Ayah 31

وَأَنۡ أَلۡقِ عَصَاكَۚ فَلَمَّا رَءَاهَا تَهۡتَزُّ كَأَنَّهَا جَآنّٞ وَلَّىٰ مُدۡبِرٗا وَلَمۡ يُعَقِّبۡۚ يَٰمُوسَىٰٓ أَقۡبِلۡ وَلَا تَخَفۡۖ إِنَّكَ مِنَ ٱلۡأٓمِنِينَ

31. And throw down your staff." But when Musa saw it wriggling as if it were a snake, [86] he turned in flight and did not look back. [87] "O Musa, come forward and do not fear. Indeed, you are of those who are secure." [88]

Ayah 36

فَلَمَّا جَآءَهُم مُّوسَىٰ بِـَٔايَٰتِنَا بَيِّنَٰتٖ قَالُواْ مَا هَٰذَآ إِلَّا سِحۡرٞ مُّفۡتَرٗى وَمَا سَمِعۡنَا بِهَٰذَا فِيٓ ءَابَآئِنَا ٱلۡأَوَّلِينَ

36. Then when Musa brought them Our clear signs, they said, "This is nothing but fabricated magic, [101] and we have never heard of this among our forefathers." [102]

Ayah 37

وَقَالَ مُوسَىٰ رَبِّيٓ أَعۡلَمُ بِمَن جَآءَ بِٱلۡهُدَىٰ مِنۡ عِندِهِۦ وَمَن تَكُونُ لَهُۥ عَٰقِبَةُ ٱلدَّارِۚ إِنَّهُۥ لَا يُفۡلِحُ ٱلظَّـٰلِمُونَ

37. And Musa said, "My Lord knows well who has brought guidance from Him and for whom will be the home of the Hereafter. [103] Indeed, the wrongdoers will not succeed." [104]

Ayah 38

وَقَالَ فِرۡعَوۡنُ يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلۡمَلَأُ مَا عَلِمۡتُ لَكُم مِّنۡ إِلَٰهٍ غَيۡرِي فَأَوۡقِدۡ لِي يَٰهَٰمَٰنُ عَلَى ٱلطِّينِ فَٱجۡعَل لِّي صَرۡحٗا لَّعَلِّيٓ أَطَّلِعُ إِلَىٰٓ إِلَٰهِ مُوسَىٰ وَإِنِّي لَأَظُنُّهُۥ مِنَ ٱلۡكَٰذِبِينَ

38. And Pharaoh said, "O Haman, kindle for me a fire upon the clay and build me a tower [105] that I may look at the God of Musa. [106] Indeed, I think he is among the liars." [107]

Ayah 43

وَلَقَدۡ ءَاتَيۡنَا مُوسَى ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ مِنۢ بَعۡدِ مَآ أَهۡلَكۡنَا ٱلۡقُرُونَ ٱلۡأُولَىٰ بَصَآئِرَ لِلنَّاسِ وَهُدٗى وَرَحۡمَةٗ لَّعَلَّهُمۡ يَتَذَكَّرُونَ

43. And indeed, We gave Musa the Scripture after We had destroyed the previous generations, [115] containing clear signs for the people, and guidance and mercy, so that they may take heed. [116]

Ayah 44

وَمَا كُنتَ بِجَانِبِ ٱلۡغَرۡبِيِّ إِذۡ قَضَيۡنَآ إِلَىٰ مُوسَى ٱلۡأَمۡرَ وَمَا كُنتَ مِنَ ٱلشَّـٰهِدِينَ

44. And you were not on the western side [117] when We decreed the matter to Musa, nor were you among the witnesses. [118]

Ayah 48

فَلَمَّا جَآءَهُمُ ٱلۡحَقُّ مِنۡ عِندِنَا قَالُواْ لَوۡلَآ أُوتِيَ مِثۡلَ مَآ أُوتِيَ مُوسَىٰٓۚ أَوَلَمۡ يَكۡفُرُواْ بِمَآ أُوتِيَ مُوسَىٰ مِن قَبۡلُۖ قَالُواْ سِحۡرَانِ تَظَٰهَرَا وَقَالُوٓاْ إِنَّا بِكُلّٖ كَٰفِرُونَ

48. When the truth came to them from Us, they said, “Why was he not given the like of what was given to Musa?” Did they not previously disbelieve in what was given to Musa? They said, “These are two magics supporting each other,” and they declared, “We are disbelievers in all of them.”

Surah Name : Al-Qasas   Surah Number : 28   Ayat Number: 48

Ayah 76

۞إِنَّ قَٰرُونَ كَانَ مِن قَوۡمِ مُوسَىٰ فَبَغَىٰ عَلَيۡهِمۡۖ وَءَاتَيۡنَٰهُ مِنَ ٱلۡكُنُوزِ مَآ إِنَّ مَفَاتِحَهُۥ لَتَنُوٓأُ بِٱلۡعُصۡبَةِ أُوْلِي ٱلۡقُوَّةِ إِذۡ قَالَ لَهُۥ قَوۡمُهُۥ لَا تَفۡرَحۡۖ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا يُحِبُّ ٱلۡفَرِحِينَ

76. Indeed, Qaroon (Korah) was of the people of Musa [184], but he oppressed them. And We had given him so many treasures [185] that their keys were a heavy burden for a band of strong men [186]. When his people said to him, "Do not exult [187]. Indeed, Allah does not like those who exult."

Surah Name : Al-Qasas   Surah Number : 28   Ayat Number: 76

Ayah 154

ثُمَّ ءَاتَيۡنَا مُوسَى ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ تَمَامًا عَلَى ٱلَّذِيٓ أَحۡسَنَ وَتَفۡصِيلٗا لِّكُلِّ شَيۡءٖ وَهُدٗى وَرَحۡمَةٗ لَّعَلَّهُم بِلِقَآءِ رَبِّهِمۡ يُؤۡمِنُونَ

154. Then We gave Musa the Book [364] as a completion for him who does good and as a detailed explanation of everything, and as guidance and mercy, that perhaps they might believe in the meeting with their Lord [365].

Surah Name : Al-Anam   Surah Number : 6   Ayat Number: 154

Ayah 91

وَمَا قَدَرُواْ ٱللَّهَ حَقَّ قَدۡرِهِۦٓ إِذۡ قَالُواْ مَآ أَنزَلَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ بَشَرٖ مِّن شَيۡءٖۗ قُلۡ مَنۡ أَنزَلَ ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ ٱلَّذِي جَآءَ بِهِۦ مُوسَىٰ نُورٗا وَهُدٗى لِّلنَّاسِۖ تَجۡعَلُونَهُۥ قَرَاطِيسَ تُبۡدُونَهَا وَتُخۡفُونَ كَثِيرٗاۖ وَعُلِّمۡتُم مَّا لَمۡ تَعۡلَمُوٓاْ أَنتُمۡ وَلَآ ءَابَآؤُكُمۡۖ قُلِ ٱللَّهُۖ ثُمَّ ذَرۡهُمۡ فِي خَوۡضِهِمۡ يَلۡعَبُونَ

91. They claimed, "Allah has not revealed anything to any human." Say (to the Jews): "Who sent down the Book which Musa brought, a light and guidance for the people [186]? You have made it into separate sheets, showing some and concealing much [187]. You were taught what you did not know, nor did your fathers [189]." Say: "Allah [190]." Then leave them to play in their falsehood [191].

Surah Name : Al-Anam   Surah Number : 6   Ayat Number: 91

Ayah 84

وَوَهَبۡنَا لَهُۥٓ إِسۡحَٰقَ وَيَعۡقُوبَۚ كُلًّا هَدَيۡنَاۚ وَنُوحًا هَدَيۡنَا مِن قَبۡلُۖ وَمِن ذُرِّيَّتِهِۦ دَاوُۥدَ وَسُلَيۡمَٰنَ وَأَيُّوبَ وَيُوسُفَ وَمُوسَىٰ وَهَٰرُونَۚ وَكَذَٰلِكَ نَجۡزِي ٱلۡمُحۡسِنِينَ

84. And We bestowed upon him, Is'haaq and Yaqub. We showed the path to all of them and showed the path to Nuh before them, and of his progeny [169] to Dawood, Sulaiman, Ayub, Yusuf, Musa, and Harun [170]. And thus We reward the righteous [171].

Surah Name : Al-Anam   Surah Number : 6   Ayat Number: 84

Ayah 25

قَالَ رَبِّ إِنِّي لَآ أَمۡلِكُ إِلَّا نَفۡسِي وَأَخِيۖ فَٱفۡرُقۡ بَيۡنَنَا وَبَيۡنَ ٱلۡقَوۡمِ ٱلۡفَٰسِقِينَ

25. He (Musa) submitted: "O my Lord! I have no control over anyone except myself and my brother [91]. So separate us from the disobedient people [92]."

Surah Name : Al-Maidah   Surah Number : 5   Ayat Number: 25

Ayah 24

قَالُواْ يَٰمُوسَىٰٓ إِنَّا لَن نَّدۡخُلَهَآ أَبَدٗا مَّا دَامُواْ فِيهَا فَٱذۡهَبۡ أَنتَ وَرَبُّكَ فَقَٰتِلَآ إِنَّا هَٰهُنَا قَٰعِدُونَ

24.They said: "O Musa! Indeed we will never enter it as long they dwell therein. Therefore you and your Lord go there and both [89], of you fight with them, while will we remain sitting [90]".

Surah Name : Al-Maidah   Surah Number : 5   Ayat Number: 24

Ayah 22

قَالُواْ يَٰمُوسَىٰٓ إِنَّ فِيهَا قَوۡمٗا جَبَّارِينَ وَإِنَّا لَن نَّدۡخُلَهَا حَتَّىٰ يَخۡرُجُواْ مِنۡهَا فَإِن يَخۡرُجُواْ مِنۡهَا فَإِنَّا دَٰخِلُونَ

22.They said: O Musa! In it are powerful people [84], and indeed we will never enter it until they go forth from it [85]. So if they leave, then we will enter.

Surah Name : Al-Maidah   Surah Number : 5   Ayat Number: 22

Ayah 20

وَإِذۡ قَالَ مُوسَىٰ لِقَوۡمِهِۦ يَٰقَوۡمِ ٱذۡكُرُواْ نِعۡمَةَ ٱللَّهِ عَلَيۡكُمۡ إِذۡ جَعَلَ فِيكُمۡ أَنۢبِيَآءَ وَجَعَلَكُم مُّلُوكٗا وَءَاتَىٰكُم مَّا لَمۡ يُؤۡتِ أَحَدٗا مِّنَ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ

20.And when Musa said to his people: "O my people! Remember the favour of Allah upon you, that He made among you Messengers [80] and made you kings [81], and gave you that which He has not given anyone in the world [82], up to this day."

Surah Name : Al-Maidah   Surah Number : 5   Ayat Number: 20

Ayah 5

وَلَقَدۡ أَرۡسَلۡنَا مُوسَىٰ بِـَٔايَٰتِنَآ أَنۡ أَخۡرِجۡ قَوۡمَكَ مِنَ ٱلظُّلُمَٰتِ إِلَى ٱلنُّورِ وَذَكِّرۡهُم بِأَيَّىٰمِ ٱللَّهِۚ إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَأٓيَٰتٖ لِّكُلِّ صَبَّارٖ شَكُورٖ

5. And We sent Musa [Moses] with Our signs, saying, 'Bring your people out of the darkness into the light [10], and remind them of the days of Allah '[11]. Indeed, in that are signs for every steadfast and thankful person [12].

Surah Name : Ibrahim   Surah Number : 14   Ayat Number: 5

Ayah 6

وَإِذۡ قَالَ مُوسَىٰ لِقَوۡمِهِ ٱذۡكُرُواْ نِعۡمَةَ ٱللَّهِ عَلَيۡكُمۡ إِذۡ أَنجَىٰكُم مِّنۡ ءَالِ فِرۡعَوۡنَ يَسُومُونَكُمۡ سُوٓءَ ٱلۡعَذَابِ وَيُذَبِّحُونَ أَبۡنَآءَكُمۡ وَيَسۡتَحۡيُونَ نِسَآءَكُمۡۚ وَفِي ذَٰلِكُم بَلَآءٞ مِّن رَّبِّكُمۡ عَظِيمٞ

6. And when Musa [Moses] said to his people, “Remember the favor of Allah upon you [13], when He saved you from the people of Pharaoh, who afflicted you with severe suffering [14], and slaughtered your sons while sparing your women. And in that was a tremendous test from your Lord [15].”

Surah Name : Ibrahim   Surah Number : 14   Ayat Number: 6

Ayah 8

وَقَالَ مُوسَىٰٓ إِن تَكۡفُرُوٓاْ أَنتُمۡ وَمَن فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ جَمِيعٗا فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَغَنِيٌّ حَمِيدٌ

8. Musa [Moses] said, “If you and all those on the earth [17] were to disbelieve, then indeed Allah is Self-Sufficient, Praiseworthy.”

Surah Name : Ibrahim   Surah Number : 14   Ayat Number: 8

Ayah 75

ثُمَّ بَعَثۡنَا مِنۢ بَعۡدِهِم مُّوسَىٰ وَهَٰرُونَ إِلَىٰ فِرۡعَوۡنَ وَمَلَإِيْهِۦ بِـَٔايَٰتِنَا فَٱسۡتَكۡبَرُواْ وَكَانُواْ قَوۡمٗا مُّجۡرِمِينَ

75. Then after them We sent Musa and Harun to Pharaoh and his chiefs with Our Signs [208]. But they were arrogant [209] and were a people of guilt.

Surah Name : Yunus   Surah Number : 10   Ayat Number: 75

Ayah 77

قَالَ مُوسَىٰٓ أَتَقُولُونَ لِلۡحَقِّ لَمَّا جَآءَكُمۡۖ أَسِحۡرٌ هَٰذَا وَلَا يُفۡلِحُ ٱلسَّـٰحِرُونَ

77. Musa said, 'Do you say such with regard to the truth when it came to you? Is this magic? And magicians do not attain these goals [211].'
