَ مَرَّةٖ وَإِلَيۡهِ تُرۡجَعُونَ

21.And they will say to their skins: Why did you bear witness [54] against "They will say: "Allah made us peak, He Who bestowed speaking [55] to everything". And He created you the first time and Towards Him are you to return (56).
